The food is good, the view magnificent.
The waitress unbearable, not even time to drink my glass half that I am asked to take something else. Interruption while we are talking between us. Really unbearable

The waitress was clueless to what she was doing brought out hot beers took drink orders and brought only half of them to then tell us they don’t carry those things (Red Bull and regular corona) after we had to ask her.

I’m a regular there.
But the last time I was there I didn’t like the sit they gave us . For 4ppl we got 3 chairs only and I’ve asked for one more chair And there was an option for us, but the guys which worked that day on the hot position don’t want to deal with it. They girls always provide better service. And I felt weird , this is my favorite lounge in the city and I’m regular there for more than 4 years and the service I’ve got in my last visit and even it was my birthday wasn’t the best one.

We were sat quickly(11:45PM), but the waitress didn't arrive to quick. When she came we ordered a glass of champagne and asked if we could order an appetizer as well and we were informed that the kitchen was closing. We simply said ok. She walked away and never came back. 15 minutes later after watching her deliver drinks to the guest beside us, not once, but twice we decided to approach an individual who looked to be a manager. He apologized and within 5 minutes we finally received our drinks. No apology on her part though. The view was great, but service didn't match the atmosphere.

What an amazing experience! Made a reservation for my boyfriend's birthday and we had gotten engaged right before! We had to change our reservation, which Skylark was unbelievable flexible to do. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by all personnel. When our waitress came, we excitedly told her about our engagement and were treated like royalty for the rest of the evening, including a champagne toast. The view was incredible, even on a rainy and foggy night. The food was delicious as were the drinks, and the mini balcony over looking the Empire State building was the perfect cherry on top. Thank you for a night we will always remember, we will certainly be back! Could not recommend more highly.

We had a table for two booked as we were celebrating our anniversary and everything was perfect. We had a table right in front of the Empire State Building and we felt so welcomed. The views and the drinks were incredible and will be a memorable night for us visiting from the UK. Thank you

I got disappointed because I had an specific time to leave the table. When I made the reservation, nobody said anything about that and I found out when I got there.

Gorgeous views of the west side! The views are the reason to go. The service needs a LOT of work. Our server constantly rushed us, seemed annoyed that we didn’t order more, and generally had a blah vibe.

But whatever, ignore the service, order a good drink and enjoy the views!

Brilliant soundtrack of 90's hip hop, perfectly balanced cocktails, reasonably priced, great service, and incredible views from the 30th floor. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a chilled couple of drinks with friends or partner while taking in the view!

The waitress sucks. The second waitress accused us of attempting to dine and dash. Meanwhile they had our credit card on file to hold our table. The drinks weren’t great. Either too sweet or too gross. The only thing I liked was the Receptionist, the DJ and the bartenders (it’s not their fault the drinks on the menu sucked).

It’s a place wowing! My friends and I loved it. I recommend a 100 percent.

We celebrated our engagement party there with my fiancé and our families, and the staff was so nice and booked us the best table with the amazing view.

The views are incredible and that’s really what you’re paying for. The cocktails are delicious, at $19-20 a piece. The food however was tiny portions and very over priced. The cauliflower and tuna tacos were delicious but stay away from the fried chicken sandwiches. The chicken was basically a hockey puck and sandwich was completely tasteless. We got one order for 2 people and it came with 4. Then we saw on the bill that they charged us for an extra which we never asked for. Was not happy and had it removed.

Great atmosphere, outstanding view. Food was very good, prices as expected for that kind of place.

There was a table waiting for us, but in stead of being positioned to the stunning view we were looking at the inner wall. Something tot think about. And a cold fell on us. Probably due to the big windows
