Superior service as always! I know it may not be possible, but it would be nice if the restaurant would begin rotating again
The food and service was great, but for the price it wasn't enough food?
The Sun Dial no longer revolves changing the experience greatly. I took a party of 10, reserved well ahead of time and was just placed on the least view worthy side. Food was average. Parking was supposed to be validated for 3 hours and service was slow putting us out 18 minuets past the three hours so each couple was charged $28 for parking. Very disappointed overall
Excellent time and customer service was great also. Will definitely return and refer my friends and family to the restaurant. It was my girlfriend's birthday and she had a wonderful time and was definitely impressed. Thank you
Very pleased with our night out, the food was excellent and the service was superb!!!!!
I really enjoyed the experience! The service was outstanding! The meal was cooked correctly and was very good.
50/50. The view is amazing but the restaurant needs to rotate. It’s not as impressive until this resumes again. The price is a bit high without this feature.
Everything was lovely! It's just unfortunate that the revolving feature has been disabled.
The revolving floor was not moving so we got stuck looking at this “building “ .
The food is okay but not the value for your money.
The waiter is ok too but not really trying to be friendly. Just like those waiters in food chains, actually, food chains waiters are better.
Our server for our table was very good but was stretched between another large party- we feel there were not enough servers available for this night evidently there was a large football game LSU versus Georgia and for the beautiful restaurant that iallowed for very large football parties to take place who were in there to get drunk loud and obnoxious- Our service suffered we waited 15 minutes before someone came to our table to take our drink order and then our dinner order which truly is an acceptable for a beautiful upscale restaurant
Amazing view of the Atlanta skyline!!!
Views and service was amazing! Great lunch option!!!
Beautiful view, our server was excellent and the food was awesome. Get the mint chocolate grasshopper drink for desert. It is fabulous
Absolutely amazing service. The waiters were the best. Food was even better. I greatly appreciate the waiter I had even more for helping me out with the proposal I was doing there that night. Such a great place.
One of the best restaurants in Atlanta for food, service and ambience. However, I wish the didn't get rid of the turning platform to see the whole view of the city. Either way it was a wonderful way to spend our anniversary!! We will we back soon.
Undercooked lobster, overcooked lamb - I would go for breakfast, they don’t mess that up as badly
Great food, amazing view! Great for a special occasion.
I ordered the baked chicken with rice and red beans. The chicken was bland and very dry, the rice cold and the red beans extremely soggy. For the price, I was highly highly disappointed. Probably won’t be doing this again but the pictures were at least decent.
I miss the rotation. The waitress miss an was over waitress extra with it.the food was ok but I rather go to pappadauex .Sundails view is always the most amazing.
We were severely disappointed with the Sun Dial. It no longer spins. Also our server was in the rude side. He’d been there so long it’s like he didn’t care to be nice.
Nice place, we were under dressed. Sat in a booth instead. Love booths by the way. Hey its pricey, you get what you pay for. Tomahawk steak is what I ordered. Nice meal...Id go for med-rare next time. Medium was close to well. Enjoy
We had an excellent dining experience! David was right on point the entire meal. The only negative was that it didn’t rotate.
We were seated promptly. Server was very slow with approaching the table. The server did not check on us often enough. We waited for our food for 45 to 50 min. Food was very good. We had the lamb and NY steak. The service was very poor.
An usher is not nice when she taking us to the table.
Portions are tiny. Food’s too expensive. Everyone’s required to order an entree and there’s a meal splitting fee if you think you don’t want your own entree for cost reasons. Never going again.
Appetizers: Wedge Salad, Crab Cakes, Cesar Salad and Shrimp Bisque were all Excellent.
Main Course: Tomahawk Steak, Blackened Filet, New York Strips were all Excellent.
Sides: Sweet Potatoes Excellent ~ Caulilini was not that great to us
Desserts ~ Bourbon Pecan Pie and Chocolate Lava Cakes were very good.
Alcohol ~ Caymus was perfect ~ Dirty Martini made with Gin was off the chain.
Service was Exceptional Great ~ Nadia
It was my Sons 21st birthday and our meal was perfect. View was amazing as well.
Everyone should see this place at least once. Food is way over priced for the quality served.
Great food and excellent service.
You hace a Great place. But it is not un motion forma long time and you dont have a variety of food
Both my husband and I have been to this restaurant when it still rotated and now that we're married and have young adults we both wanted our son to experience the restaurant at the top.
It did not disappoint and the scenery, and food were just as excellent. The only thing he did not experience was the rotation of the dining room but he thoroughly seeing downtown Atlanta at that vantage point.
Great food. Service okay. Expensive.
Awesome Thanksgiving menu with great options.
Evrything would have raed five stars if the restaurant revolved. It has been years since the accident and your patrons have been punished enough with ultra high prices for what is served without the restaurant revolving. Without it revolving the view is stagnant and the food is not worth the price for a stagnant view.
Its always a shame when the evening ends by being actively ignored by the maitre’d while other “locals” are actively and warmly acknowledged and thanked. It tainted our otherwise wonderful evening.
This was for the fixed price Thanksgiving dinner. Service was very good as was food quality. As to the value, it was way overpriced. We had this same dinner a couple years ago and I don't think it was this expensive. At best, the restaurant was 1/2 full so I'm guessing they overpriced it this year. The cost of the turkey dinner and a bottle of wine was the same as it costs for the most expensive prime steak restaurants in Atlanta. It was a unique experience but I doubt we'll be back at this price.
This dinner costs almost $900 for 7 and that includes 3 kids. For that I could have gone to the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons for something outstanding. A $900 meal should have truly been an outstanding experience. This was far from it. Took 2.5 hours and kids were worn out. Food was scanty and barely warm. For half that I could have had a Kings meal at the Ritz. Never again! Never again!
I really enjoyed lunch on Thanksgiving Day. The music was pleasant however the singer's were annoying. Overall we had a wonderful time. My family enjoyed themselves too. I had had Halibut and thoroughly enjoyed it.
