The smith is always great! I enjoy the ambiance, the service and the food. The mac n cheese is so delicious! I will definitely be having it again. I will not be having the egg benefit johnny, it wasn't as good as the egg Benedict the smith. Also, i noticed the pecan pancakes were a bit smaller this time I went with my husband. Last time, the pancakes were the size of the plate. When I mean last time, i mean two weeks ago. I think the only thing they need to improve on is consistency with their dishes, b/c even their home fries weren't as good as last time.

Been here before, love it. A little noisy today and my dad is hard of hearing so we had to work through that. Otherwise, fantastic service and amazing food!!

Sunday Brunch: Sicilian Baked Eggs & Short Rib Hash were both excellent. Spicy Bloody Mary & Gin & Tonic and we were sated.

We went for an early brunch on a Sunday and the Smith was absolutely amazing! Must get the vanilla bean French toast and jalapeño cheese grits!
Food was too salty overall
My first time going to Smith for dinner. Met a few couples there. It was very loud and busy by 7pm on a Saturday so I’m glad we made a reservation. We ordered a few appetizers and most of us got one of the stake options. Everyone was happy with their meal. I would go back.
Delicious food, lovely waitress, great seat (the doors were open for the gorgeous 70-degree day). Can't miss in NYC!

Got brunch with my partner. It was absolutely amazing. The food was great and our waitress (forgot her name but she is blonde with short hair) was FANTASTIC! She recommended the pastrami grilled cheese to my partner and he absolutely loved it. And she give you both sparkling and still water upon sitting down which we both loved. Fabulous experience. We will definitely be back.
Discovered and selected The Smith because it could accommodate a party of 12 and was in a convenient location, but was impressed with their interesting, affordable menu; outstanding food; and exceptional service. Honestly, I’ll be back — and not just when I need space for a large party.
Had a great time at The Smith. We were a table of 5. The service was great even though the place was hopping! The butternut squash “onion” rings were ridiculously good. Never wanted for anything and were never rushed out like so many busy restaurants do. I highly recommend!

Fun spot, reservation online, Saturday night... table was waiting. Warm potato chips with blue cheese was damn tasty.
We reserved a table for 4 at 6:15 and when we were running late they were able to accommodate changing our reservation to 6:45 without any problems and we were seated immediately. Bridget took wonderful care of us. She suggested drinks, helped with apps and meal choices and even pulled off a special dessert for the birthday girl with dietary restrictions. Everything was delicious! We loved the potato chips with blue cheese sauce. The fried Calamari was tender and just a touch spicy. The roasted tomato soup was so fresh and delicious. Two orders of the chicken pot pie were finished in their entirety ( even after those eating them “couldn’t eat another bite” half way through. The Atlantic Haddock was lite and wonderful. Desserts didn’t disappoint either!!! Thanks to the other diners who left reviews that made us choose The Smith. We will definitely be back. Great job!!
Service great, food very good - diver scallop special had interesting broth; haddock had especially nice Dijon beurre blanc that complemented rather than overpowering fish and accompanying vegetables. Sticky toffee pudding was a treat. Fun atmosphere.

We came for the Mac and cheese and were surprised to find it in the app section. Our concern about portion size was unwarranted. It was too much to finish! The Smith burger was the best, most savory burger we'd even eaten. Wish we'd had time (and saved room) for dessert! Service was attentive and friendly. We will be back and will be telling friends to go ASAP!
We really enjoyed this place! Very friendly and fast service. The fried chicken was da bomb! Great cocktail menu! My friend loved her veggie bowl. Said she could eat it every day. Great stop if you are in this area.
Overall a very pleasant experience. The service was great. The food was amazing!! Very satisfying, and huge portions (we wound up taking about half home with us). Definitely a good value all around!
Such a cute brunch place in NYC, I wished there was something like this in Long Island. I got the smoked salmon toast and my friends got the avocado toast. We all loved the food, fast and friendly service. They also have a photo booth downstairs for $5.

I have been to 3 Smith locations, this one is smaller than NOMAD but same energetic vibe and the same good quality food. I'm not a burger person but if you are try the Supreme version - amazing flavors. It is loud so when with a group it is challenging to hear all those at the table.
Beautiful ambiance. My cousin and I were greeted with smiles and welcoming energy. It was dim and lit subtly by candles and other fixtures. I was honestly so surprised by the food and so was my cousin, we both really underestimated it. The first bite literally captures you. Only thing I’d say is that the first size for wine is 14$ and it’s a little bit bigger than a shot glass which I was disappointed with. But, overall I really liked the overall energy of the place and the pictures plastered on the wall towards the rear of the restaurant just added to it. I’m definitely making plans to return.
We had a reservation but opted for the bar as the bartender downstairs was phenomenal and so nice! He made me want to come back to this location!

We were there for a casual dinner. The menu has enough choices for most peoples tastes. Everyone liked their meals. I had a salad with grilled chicken. I love the salads here.

Amazing waitstaff! Food was okay. The hot potato chips were delicious and as was the calamari, although that was kind of salty. The burger meat was delicious but the bread kept breaking up. The shoestring fries could have been done better. I
Yummy food and good service but the restaurant is LOUD when it's crowded, which it was. We had brunch with my parents, which was good, but quite hard to hear each other.
Ithe food was good and the service the wine I order a glass of wine what came was a shot glass well I said to my friend I guess I won't be getting drunk here $11.00 a shot.
Went for brunch based on an internet review. Wasn’t disappointed either. Dishes were not too ordinary; the breakfast pot pie was delicious.
