   The Vintner was the perfect place to eat and visit, catching up with an old friend for his birthday. I wish they could have acknowledged his birthday as some restaurants do, but the staff allowed us to stay late as we finished our wine and visit. Thanks for the lovely evening.

   Worth spending a little more for the excellent food. Living in Stratford we do like to eat there mostly on special occasions.

   A nice choice on the menu at a reasonable price for the area. Staff very friendly and made you feel appreciated

   We have only eaten here twice, but on both occasions we have thoroughly enjoyed our food which is obvious because of the empty plates. We had 2 guests last time who felt the same and will definitely visit again . The staff were very pleasant also and attentive. Looking forward to the next time .

   Had the best amazing dinner here on Friday evening. Would definitely recommend the crime brûlée!

    Starters and main courses were fantastic - mains were steak, fish cakes and mushroom stroganoff- tasty and perfectly cooked. Starters similarly good, no desserts, just coffee. Service charming and friendly. Our two guests were hugely impressed! A great evening- we are local so will definitely return.
