    I’m a fan of the smiths and used to dine regularly up at Lincoln Center when I worked up there I love the food service generally really good only complaint actually two are the noise level in the restaurant make it impossible to have a conversation and if somebody’s handicap, I don’t know if there was a bathroom on the upstairs level. The food is always really good as is the service.

    We had a great brunch at The Smith. It was absolutely packed and the hostess made sure we were seated immediately for our reservation, our server was great - super friendly, helpful and professional and the food was fabulous, as were the cocktails!

    Always great! Was Interesting that a waiter knocked a bottle over- everyone was very nice but took time to clean up- was surprised a manager didn’t offer a comped drink or dessert- would have been nice- we are regulars and def was an accident but disrupted conversation as my husband had to stand and have glasses taken out of shoe etc

    Decent place for Brunch and no complaints! I choose The Smith because it was very convenient to my hotel, but not sure I would go back. It was too ‘chain restaurant’ for me. But I believe most people would enjoy the place.

    We have dined at The Smith for years. This was our second Thanksgiving Day visit to The Smith, which exceeded our experience last year. Both the food and the service were outstanding and we will be returning sooner than later.

    From communication about reservation, through seat changes, and amazing family sitting beside us - the entire visit was calm, relaxed, and most importantly delicious! Our waitress was kind- and had the best smile!

    It is a cool spot, we had our 2and 6yr old and they made them feel like princesses. Our waiter was very accommodating food was great and drinks were amazing thank you for a great thanksgiving dinner.

    Comida excelente. Servicio impecable. Iluminación algo escasa en nuestra opinión, era un poco oscuro. Nos tocó una mesa cercana a la puerta donde había bastante corriente cada vez que se abría la puerta. El tema del vino era un poco lioso ya que no sirven por botellas sino por jarras que ellos te rellenan. Por lo demás, la velada fue muy buena y la comida que pedimos estaba deliciosa. Merece especial mención el servicio recibido por parte de nuestro camarero, excelente

    Service was slow and orders were mixed up. Everyone at our table ordered the burger at different temperatures and unfortunately we all received someone else’s burger.

    The staff, the food, and the ambience at the Smith was wonderful! We had a reunion of family and friends, and they served us so nicely, efficiently, and friendly, we felt like we were a private event. Wonderful!
