   Went for a tea lunch with a friend for her birthday, overall we did not find this tea to be special. The servers were somewhat friendly, but it felt like they were just going through the motions. They were playing some kind of rock music or at least music that did not suit a tea room…I would expect light jazz or something along those lines playing in the background… I think they just had it on some rock radio station or something. Our server was nice, but not very attentive. One of the teas that he served was very bitter and too strong. Also, the tea wasn’t hot. We were very unimpressed with the fact that the tart shell was made with a premade frozen shell for the mini quiche, and they used deli lunchmeat in the roast beef sandwich and the turkey sandwich, 2 wafer thin slices of slimy lunch meat, and not the least bit inspired. The bread was not fresh. It was soggy and felt like it was made a few days ago for all of the sandwiches and they just keep them in the fridge for days. The salmon one was very tasty but also soggy. The peach tasting dessert was stale and a weird chewy texture, and the canoli was stale and a bit soggy from being in the fridge. The scones were delicious, a lovely texture, and tasted like they were fresh made. However, we were missing the real jam that goes with a tea. They served a runny, bitter apricot coulis that wasn’t sweet enough and a runny, berry one that was also bitter. We had two very tasty nonalcoholic cocktails. The price including tip was $200 for this, and I most definitely feel that it was not worth the price with the cutting corners on freshness…food that is clearly not made daily can not be fooled for this price, and the fact that the savoury sandwiches had deli lunch meat in them and some of the desserts were soggy. Overall, not a memorable experience and not something I would recommend, especially knowing that on weekends it’s the same product for way more money.

   wonderful experience with my mom & my daughters ." HIGH TEA" celebrating my mon's 90th birthday. She truly enjoyed herself. Highly recommend to go for a special occasion.

   Absolutely magical time. Celebrated my friend 60th birthday and she was absolutely over the moon with the experience

   The website stated that Monday to Thursday prices were $65 per person but we were charged $95. Then when I paid, there was only an 18% or 20% option. No other option. No thanks.

   I visited the Windsor Arms many times in the past and have always enjoyed it - I even had my bridal shower at the Tea Room. I was quite disappointed during my last visit and feel the food has become quite mediocre. Windsor Arms used to be my favourite location in the city for High Tea, but it has fallen from where it once stood.

   The ambiance and decor are lovely—but the tea and pastries itself dont live up to the standard or the price. Since it’s served in a large teapot, it gets cold quickly, so you drink cold tea for entire time and you can only choose one type of tea for the whole pot. If you’re going for the aesthetic and photo ops, this place is great. But if you’re a true tea lover looking for high-quality tea service, this might not be the spot for you.

   Though the food was good, it was certainly not worth the value - simple finger sandwiches and tea for almost $100. The scones were the star of the show. The tea room and the hotel lends itself to the afternoon tea experience with the history of the building, but our server simply came, dropped off our teapots and tiered tray and checked on us here and there. It was very quiet in our room - felt really separated from the other diners.

   Jacob our waiter was fantastic. A credit to your hotel and very friendly. Made our visit so worthwhile.

   I was told that this was the best high tea in Toronto (by many friends) and it did not disappoint. IT WAS AMAZING 10/10. I am an afternoon tea lover and have been to many places across England and Canada. The Windsor Arms had all the traditional accepts I love like clotted cream, mini sandwiches and an in depth tea list. The service was impeccable. I would not go anywhere else in Toronto if you are looking for a delightful afternoon tea experience.

    Room was lovely (we were in the green room as the purple was booked for a party). Space was a bit tight and our server was quite busy, but overall I really enjoyed the experience. The food was good, and the choices of teas was amazing. I would definitely recommend for a nice, different experience
