I ordered my burger medium well and it was very bloody but I didn’t want to wait for a new burger. Also it took forever to get bill. Other than that the food was amazing and a great experience

We had a great lunch and the staff was exceptional. We were initially told that they were unable to make us 3 bloody mary cocktails as they did not have any mixer left. We were disappointed and were not interested in a substitute cocktail and opted for soft drinks. It was not a big deal. The manager came to our table and let us know that they were preparing a new batch of mix for us. We were very surprised and delighted by this news. It is a testament that the staff is aware of their customers needs and made an extra effort to take care of us. We will be back soon!

I came in with my son in a wheelchair and said how cold we were . The Resturant was almost empty they sat us in the bar area right next to the door . The back room was empty and warm they could have seated us there. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. I mentioned it to the waiter and he said sorry about that and didn’t say let me see if we can move you . We ordered a variety of different food which was okay but not great . Over all not a good experience .

Made reservations, had to stand for 15 minutes at the front door. We could see our empty table. Finally they sat us at the empty table we had been staring at for 15 minutes. We weren’t asked if we wanted anything to drink. We ordered food, was good and came out timely. Then we sat… no one approached us to check in, the bus person started clearing. We still sat. Finally had to go to the front desk (who weren’t friendly from the start) and ask them to send someone with the check. Terrible service, awful.

I have been craving shrimp and grits, and theirs did not disappoint. The staff was kind to accommodate two additional people in our party. Service was kind and professional. Atmosphere was a little loud and busy, but rest of brunch was perfect.

Seated 30 minutes late with a reservation, slow service. They ran out of bread but our waitress did manage to get us some. I’ve been here several times before and it was good, but this time was only okay.

Good food. Good value. Had to wait 20 minutes to be seated after time of reservation(7:30pm). Intense, over the top energy which means really couldn’t hear person across the table!

We went to The Smith for dinner following a show—three of us ordered gnocchi in truffle cream sauce and all were raving about it. They were lightly crisped pillows of heaven and the sauce was delicious. Another member of our party ordered the burger and she said it was perfectly scooped and seasoned. Our server was friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our meals and the cocktails!

We enjoyed this restaurant after walking around the city all day. It was really cute inside and had pretty Christmas decorations. Great food. Good kids menu and atmosphere for both kids and adults.

Fab Saturday brunch in the city! Greeted warmly, quickly despite the crowd, and seated an hour early outside at one of the heated tables. Great, friendly servers, delish good & fresh mimosas with fresh squeezed OJ!

Loud and busy! Excellent brunch food, but service too harried and absentee. Had to wait 15 mins for table even with reservation. Tip: don't order wine by the glass, the pour is thimble sized for $19. I would still go back, though, as the food quality outweighs the downsides.

Every time we go there we get great service and the food is always good. We usually get a nice comfortable seat, but it can get pretty loud especially when it's busy, but that is to be expected. I really like this place and will continue to go back.

Really cool spot with good food. Service was outstanding. I will say it was incredibly loud, so if you’re looking for a quiet spot this probably isn’t for you.

I was extremely disappointed in my grilled salmon dish. As a frequent patron I was shocked that the entire dish was drenched in some weird sauce. I did not enjoy my meal at all.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. The service from the moment we arrived was wonderful, even with a 15 min wait. But the bar was open and available, so the pre-dinner drinks were excellent-LOVED THE THANKSGIVING COCKTAIL!! All the food was to die for, rich and delicious; it really felt like a treat. It wasn’t too loud or warm even with the place being filled. And it never felt like we were forgotten in the mix. 12/10 recommend going!

We came for Thanksgiving dinner and the food was delicious!!! There wasn’t a bad thing on the table, the food portions were generous (we had leftovers) and the apple brioche was the sleeper hit!

The only issue with my stay was they packed it in too tight. I have no issues with it being crowded on a holiday. They packed it so tight that it was tough to have room for the food, the plates for said food and the person next to you. The waiters and waitresses were amazing. The food was very good as well.

For $78, per person, this is a great place to have Thanksgiving dinner. Highly recommend for those that don't want to cook on the holidays.

I've eaten at other locations and I've liked their food in the past, even though the restaurants are always super loud and super crowded. I went to have their Thanksgiving menu meal and thought the food was overpriced and mediocre. Nothing stood out as amazing, place was as usual super crowded and loud, and not all heat lamps were working in their outdoor seating so I was cold. Overall experience was not good and I wish I had chosen a different restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner.
