The Table Restaurant at the H Hotel
Six people with Medium fillet steaks. Only one person had a medium steak. Two were well done, and the others were medium well. $48 for a steak and soggy vegetables. Not plated nicely. Will not be back. The waiter was wonderful, and the creme brûlée was delicious.
Service was great. Only downside was that my steak was slightly overcooked but still tasted great so I did not send it back. Our waitress, I forget her name was very informative and even taught us how to make her signature Mule! Can't wait to come back.
The food and service from our waitress was amazing! I had a vegetarian guest with me who likes spicy food. The waitress worked with the chef to prepare us an amazing stir fry meal that had great flavor and great spice. I'll highly recommend.
This was our first time at this restaurant. The food was great and so was the service. We were very impressed.
The food was absolutely incredible. Service was impeccable, and the restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend the Fillet Mignon and you MUST try the cheesecake for dessert. It was the best cheesecake I have ever had!
We had a wonderful dinner at The Table for our 16th wedding anniversary. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to celebrate!
Highly recommend in every way.
Absolutely perfect for any special occasion
As usual, first rate service, my wife loves the decor and our food was outstanding. We have younger boys, and while there is no kids menu they are very accommodating. It is my youngest sons favorite restaurant (pretty sure my wife’s too).
D LISH. We had a great time and cant wait to go back. Be sure to try the Mac & Cheese...trust me. Service was great, everyone seemed so happy. Everything was so shiny!! The bathrooms were so pretty and clean. It was our 10,000 day anniversary and our server, Tom, actually took the time to figure out how long that was. Super nice. Definately returning
Great dinner and drinks the steaks were perfect the sake was most excellent.the waiter was caring and thoughtful.
Very nice environment, great staff, food was also very very good. Very nice evening.
Good Food- Great Ambiance
Food and service were great, had a very nice meal!!!
This is some of the best food I've ever had in a restaurant. It is expensive but is worth the investment for a special occasion.
We went out to Table for Valentine’s Day. Our waiter was kind, attentive, and gave good suggestions. We split the lobster appetizer, which my husband loved (I could do without the wasabi, but I see the appeal if you like that). We also split the crab and asparagus salad and if you like eggs Benedict or Cobb salad, you might like this variation. Lots of rich flavors. Both of us had steak for our dinner with mushrooms. My husbands Delmonico had a beautiful finish to it and my filet was tender and flavorful. We added sautéed mushrooms and they were delicious. For dessert we split the chocolate cake and it was moist, rich, but not too sweet. Our waiter’s wine recommendation was also on point. Overall, a great but expensive experience.
The restaurant was great....getting to it from our H hotel room...not so much...no signs for directions....had to walk outside and around to get to it ....if I had known I had to do that, I would have worn a coat and not 3” heels...16 degree weather
Second time at The Table in as many months, both times to celebrate birthdays. The Table is a fine dining restaurant, very quiet, attentive service, and subdued atmosphere. Menu is a la carte, with interesting choices and preparations for appetizers, salads, entrees and sides as well. Wine list is appropriate for fine restaurant, if not notable per se.
Quality of the food was outstanding, as was the service. (For example, one of our guests in particular had been looking forward to the Steak Tartar appetizer, and was disappointed to find it missing from the menu. Upon request, the chef immediately produced the dish regardless.)
The Table is best suited for a quiet, elegant evening when price is not the primary consideration.
Overall an enjoyable meal and experience but I continue to be disappointed that the main course of steak for example comes on a large plate alone with no garnish. it looks silly really for a restaurant of this caliber to not dress the plate properly. How about a sprig of some greens? Would be nice for the kitchen to get this message.
We had a wonderful experience! We love the Table restaurant!
We were greeted with a smile and felt very welcome. It was a special event for my wife and me and they did a great job of exceeding expectations. Would highly recommend.
Very surprised at how tasty the food was. Also, it was very clean and the service was outstanding. Only negative is that it was a bit chilly. (but it was like 15 degrees outside, so I give them a pass)
My husband and I took our 6 year old daughter here as a surprise as part of a fun night out for her. We all loved the decor. It was absolutely beautiful. Looking around it felt warm and cozy from the beautiful chandler to the comfortable chairs. The food was amazing. We started with the cheese plate and then ordered 2 filets and one veal dish. The portion sizes were very nice. Sometimes when we have gone to a higher scale restaurant the portions are small for what you pay for. Not here, we all left full and had extras to take home. I'm sure the desserts are wonderful as well but, we were to full to try them. The staff there treated my daughter like a little princess. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an elegant evening. We will defiantly be returning!
The steak was very poor, the sauce was excellent, but the steak itself was very bland and tasted as if it should have been much cheaper. The service was solid, the drinks were good, but the sides were also poor as well. For the price, one would expect better quality food, but the restaurant was lacking, and I think I would have been better off at a Texas Roadhouse or Red Lobster.
We loved the painting of the periodic table on the wall on one side and the wine cellar and garden display on the other in your private room for our mom’s 90th birthday. I would just remember to have the cellar door closed to keep the warm air in and appreciate bringing in two space heaters! The food, wine and cake were delicious. Thank -you.
The staff was very professional and we had great service. The food was amazing. My steak was overcooked but it really didn't matter because the flavor was still there. The only real complaint we had was that it was a tad bit chilly in the restaurant. Otherwise this was a great experience and we'd happily return.
Rib eye steak was extremely tough but I didn't say anything.
It was a great experience. We would come again if the occasion comes up.
Excellent evening at Table. The meal and service were both very well executed. Prices are high - matching Chicago high end dining, however the quality justified it. Very nice to be able to enjoy this caliber of experience in Midland. We will certainly return
Had a great anniversary dinner there. Knew the chef and the food was outstanding! Thanks for the apps and a great time. Not rushed. Will be going there again soon!
Went for a family dinner. Food was excellent, great service and a good wine list.
Had a great experience in the private dining room. Wonderful food!
The steak was very expensive - however, it was tough and full of fat. The saving grace was our waiter. He was smart and very helpful.
Dining perfection like The Table Restaurant should be congratulated regionally at least.
Ceasar Salad not overwhelmed with dressing. Salmon and filet mignon cooked perfectly. The Table Manhattan was very good. Overall a very nice dining experience.
The service was excellent, the staff was knowledgeable and the food was phenomenal!
Very good service. Vine was excellent. Chicken was undercooked
Great! We were in a private dining room.
What a wonderful time we had! The waiter was fantastic, food great! Would definitely recommend!
