Very Covid safe atmosphere. We were not seated near another party. The server was super nice, sorry, but I don't remember his name. I thought the crab cake was excellent, no filler! My husband loved the short rib and we shared the wings, also very good.

The service was slow (we can blame COVID) but the outdoor dining space and food were solid. Would definitely go back and dine again.
Food was ok. Portions were kind of small and could have used more seasoning but the drinks were really good and the service was excellent.
We were seated outside in the 55°F weather without any heaters available, except if you were the hostess. The service was horribly slow, taking over 40 minutes from when we finished the salad until one entree arrived. When the waitress finally came to check and asked how everything was going, she didn't even recognize that only one person had food which was cooling in the outdoor environment while we waited for my meal to arrive several minutes later. The waitress checked on us only two times, never inquiring about beverages or anything else. In fact, she was apparently cold as well since she was rarely seen outside, mainly focusing on the indoor customers. The salads, while nice size portions, relived heavily on the dressing for flavor. Mine was bitter and over-dressed while my partner liked hers. The entree portions were very small for the price - hers was a bowl of 6 Gnocchi and a ton of Swiss chard; mine a small, flavorless piece of swordfish on a bed of fennel. The manager came by to apologize for the separate delivery of the entrees and took the drinks off the bill, but that was small compensation. We will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.
I know the social hour and dinner menus by heart, but this was my first time at brunch. Interesting take on pancakes: appeared to have been baked in a tin, and they were a bit more like cake than a pancake that is so porous it eats the syrup. My companion's omelette looked a bit pale. But--it was all delicious.
Nick who served us was great and the whiskey selection is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s one of my favorites.
Perfect neighborhood restaurant!
The outdoor dining experience was good overall. My primary gripe with Twisted Tail was the wait time between us being seated and the waiter coming over to our table. I had to ask the hostess for someone to come over to the table.
Twisted Tail continues to follow strict COVID-19 protocols with their outdoor dining and take out food/drinks. The outside area is relatively quiet and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and the food is always great!

Well the original date was set by mistake for Sunday instead of Saturday which was ok we understood it was our mistake but when we asked if there was any reservations for that night we were told no. I took to look ok open table myself and walah reservations 4 open tables. I thought it was very rude of the hostess to tell us it was no more. Once i made the reservations i was asked was it for tonight and was i sure. I was also asked my last name even though i showed my reservations and asked did i just make the reservations. That was uncalled for. The only reason i stayed was due to me coming here before and i liked the food
We were a party of 3 and they made each person order separate food, even though we were just there for drinks. They did not allow to share any food
The food was good. They didn't cut up my friend's Chorizo sausage on her taco, so it was like a very odd hot dog. The service was pretty slow, we were required to order everything at once, and we were the last to be served the entree, but not the last to be seated. It was pleasant enough and our waitress Katie was nice and did check on us, and apologized for the long wait without us asking. She chwcked on the food without prompting. Overall, pretty good!
It was a great first time experience. The food was yummy,I had steak and potato the Restaurant Week menu. Servers was good and very nice. Everyone had their masks on and i felt safe.
Everything was great except the drink service was slow.
I asked for a medium rare steak and it came back well done. Almost over cooked. Waited a while before the waiter came back to check on the meal.
Always great service and very good food. Excellent whiskey selection. I should have looked at the check more closely as the prices charged for drinks were not the same as the menu, but the food is a very good value so that makes up for a good bit of it.
THE FOOD WAS AMAZING AS WELL AS THE DRINKS WILL DEF BE BACK
There was a slight mishap on my wife's take out order earlier in the week and when she called to inform the restaurant, the owner took the call apologized beyond measure and invited us back and truly gave us the royal treatment. The food and the entire experience was amazing and talk about customer service! True class act in every sense of the word! Twisted Tail will definitely be in our regular rotation.
The waitress had a bad habit of walking away from the table before we were finished asking her questions/telling her we needed more time. Very rude.
What could have been better: 1) had to wait 20 mins despite having reservation 2) chicken and waffle meal was not as tasty as I’ve had in the past.
Food was outstanding. But our seating was terrible. No lights to see , no heater near us. I made reservations 7 days ahead to make sure we had Decent seats outside but that turned out not to be a good strategy. Service was perfect!!
They were very accommodating even though I got there right before they opened and were still setting up. They sat us outside and I liked that the eating area had a privacy fence. The waiter was nice and down to earth and the food was good.

Really good food with a NOLA-inspired twist. Something for everyone, whether you're a meat-eater or vegetarian. The beignets with the bourbon caramel sauce were amazing.
We ordered from the Restaurant Week menu, which provided a good value. The outdoor dining was okay, but on uneven ground surrounded by construction. Not ideal and not the best COVID dining experience that we have had.
Was charged $6 for a glass of orange juice, I highly doubt this is the cost outside of restaurant week and was a ploy to make more money off the $35 advertised prefix menu
The staff was attentive and the food was extremely good with a unique choices. I would definitely eat here again.

We did Restaurant Week with a party of 2, and were able to sample 6 different dishes. There wasn’t a weak link among them! Everything was super delicious, and the service was excellent—everyone was extremely nice!

Went for Sunday brunch recently. So nice to hear live acoustic guitar! Food always delicious.
