A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating. The cuisine has a light, exotic feel with an emphasis on Pacific Rim specialties, from Chilean Sea Bass baked in Banana Leaves or Kahlua-Barbecued Pork Chops to all sorts of tasty tapas, salads, wood-fired pizzas, and desserts. The Coral Seas Lounge, a hip mid-century style bar is lined with sexy black leather bar-stools and is reminiscent of the upbeat lounges of old Palm Springs. It wraps around the dining room and leads outside to a lush, tropical, 2000 square foot dining patio where a variety of specialty cocktails and old-school favorites are mixed - an ideal place where friends gather and martinis are sipped under the starlit desert sky.

                                Third time visiting and first time trying out their set price Restaurant Week menu. Pick three items for $59. It had a wide variety of items to pick from. Food and service were really good. My only complaint was the communication about happy hour prices but we’ve got that sorted out now. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy the food and atmosphere of this restaurant.

                                Tropicale is a diamond! The service, the decor, the menu, the food, and the vibe all work together to create an uber-memorable dining experience. Our server, Sarah, treated us as if we were the only ones in the restaurant! The meals came promptly and looked beautiful. They tasted even better. The salmon bowl is more than superb. One of our party ordered the mile high chocolate cake which was marvelous and large enough to serve our party of five! The front room evokes the glory days of Palm Springs.

                                I had resered outdoor seating. It was a very hot day and the front desk was able to accommodate my friends and I inside. Our waiter was very pleasant and provided great information regarding the menu. I will return.

                                Loved it!! Really good food and drinks. I got the brisket burger with Brie and onion rings and it was to die for! Cool old school vibes. I would definitely return.
