   I love returning to The Langham because it reminds you of a place away from the norms of life. This was my 3rd time being at the Terrace after so many years and I know why I always return. The experience from the Valet, to entering the hotel and walking down the hallways to the restaurant is always an amazing experience. Everyone is always welcoming and portrays what customer service truly is. It was the first time for the bday girl, and she was in awe. I can’t wait to return for a staycation. Thank you Terrace for the amazing food, ambiance and remarkable service.

   The environment is fantastic. I love the hotel. However, for our visit, it took them overly long to get our food ready, which almost ruined our appointment in the afternoon, so a minus here.

   We celebrated a belated Mother's Day and it was the perfect spot. We were seated outdoors and the weather was perfect. The buffet was delicious, many yummy options, and well appointed. A great omelette station too. The staff was amazing

    The hotel and its gardens and surrounding are absolutely beautiful. The luncheon for six was perfect. The cake we ordered for her 98th birthday was scrumptious. Service was superb. The meals were good with the exception of the grilled chicken breasts on the Caesar salads and the Cobb salads were very dry. The ambiance is lovely however the room is very reverberant and and it was noisy and hard to hear each other. There was a table on the other end of the room and one lady was so loud when she laughed she sucked all the air out of the room.

    Decent food, nice ambiance but not a good value for the limited offerings. No special pictures taken for Mothers Day. For the price $135 more food should have been offered. There was only prime rib & omelette stations but no seafood. Mimosas weren’t even included in the cost per person. There were no refills offered on our drinks. Love this hotel but Not coming back next year for Mother’s Day brunch.

    I took my mom here for Mother’s Day brunch. The hotel itself is beautiful but this was not a 5-star brunch, considering we dropped $135/pp + drinks + service fee + tip. The “avo toast bar” was a self-serve tub of avocado spread and toppings. The only thing that made this buffet special was the crab dish and omelette bar that was made to order. Not worth the price considering you can literally get a true 5-star brunch at many hotels in L.A.

    Ok. I've been wanting to come to the Langham for years so was really excited to finally get here with my good friend in tow. Service was just "okay." Our server was not attentive...did not check back to see if we needed water or refills. He did bring parmesan crisps since you don't offer bread, which was thoughtful. My chicken caesar salad was good but the dressing was too much. I should have asked for it to be "on the side." There was no offer of fresh pepper to be sprinkled on my salad, which was a surprise. Table service in terms of clean up was slow. The stellar item, for me, was the CHOCOLATE CAKE!!

    Mo serving breakfast is delightful. He is the gem of this restaurant. So much so that we were caught off guard by a couple of the other staff, one who was going to charge us for a pot of hot water (we were told the restaurant had 8 pots that couldn't be used for this, even though we were the only diners at 7am?), and another who insisted that the half empty restaurant could not accommodate us to come in and enjoy a glass of champagne in the early afternoon when the restaurant was not even half full (we had hoped for this, vs sipping from a plastic cup by the pool). Mo went way above and beyond the call of duty to make our experience really pleasant. He might serve as inspiration to his fellow staff members. Perhaps help them to see that when guests make pleasant, simple requests, it's not such a hardship to consider these.

    2 person meal… Service was slow even though it was not a busy night….and when the food came, it was just moderately warm. And rather salty. And expensive. ($200 with one glass of champagne, no dessert ) We received a starter that we didn’t order ( but we’re not charged) The waiter temporarily misplaced my credit card and came back to the table to ask me if I had given it to him… Valet was rude..     We’ve been here a few times pre Covid for the Easter brunch and it did not disappoint. We also had our friend’s wedding here a few years ago and have been hotel guests in the past.This time around though it was not worth the price of admission. Food was devoid of flavor and offerings were very basic for the price and type of hotel. Food was more at par with a Sheraton type of hotel. Activities for the kids were meh. The Easter egg hunt was not organized and basically there was no hunt involved at all because of a lack of eggs, eggs not hidden, and eggs just lazily thrown on the lawn. Train ride was too short and the “putting area” was laughable. This is the last time we will be attending this event.

    The service was marginal, we had to ask for drinks from the waiter most times we wanted something. The plates sat on our table well after we were finished. The food was good but very limited in the way of variety. No seafood except salmon. A bit disappointing. For a 20% tip already added in, the price just didn't match the food and service. The grounds were lovely. We did wait at valet for 30 minutes for the car, not great.

    They have no piority service for guest with reservation and arrived ontime. They took care of the walk-in and left no tables for us who has reservation. They should have a special station for RSVP guest up front, or why make RSVP !!!! Very poor management and the hostess was not very friendly. Food is OK but very limited slection. The menu has only a few chocies and very simple foods. For a fine hotel, their menu is less than a coffee shop. It used to be more and better menu. We ordered french onion soup, but no bread !! They used to have a basket of selected breads. Many of their sesrvers speak very limited English, so very frustrated when communicate with them.

    I love the langham so it’s always a treat to go there. This restaurant is casual and next to the pool. It’s ideal for a lunch or brunch date with friends on a nice sunny day. I enjoyed it. I got the quiche; it was just ok. My friend got the pasta and loved it. Coffee was good.

    Had a lovely breakfast buffet, including scrambled eggs, bacon, chicken sausage, quiche Lorraine. Potatoes, waffles with fruit toppings, and assorted pastries, all while enjoying the beautiful weather, nestled in between the amazing garden area. Highly recommend.

    I took my boyfriend here for a breakfast date… It really is truly a beautiful atmosphere. The food was really good. I got the eggs Benedict and he got the pancakes with a side of bacon and hashbrowns… The pancakes weren’t that good and he said next time he would try to make a better choice. However, I do highly recommend this place for a breakfast place in Pasadena. It’s hard to find a really good breakfast and the atmosphere alone is worth it. we are excited to come back for lunch and dinner! Our server was amazing and very attentive there wasn’t one time that I was waiting for somebody

    I took my wife there for her birthday. We sat outside for lunch. Paired Truffle fries with Champagne. Followed with a nice bottle of wine, split the Cobb salad and an incredible pasta. We had an outstanding time, she loved every minute of it.
