Intimate, relaxed, and deeply delicious, dinner at the award-winning Stephanie Inn Dining Room is pure pleasure. Inspired by local ingredients at the peak of their season, Chef Aaron Bedard creates a nightly feast celebrating the flavors of the food mecca known as Oregon.

Kick off your evening with a classic craft cocktail as you await a seasonal prix fixe, four-course dinner, with your choice of entrée. Add on our suggested wine pairings to your meal or a bottle from our prized selection of exceptional Oregon wines that showcase the state’s spectacular variety of producers and styles.
We are happy to accommodate dietary needs, please list needs at time of reservation.

During the winter season, we offer 1 seating at 5:30pm, nightly.

During the summer and spring season, we offer 2 seatings nightly, at 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm by reservation only. Please note that The Stephanie Inn dining room welcomes children over 12 years of age.

It was a unique experience having the Head Chef come out and explain to everyone exactly what we were getting, where it was from, all the ingredients and how it was prepared. The presentation was artful. The wine pairings were spot on and generous portions. The service was impeccable and very genuine & engaging. Courses were also of generous portions and outstanding! Highly recommend if you are looking for a unique fine dining experience, at a great value! Reasonably priced for what your getting.

Top flight food prep and presentation. We did the wine pairing which seemed over priced. It was a memorable anniversary dinner.

Really great from start to finish. 1st seating of two nightly seatings - tasting menu with upgraded wine pairing. I highly recommend this restaurant. Attention to detail across the board. Creative dishes, thoughtful wine pairings and excellent service staff. A lovely evening for the two of us. We'll be back for certain

Food and service was superb. Setting wasn’t private, but it was comfortable. Presentation and wine pairings were spot on. Would definitely do again if we were in the area.

The ambiance was nice, service in general was good. Disappointing last minute changes for the menu, underwhelming food experience. Other than the attentive service, the wines were okay, and food was overcooked— it was not the spectacular experience anticipated based on the reviews and reputation. Better luck next time!
