The Tenderloin Room
Pepperloin a La Tenderloin
Quiet and good service. Food was excellent. Glad we went.
this is one of the best meals I ever recall at a restaurant! It was a great evening for my wife and I- wonderful menu, calm and beautiful setting and very relaxing!
The main entrees and service were good but not anything over the top and the portions of food are very small for the price. We thought the sides were very good but we won’t be going back.
Expensive but worth it! My husband and I spent $360 very easily.
I would recommend The Tenderloin Room for special occasions as the menu is pricey. The food was excellent, just wish they had an option of a smaller steak. The filet mignon was 10 ounces, the smallest steak offered. As a result we ordered the fresh catch of the day, Mahi Mahi, which was delicious.
Our waitress Brandy was very attentive as was the entire staff. We love the way the dining area was broken down into small rooms rather than a large dining area.
Can count on the Tenderloin to have the best steaks in town . Serve is always outstanding
All the food was wonderful as usual. It was good to be back again enjoying our favorite St. Louis restaurant. We had out of town guests, rented two motel rooms to enjoy our evening. We were disappointed to find several of our favorite dishes were not available. No cherries jubilee or banana foster. Darn COVID-19. Let’s all work together to get back to normal!
Great service. Delicious food. Ambiance was nice. The only negative was the price of the filet. $72 seemed high but I appreciate the circumstance and food cost of the industry right now. We will definitely go again.
We split a nice Caesar salad and enjoyed appetizers from the "seafood tray." I had a NY Strip and my wife had mahi mahi. We each had a glass of wine. The food was excellent, our server was helpful and personable. Our water glasses were kept filled.
Incredible foods and time. Service is the best! The Chase Park Plaza is beautiful with all the X-mas decor up.
Expensive but you get what you pay for. Classic steakhouse and great cocktails.
This venerable restaurant still provides a fine dining experience, but the prices reflect the volatility of beef prices in the current environment. Service continues to be outstanding.
Our waiter was really good. They had a rolling cart with a heap of shrimp cocktail that was rolled around the restaurant without a cover. With Covid…it seemed out of place. The prices were very high, servings small and limited choices. Otherwise, it was a nice evening and the food was tasty.
The peppercorn tenderloin was phenomenal
Great place for an anniversary or special evening. Cost most people's paycheck but worth it.
Great food and service! Beautiful decor and ambiance made for a special 5 year anniversary!
It was great
We had two hours between our arrival/reservation and show at the Fox. So about 1.5 hrs. Unfortunately by the time we approached 1.5 hrs later, our main courses STILL were not ready, despite our telling our waiter what our plans were- so they could keep us on target.
Didn’t happen. Left hungry and they made us pay for appetizers, salad and drinks… despite the poor service.
You blew it. Will not be back.
Food and service were good
The atmosphere has changed a bit has a more Texas Roadhouse feel than historic steakhouse in an amazing st Louis landmark feel
Super disappointed they took the bananas foster off the menu
Sadly not quite what it used to be
Food good. Incredibly overpriced. New design of space is, IMHO, bad. The former classy ambiance is gone to gray, black, and boring. I will never go again.
We were about 10 minutes early for our reservation but were seated right away. We all had steaks that were amazingly tender and delicious. The sides were delicious as well. We will definitely return to The Yenderloun Room.
Last night's dinner at the Tenderloin Room was excellent as always.
Very good food, atmosphere, and service. The food was great. However, the main course portions seemed small compared to the price. The Pepperoni a La tenderloin was $74 dollars and probably 6 oz of meat. Could have been 8oz... Overall the food was great. I have been seeing higher prices for steaks around the area however.
Great Service and overall experience. Haven't been there for 25 years and it was a real treat. We will return soon. Loved the smoked salmon and the herring appetizers and hostess and waiter were very attentive. Old world charm.
The food was amazing!! Our waiter was top notch! Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!! Thank you for making our anniversary a special occasion.
Food is wildly overpriced for the cold food that they serve you. Even if it came out warm, it would be over priced.
Great overall experience, always excellent food , especially for a special occasion.
Great dinner party of 8 - superb service and quality of food and beverage.
Great food. Great service. I thought it was a pricey. It seemed prices have increased quite a bit.
It was our anniversary, but nothing was said.
a high end steak house with attention to all of the details you would expect
Very expensive for the meal. Ambience is stunning and the room is outstanding. The food was good, but too expensive for the quality of offerings. I hope they get better.
It was a wonderful experience the service was great the food was outstanding the overall experience was establishing I can’t wait to come back
One of my favorite spots for date night. Definitely would return.
Steaks and sides were great. Servers need more training (I’m sure management knows this). Little things like preheating coffee cups and serving ladies first. No big deal but fine dining should be served with more finesse. We’ll be back.
Service and food quality not up to price point
If you like a good food you will like the Tenderloin room
After learning that the Rat Pack done here I was all in!
Read meal with great company
Couldn't recommend Tenderloin Room higher! Best meal I've had in a long time. Fantastic service and ambience. Can't wait to come back!
Best steak ever! Great place for date night.
