   The Tides is a wondrous escape in and of the Goose Rocks Beach. We visited on a foggy evening and were surrounded by the ocean scent and senses. The staff are friendly and professional. The ambience can be punctuated by the patrons spirit after imbibing the sensuous martini. The food is exquisitely caressed.

   Rough start with Hostess about our table. She had attempted to seat a couple who was late for their reservation at a tabke for 2 directly behind the hostess station, and they refused (wisely) and decided to sit at the bar... So we were ushered to same table and I declined as we have seen this travesty unfold on several former visits. You can't exit or enter the porch to serve the 5 or six tables without getting "BUMPED" by the servers. It's not their fault. The chairs protrude into the opening and while carrying the delicious Tides Food, the servers hit the back of the chairs... ANYWAY...once the seating issue was resolved we settled into the open table on the porch that was there all the time and really enjoyed or Anniversary/Mothers Day dinner. Great Place...Great Food...Great Views...Great Experience... P.S. My wife was a bit upset when I refused the original seating option...the porch was full except for the tabke we slipped into...we ordered a drink and some appetizers and by the time our entree arrived we were alone on the porch....I looked around and asked my wife if we made the right choice to sit in the last open table on the porch and not get BUMPED even once? Thanks for listening and I hope you enjoy your dinner at The Tides...we will be back!!!!

   The Tibes was wonderful. We were looking out at the Atlantic Ocean from our table The food was excellent. It was definitely on the very high end price wise. I had 1 glass of wine with dinner and my husband doesn’t drink and we didn’t have apps or dessert and our bill was almost $200 dollars. It was worth it for Mother’s Day or any other special event but I wouldn’t spend that on a weekly night out.

   We took the ride here from Boston and couldn't be happier with our decision! Our meals were delicious and our waitress was lovely!

   Because our anniversary fell on a Monday, we were limited in restaurant choices, which was how we chose the Tides Beach Club. We are so glad we did! It was welcoming with a festive atmosphere. Our server, Andrew, was friendly and attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The menu was creative, and the food certainly lived up to the descriptions. The tuna poke bowl was generous, fresh and beautifully prepared. My husband and I both had the lobster mac and cheese which turned out to be a unique preparation: pasta on a bed of freshly grated parmesan, with a full lobster tail and claws sitting on it. No pasty sauce like we've had at other places, where you can barely find any lobster. Bonus: even though it wasn't on the menu, I asked for a chocolate martini for dessert. The perfect ending to a perfect meal. Yumm! We look forward to dining here the next time we are in Kennebunkport, any day of the week.

   Ethan was awesome. Locals discount fabulous. Our party of eight thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Service food ambience it was a wonderful night.

    A wonderful dinner in an amazing environment. We couldn’t have been happier with our service. It’s an experience we’ll definitely have to replicate soon!
