Enjoyed the Terrace ambience, very pleasant surroundings and great view. Main course could have been a lot hotter but very tasty.

Very nice restaurant with a lovely view over the sea to Skye if the weather is fine. Good food and nice surroundings.

Got off to a poor start as the waiters took a long time to take our order. Food choice was good, pity it was cold for starters and mains. Spoilt the occasion. Wouldn't recommend it.

Attentive servers, amazing view. It was the first time I ate langostines so it was a bit challenging to eat but worth the work.

Beautiful place but the service is a bit slow. We enjoyed it very much but you have to expect a wait.

Lovely environment in new conservatory with well designed outside terrace. Great on a sunny evening with views of the sunset over Skye. Food is good, if a tad pricey but worth it for the views/surroundings.

Terrace Restaurant has a gorgeous view at Mull, Egg, Isle of Skye!
Restaurant offers a great variety of seafood at upper price range. Food is reasonably good, so it is an acceptable rather than a good offer.
There is also a great selection of whiskys available, unfortunately not all listed whisky rarities are on stock.

Over hyped and over priced. You get the impression that the Chef is trying to achieve something modern and impressive but is failing miserably, it falls into the same category as the Hotel itself. If I were a Scot I would be considerably embarrassed with both the Hotel and the Terrace dining as an example of Scottish cuisine and hospitality. Fortunately it was only for one night and one meal, since then I have experienced very good accommodation and cuisine on the Isle of Skye.

The meal was very enjoyable but we were rather curious to know what the side plate was for. Although one of us even had soup, we weren't offered a roll or anything to put on it.
