    Service was Great! Calamari was very tough, entrees were good, desert crisp with till-amok Ice cream was excellent!

    I highly recommend the Wayfarer. The view of Cannon Beach and Haystack rock alone are reason to book this restaurant. Our server, Eric, was top-notch. He gave great food and drink recommendations and was friendly and personable. The staff worked together to ensure drinks were full and food was served. Our family of 6 enjoyed the ribeye, roasted halibut, linguine chicken, and chicken tenders- all of which we would order again. Wayfarer also has a great selection of local wines. If we return to Cannon Beach, Wayfarer will be the first reservation I make!

    Service was fantastic - our waiter was a great balance between attentive but also being non-intrusive, with some pleasant light humor thrown in. We were seated at a great table at the window overlooking the water which was amazing. The chowder was fabulous - among the best I have ever had, but the halibut and chips was slightly dry and not very flavorful. I realize that fish batter can be overpowering and too salty at times, but this was on the opposite end for my tastes, at least. The food was served hot and the presentation was very pleasing. All things said, I would dine here again, largely due to the wait staff and ambience.

    The host who seated us was incredibly kind and definitely didn’t have to seat us at all because the restaurant was busy and I had made the reservation for the wrong date. He ended up seating us after only a 20 min wait at his favorite table in the restaurant and the view was impeccable. Our server was also very nice and attentive and the food was delicious!

    If you’re a foodie, set your expectations accordingly. This food has the price tag of nice dining experience, but unfortunately the quality and experience does not match the price. The view is very beautiful and we had one of the best tables, but the food was below average for this price point. Not bad but I wish I’d known so I could expect that! Our server was not super attentive, but I think that is indicative of how many tables he had and where they were located, rather than his quality of service. Overall, I’d try it again, but I’d order very differently.

    We have gone to The Wayfarer for a number of years. I don’t believe that the restaurant and food is as good since the restaurant was sold. We still visit the restaurant when we are in town and enjoy some of the employees who have worked there for years.

    Lovely dinner!! Spectacular view. Our waiter, Jeremy, was superb. Really, everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. Our food was delicious.

    Excellent service and delicious food, on top of all of that, we got the breathtaking view at the corner table. Thanks Jeremy who hosted us with upmost passion and attention. We had a great time at the Cannon beach.
