While I initially had apprehension about dining at the Sundial restaurant —- due to a previous visit, we were absolutely impressed with the changes to the menu and the service. BOTH were outstanding!!! Thank you for an amazing night of food, fun, service.

Thought it was going to be romantic. They said they are famous for their steak but it taste like a normal steak oh And it was $65 dollars for the steak too. Don't waste your time. Go to nikolais roof instead

The service and food was outstanding. I just have one request, is there any way that you can add a desert on the menu for diabetics. I look foreword to visiting your restaurant in the near future.

Over all a great experience. Our server Ann is the best! She’s been there from my first time in the 90’s. What a shame the rotation feature is on hold. Imagine stopping the world because some parents can’t control their kids. I’m sorry he was hurt, but the blame is on the parents not the facility.

Felt rushed & the menu was limited that was not great at all. Went for Mother’s Day I wanted to show some family members a nice evening. Basically very disappointed just being honest. Been a few times for drinks & business meetings.

Fabulous view!
Overpriced food!
French toast...Thumbs down!
Need more options on the menu!
The kids menu shouldn't be just for the kids!!!!!

I will not be going back, unless I am being treated! I was better off going to Friday's or Red Lobster.

This was such a disappointing experience and way overpriced and overrated. We were celebrating my daughter’s 25th birthday. The table was so small and five people felt extremely tight. We were never informed that the sign dial doesn’t move anymore until we sat down. Our view was that of the Georgia Pacific building. The food options were very limited and way overpriced. The service was comparable to Ruby Tuesday’s or Macaroni Grill. If you plan on marking a special occasion don’t gp here. So disappointing.

As a returning guest (it's my sixth time dining at the Sundial), I was able to note that they took off several vegetarian options from the menu - which was a shame. The server was always able to talk to the chef and whip something off menu (different sauce, pasta option, substitute new veggies for meats etc.) - but this time was sadly a new low!

We were disappointed to find out that our server had charged us for two seafood pastas after we clearly asked (and were served) vegetable pastas with a different sauce - a $14 up-charge per entree ($28 overcharge). We expected fine dining with a view but this was a new low.

Not sure why it made sense for the server to charge us for the bacon/shrimp etc. that wasn't in our pasta! We know for sure that our food didn't contain any veggies that weren't already listed in the vegetable pasta, just the different sauce! We preferred to not contest the charge at the restaurant to be polite to other guests there, but were clearly disappointed. Unlikely to be returning to the restaurant in the near future!

Ristorante con vista indubbiamente bella, ma servizio lento, improvvisato, quasi sguaiato.
Tipico ristorante turistico commerciale... nulla di che nemmeno il menu ... direi che a parte la vista c’è ben poco.

The food was amazing, ambience was romantic and the live band added a special touch. Our waitress (Ms. Ann) enhanced the dining experience with her warm bubbly personality and did a wonderful job helping us decide what to try.

The evening I went there the restaurant wasn't rotating. It took one hour for our food to come to the table. The server was professional and the waiters were on point. The food was good however I think the menu should change from time to time. I was there a year ago and the menu was basically the same.

We had a nice server and a very attentive guy who kept our water glasses filled. I knew that the restaurant didn’t revolve so that was fine. Since we’ve been to other revolving restaurants around the country. The only issue we had was; my husband ordered a steak “medium” but when he got it it was medium well. He told the server and she immediately took it away and returned a short time later with his steak at the right temperature. She apologized for the error. We felt that the server or chef thought my hubby didn’t know the temperature he wanted his steak cooked therefore brought it out to him over cooked..since he didn’t have to wait long for his replacement steak we still enjoyed our dining experience.
