   We take the family to tea once or twice a year. It’s always a great experience. Had great service from Rita again. More food than you can eat and it is beautifully presented and fun. We will keep going back.

   The appetizer cheese fondue was excellent. The selection of dippers was huge (fruit, vegetables, breads). The fondue portion was very large and filling and would make a perfect meal on it's own. The entre (steak) was done perfectly medium-rare, as ordered. The mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and mushrooms were delicious. We couldn't finish our entrees because we were so full from the fondue. We each had 1 taste of the chocolate fondue, but that was as far as we could manage. This meal was perfectly prepared. Service was excellent. The dinning room was quiet and the music enjoyable. Thank you for a lovely evening.

   Have always wanted to do high tea. The food was excellent. My only complaint is that the bread on the sandwiches had dried out since prep was probably done in advance. Otherwise the service and ambience was great.

   We had a wonderful dining experience at Velvet Glove Restaurant, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rod. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. He ensured our dinner was seamless, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic, but Rod’s hospitality truly made the evening special. Highly recommend this restaurant.

   The service was phenomenal and the valet parking was the best on a blustery night! As for the food - wow! The cheese fondue was delicious - so many things to dip! The steak was cooked perfectly and the accompaniments were delicious. By the time the chocolate fondue came out we were full but we persevered. The chocolate could have been a bit thicker and hotter but the taste was great. We’ll definitely be back.

   The winter Wonderland tea at the velvet glove was a lovely afternoon out with friends, with delicious food and great service. It was a little loud as we were seated next to a large group, but otherwise the experience was great. We were disappointed, given the cost of the afternoon, that the restaurant didn’t provide validation for parking in the hotel lot.

   It was what we expected as we have done the high tea before but the service was off. Our table setting wasn’t complete - was missing items, we receive a tea menu when seated, and the service wasn’t up to its usual standards. We had to ask for tea / hot water refills. For the price and location I expect better. Overall, my daughter and i enjoy our afternoon and will go again one day.

   The people were very friendly & service was great. Had a wonderful experience! Since we were there for high tea , we had an assortment of finger sandwiches & dainties that were very tasty along with different teas & hot chocolate for grandchildren! Was wonderful!

   We loved the Winter Wonderland Tea experience. The food was delicious and they accommodated a food intolerance perfectly. Would definitely go back!
