   Very nice restaurant. The food was good, but the service was a little slow because they were busy. Would go back.

   Great food, service team was working hard, but made some mistakes. We will be back to give them another chance.

   Quaint location and friendly atmosphere - good food (but items not available as early as 5 pm). Server was pleasant but overall service was missing attention to detail (missing silverware and had to ask server to take our order and bring our check. No itemization og items on check until bill was paid. Not the servers’ fault - need better training.

   Disappointed in the overall experience - came for Mothers Day - ended up in the basement Pub area. Food was a buffet - had been there for a while at 1pm. It was average. The only saving grace was Omar who was a very friendly and attentive server. They even packed up the buffet while we were still sitting there. Not a great experience.

   Mother’s Day brunch. The day had so much potential. Beautiful weather, outdoor seating, and live music. Sadly, the execution spoiled all that. The buffet was empty which proved to not just be a temporary issue. It was very sparse the entire time we were there. Most of the brunch buffet items shown on the menu were simply not available. The wait staff seemed to be very inexperienced and slow. Desserts were not available even though “Assorted Desserts” was shown on the Mother’s Day brunch menu. They should not be shown on the menu unless they are a part of the brunch. All it all, it seemed like the West End Bar and Grill was not at all prepared to serve the brunch patrons. It was so, so disappointing. The West End Bar and Grill is now fired and we will not be returning.

   We had a great Mother’s Day brunch at West End. Beautiful day for an outdoor table, good food and friendly service. The owner came over to our table to check on us. Very attentive and highly recommended.

   We took friends to the West End Wine Bar and Pub for dinner. Although we had a reservation the resturant was obviously grossly oversold and we were seated in the dingy pub area in the basement. The surroundings were ugly, the air conditioning was blowing on us and the food was bland. We will not return and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

   Dinner at West End Restaurant had its ups and downs. The attentive servers and pleasant outside deck created a nice atmosphere, and the live music was enjoyable, though it was too loud for conversation. Unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. Our party had issues with steak doneness, and the wait for our meals was quite lengthy. The kids’ burgers were surprisingly small, and the mussels came in a large dish with only 15 average-sized mussels in a lackluster, watery broth. Overall, we left disappointed with our dining experience.

   We stayed at a local B&B; and we're told that we'd get a 10% discount. It was our first time there; and recommended by a friend who's a local. Our server, food, service, ambiance, and everything was awesome! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary; and informed the staff. The B&B guest discount was honored; and dessert was complimentary for our celebration. We'll definitely be back; and recommend to others. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thanks.
