   The server got us want we needed when we could grab her. There was good support staff too. The restaurant was slammed with people. The patty melt had great flavor but was very greasy. They fries were crispy and the ranch dressing was wonderful. I would go again when in town.

   Seated promptly (had reservation). Staff friendly. Crammed tight seating. Appetizer, fried pickles were brought out same time as food. Wings were dry (sweet Thai) and not jumbo as described. The “fries” appetizer had very little sour cream or any other condiment described on it. The turkey sandwich was ordered with Tots, not fries and ended up with fries ($2 upcharge we had taken off) and there was no side of mayo as requested. Before Covid this was a regular for us but since Covid we aren’t having much luck with satisfaction. Can’t say I’d recommend anymore.

   No vegetarian options available because they were out of the black bean burger. Also out of sweet potato fries. Fish sandwich was crisp and flaky, the char-broiled burger was flavorful. Service was friendly and prompt but booth near the front door was in the path of cold wind when ever the door opened.

   Food was average bar food. I believe my husband got sick from the Caesar salad. One of the kids had grilled cheese. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The place was really unique though.

    Absolutely the best. Our server, Tyler was fantastic. We never had to ask for anything. Loaded fries are HIGHLY recommended! Would eat there again without hesitation!!

    They were understaffed the night we went. But most places are these days. Everyone was very apologetic and tried to make sure all patrons were taken care of. The food was great (once we finally received it)!

    Service was outstanding. Even while handling a party at the same time, we were well taken care of. Yummy bar food, great beer and whisky list, and stellar recommendations to boot.

    A group of 8 of us went on a Saturday afternoon. The place wasn’t overly busy which is how I like it. Our waitress was awesome and the food was excellent. It was the first time for most of us to go there and we will for sure go back. I believe mine was called a cowboy burger and it rocked! Someone got the Philly Cheesesteak and it was awesome as well. I must also mention those pretzels with beer cheese. They are a must try.

    Food was just average. It has gone down hill since we visited over a year ago. Service was good but not great. Our woke waiter did not seem to want to be there or too concerned about serving us. The hostess did more work than our waiter taking care of us. Drinks were good, but overpriced. They could do so much more with the dungeon ambiance and troll theme. Won’t be spending my money there anymore.

    As a party of nine, we arrived sporadically over a 10 min period. I reserved the table almost two weeks in advance, so when the host seated us at two tables, I was frustrated because there was another open table that could have been combined to have us be one table and ended up asking to move. We then helped make our table. The server came in the middle of this asking for drink orders. I described the drink I had last time I visited a month ago and the server looked confused and stated there wasn’t anything on the menu like that. She handed me a menu and told me to use the QR code to search for the drink myself instead of offering to ask the bartender. When she came back with other drinks I told her the item and she said, “oh yeah, we have that” 🤦🏻‍♀️ My husband didn’t get a soft drink until after we ordered food. When the food came, there was cheese on my sisters burger that she asked to be omitted. When she received her “new burger” it was over cooked and the “runny” egg was over hard. Her daughter had ordered the beer cheese burger but was served the regular cheese burger. And my husbands chicken/waffles was burnt and flavorless. He requested the syrup that showed as a $1 up-charge only to get a tiny packet of cheap syrup like McDonald’s. We will not plan on returning any time soon.

    Waitress did not greet us for over 30 minutes. Drinks did not come for an additional 15 minutes. Meals were cold and dry. Ordered a 2 ounce bourbon and didn’t even get a 1 ounce poor. Place was very dirty. If you are not going to the bar for drinks only, STAY AWAY!

    Interesting place! reminiscent of an old time pub. We showed up after a Univ. of Louisville ballgame, an hour ahead of our OpenTable reservation but the hostess found us a table and sat us immediately. A very good experience. Other patrons watching a ballgame on TV got a little loud, and being underground there is no place for the sound to go so it wasn't a place for an intimate conversation. Get the Troll Fashioned, a great cocktail!

    Loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food is just not very good. Alfredo with 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Salad ingredients did not seem good quality or fresh. Large pools of water on the dining room floor. Issue with Pepsi or ice machine.

    Service was wonderful. Ambiance and vibe was cool. Some of our food wasn’t warm but it was all tasty. We enjoyed our meal and will return. Only criticism would be making sure all entrees come out together and hot.

    The food looked good, but was very bland. I had the chicken and waffle sandwich with maple bacon butter, but the butter hardly had that flavor and the chicken seemed to only rely on the fact that it was fried as its flavor. Could've used more seasoning. My wife had the taco salad, which she said looked good when first set on the table but was just bland in taste. The other people in our party spoke the same of their burgers. Really, the only compliments were about the pretzels and beer cheese. Could've been an off-night because I've been here a handful of times prior and the food tasted great! This visit was just a bit underwhelming. The service was 4.5/5 for me tho. Really enjoyed our server and her attentiveness.
