I tried the new roasted shrimp flatbread - excellent blend of flavors. I added a house salad, crisp and tangy as usual. Dining companion opted for the mushroom raviolis which are always more filling than they initially look as the sauce is so rich. New Zin is beautiful. We were seated in Karla's section, she really helped make our dining out special. Always charming and upbeat. She knows exactly what our taste buds like. As always the entire staff seems upbeat and happy to see us. Great experience.

Great abondigo soup with lots of meat balls in a mildly spice broth. The lamb shank was huge, perfectly seasoned and fall off the bone tender. Paired with a nice Zin, this was a perfect meal for a cooler spring evening. Husband had the special - a nicely prepared sword fish. Our favorite server Karla was very busy, so she handed us over to Nancy. Another delightful person who was on top of our entire meal. The entire staff always makes us feel special.

This was our first time having brunch there. The food choices were outstanding and the food we ordered was delicious. We enjoy Twisted Fork in the evening and are happy with the brunch selection.

Overall it was great. We were a party of 6; they did forget one order and had to fire it on the fly, so that was awkward (the rest of us were waiting for the final order to be delivered before we would eat) . However, the staff did apologize and did their best to smooth it over. Maybe next time offer a free dessert or something for the table? It was a pretty bad oversight, and we had to find someone to ask about it.

We were able to make last minute same day reservations for 4. Seating was almost immediately. Staff were all considerate and friendly. They made everyone in our group feel welcomed. The specials were incredible.

Twisted Fork very reliable. My wife had the sole picatta. Looked great, she said it tasted great (I don't like mushrooms so didn't try it.) She had the house salad as well. I had the Pear and Apple salad, and the pastor pork tacos small plate. Only complaint is that the candied walnuts in the salad weren't candied. Rather, they were just a little well cooked. Pastor pork tacos were very nice. We sat on the patio even though evening had descended half way thru the meal. I brought half the salad home and my wife brought half the sole home. Nice meal, as we've always had there.

Another great experience at Twisted Fork in Reno! The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. The mushroom ravioli's and tiger shrimp tamal are definitely worth trying on the app menu. The special was Mahi and shrimp and my wife loved it. This is a neighborhood gem and one of our favorite places to dine.

Previously we went for happy hour which was fine and a good value. We did not think the quality of the food at dinner merits the price. There are limited menu choices if you don't want chili peppers in some form. I would call this a Southwest-style pub. I should have checked the menu more carefully before going. The service was great, there is plenty of parking, and, although the restaurant is noisy, we could converse without shouting.

It was our first time dining there. We were pleasantly surprised! Food was pretty good. The wasabi mashed potatoes were a little heavy on the wasabi but other that that, everything else was delicious!

It’s been awhile since we ate here but the overall dining experience was very good. We made reservations on line which was good, we asked for a booth which we got and the waitress was friendly and efficient. The salad was cold and come already tossed which I like. The main dish was wonderful, I had the chicken piccata and my friend had the fish piccata, absolutely no complaints! In addition we shared a dessert was was wonderful. Great fun dining experience!

They really need to replace booth material, pretty uncomfortable, been here many times and you can see the wear and tear over the years. But you can't knock the food and service.

Food was excellent. I had the fish and chip, outstanding batter, cole slaw and fries. Service in the bar was okay, our server was also the bartender so we understood.

Great restaurant, casual fine dining. Two for dinner, I had a couple of their big-small plates: the paella-risotto croquettes and the beef chili verde, and my wife a cup of their clam chowder and the pear and apple salad. All dishes well prepared, fresh local ingredients, and very tasty. Server took care of us well, there when needed without hovering. Our 2nd trip here, definitely will be back next time through town.

Overall, very good experience. The food was really good and the service was good. The drink service was a little slow, but other than that, nothing to complain about. Will definitely go here again. The wine list is a bit limited, but the mixed drinks options are nice.

We had 5 meals, 3 alcoholic drinks and 2 appetizers for $160. I think that’s a great deal. My son in law didn’t like his French dip. He said the au jus wasn’t good but we likes the rest of the food

Took wife out for her birthday. We’ve been to Twisted fork about 10 or so times. Hasn’t disappointed yet. This last time we got the beef Chile verde, the ceviche de atun, and the chicken piccata. It was entirely too much food for the two of us but was so dang good we ate it all. Can’t wait to come back

Best soups in town. The "cactus" soup was spicy and had an creamy texture, almost a stew. Paired with lamb meatballs it made for a filling meal. Sipping a Trentdue zin made dinner perfect. Husband had one of his favorites, the Phillies Steak pizza - always a tasty choice. It was good to have Karla as our server and be able to catch up a bit. She always makes us feel like cherished customers or actually more like family. The entire staff is excellent, a reason we make this a regular night out.

Great splurge dining. Great service, all my party was happy. Not the best Twisted Fish and Chips I've tried but then again this is not an authentic Irish Pub. Highly advise book an early table, the noise level rises to 75 dBA at peak meaning your shouting to be heard.

Twisted Fork isn't the most romantic, nor is it notable for its decor, but the food is good! We booked Twisted Fork the week before Valentines Day. They had, in addition to their regular menu (always good), a Valentines Day menu with a few drinks, some appetizers, and a few dinners plus some dessert. We started with dinners which included soup or salad. The soup was lobster bisque, which tasted good but had no observable pieces of lobster in it. Salad, their usual house salad was great as always. We both had the Chilean Sea Bass, nice, thick, flaky and properly cooked (not overdone),served with gnocchi, grape tomatoes, chorizo and Swiss chard done in a tasty sauce of some kind. Very nice. For dessert we would usually split one, but we decided to go for broke and got two: a Lava cake just gushing with chocolate, and bread pudding with salted caramel ice cream on top, and lots of dark chocolate sauce. We shared. Simply marvelous. Excellent meal.
