Everything was good except for the location of our table. We are 4 elderly people looking for a nice quiet dinner but were given a table next to a banquet table of approximately 10 early to middle age friends. The noise level cut into a joyful dinner.

We have been here many times & have enjoyed the food, good service & nice ambiance. This experience however was disappointing. We ordered a crab leg APPETIZER to share between the 2 of us $35, instead they brought the crab leg ENTREE $85! We ordered the King cut Prime (we both prefer a nice, medium rare, pink, thick cut) to share, they brought 2 thin cuts that had seared grey on the flat top! A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT! $300 wasted!😡

The Steakhouse has good food, but compared to price and steak quality at RUTH’s Chris or Morton’s, it was not what we were led to believe. Our Medium ordered rib eye was brought out medium well to well done. The $12 Caesar salad was large enough for two, but $12 glasses of wine and $15 side dishes encouraged us to just have steak, salad and water. If you have just hit a major jackpot, this might be your place, but even our birthday celebration was recognized by a bowl of cotton candy, instead of a dessert like the Palm or Ruth’s Chris would have provided. Probably cost The Steakhouse 50 cents.
Anyway, while we will return to the valley, we won’t return to the Steakhouse. There is just not enough value to warrant a return!

The food and wine here is actually quite good, although something is off with the service. We got there when it was pretty empty and they immediately took us to the crappiest table inside. So we asked to be seated outside and they took us to the crappiest table out there. Why don't they take people to nice table locations first? Then the waiter hands you the wine list and immediately starts describing and suggesting stuff assuming you don't know the difference between a cab and pinot. I've been fine dining 30 years and don't need help. Good service is efficient and unobtrusive, not interrupting your conversation every 30 seconds. Still, overall they make a good steak and its a good place before some cards or a show.

Great food! Salmon which I got last time was excellent except the bottom was completely burnt this time. Last time it wasnt, but the waiter never came around after the meal was served. The waiters assistant served the bread, and the only time we saw the waiter is when he took our order.

The food at The Steakhouse was excellent! I had a fillet Mignon that was cooked to perfection. The service was on point and the restaurant was beautifully designed. We felt temporarily transported from the casino action a few yards away.

Prices very expensive-you pay for all sides-we didn't go extravagant and our meal was close to $500 for 4.They recommend 18,19,20% tip which aggravates me on the bill. You tip for service not just for the sake of tipping-steaks were very good but everything way to expensive-not really what I would call an impressive venue

Food was delicious. Slow service, but that wasn't a bad thing, nice leisurely dining experience. We had a new waiter, but he was attentive. We sat on the patio, so the smoke stench from the casino wasn't appetizing.

We went here for my husbands birthday. The atmosphere was really nice and the food was amazing. We had the crab cakes, lobster bisque, lamb, lobster, NY steak and creme brulee. It was the best crab cakes and lamb I have ever had! I could not believe how good the lamb was. They had a decent size wine list as well with several very good wines. After our meal they surprised my husband with a giant cotton candy with a candle on top! They also took a picture of us, printed it out and put it in a cute paper frame with a hand written birthday wish to my husband. The staff was great with one complaint. The hostess was terrible. She was very rude and unfriendly to us. We're not sure what the problem was. She did not want to deal with us even though I had made our reservations 3 days in advance and all we said was; "Hello, we have reservations." She sat three other couples before us and finally someone else came and sat us at our table. On our way out another server and the manager thanked us for coming and wished my husband a happy birthday. He looked at the hostess and thanked her and she wouldn't even look at him let alone respond. So strange. Otherwise we enjoyed dining here.

Although The Steakhouse was recommended to me, I certainly would not recommend it. The fare was very expensive compared to other high end restaurants. The air smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Walking the gambling machine gauntlet to the restaurant left a great deal to be wanted. Valet service took forever to deliver our car after dinner. As I expected, it was nothing but a Casino experience: not to my taste.

Waited at least an hour from salads to main. Three prime ribs and one steak should not have taken that long!! One prime rib wasn’t even cooked but appeared to have been put under a broiler and browned. Worse piece of meat ever!!!

Overwhelming aroma of cigarette smoke killed any chance of enjoying a fine meal. Overpriced with overworked wait staff who did their best under the circumstances. With so many other fine choices in the area, the only reason to come here is to gamble in the casino. We won't be back for sure.

They were late to seat us although we expressed that we had show tickets. We were seated next to a very loud large table of people that totally overwhelmed that dining room but we we’re to tight on our timing to ask for another table in a different room. Considering the prices are similar to Mastro’s you’d think the quality would be at least close of which it wasn’t. Most certainly won’t make the mistake of going back. I was years ago a regional manager for Reubens Steakhouse and a Food and beverage director of both Marriott and Sheraton, I know what it should have been and it wasn’t by a long shot. Hugely disappointed...

Made reservations for 6:30 p.m. in order to see entertainment in The Show. There was no consideration by the staff to serve us in a timely manner and we missed part of the opening. For this reason, our party was disappointed. Would not dine at this restaurant prior to entertainment again. The price of the tickets warranted seeing the entire show.
