    We LOVE Union Public House. It’s one of our favourite Pensacola, restaurants to go when friends are in town. The Sea Bass, was excellent. Had never had it before, but our waiter Phoe, suggested it since I told him, I’ve had the Salmon before and really liked it. Phoe, was fantastic as always. Super friendly waiter, and has always been our waiter every time we come. Mallory F.

    Unique yet tasty dinners. Combination of flavors was excellent. Mussels were great appetizer. Cookie jar was fun, shareable and delicious dessert. Great service!

    Every dish, drink, and detail was incredible. We started with the melt-in-your-mouth beef carpaccio and a refreshing, spicy watermelon margarita. The watermelon and burrata salad was so fresh and delicious, and both the redfish piccata and salmon were cooked to perfection. We finished this delicious masterpiece with the best carrot cake and caramel ice cream. I wouldn’t change a single thing about our order. Highly recommend!
