    The restaurant was full of character and a fitting venue after seeing 'Hamlet'. The service was professional and friendly and the food excellent. We were a party of three: one vegan, one vegetarian and one eat anything - and we were all delighted with our choices. We also enjoyed a delicious bottle of rose - and a good time was had by all.

    Always a favourite place when in Stratford upon Avon. Have been going for many years. Doesn’t disappoint

    The bill was brought to us without asking. Loud music playing sporadically. Service not what it used to be.

    Excellent food, relaxing atmosphere and although the kitchen was very busy the food came out without waiting too long. All of the staff were excellent, especially Charlie who looked after us very well indeed.

    I have been a patron of the Vintner for over 30 years. It has maintained its spotless reputation because standards never slip. The food is excellent and beautifully presented. The service is on point, being never interuptive, nor neglectful. My only piece of advice to anyone: book in advance. I can't wait till the next visit.
