Great food. Excellent service.
Cool and comfortably hip, stylish place that offers a cozy vibe and a nice selection of small, shared plates and entrees. Salmon was perfectly cooked, soft and moist inside and crispy on the outside. Didn't try any of the small plates on this visit, but they sound and look amazing. Really friendly and capable service.
The food was yummy, and the servers were very attentive, but the music was way too loud! We were shouting and our throats were hoarse afterwards...maybe the live bands could tone down the volume? We were on the patio...that being said, we would go back again, just maybe not when there is live music.
Great experience and food recommendation from the moment we walked in. Celebrated my daughters 16th bday and she couldn’t have been any happier.
Quick seating as well as polite waiters. Drinks are good and quick. Food is good and quick as it’s gets for that type of food. Attentive employees and good customers. Go and enjoy it.
The wait staff was wonderful and the food delicious. We had tri-tip with chimichuri, roasted potatoes with Brussels sprouts and buffalo cauliflower bites - which I have not stopped thinking about! So yummy! It took a bit for the food to come out, however. But I have a feeling that was unusual as the waitstaff kept apologizing. I wish they had a full bar, but it won’t stop me from returning.
We love this place. We made a reservation two weeks in advance for a special table (which we got) - and we indicated it was for a BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. I even went there for lunch three days before and they checked the reservation and all the info was there. On the night of our party, our server did not know it was for a birthday party - and that's was a disappointment. Why ask all the questions or "special requests" if they are not read. We will go back again because it is a very cool, studio city spot.
Great for lunch. Nice menu with lots of delicious options. Fresh, healthy selections. Never a disappointment. Wait staff is terrific!
Great spot. Great food. Very nice music on Friday and Saturday. Received mended.
Ok food but bad service.
Some of our meals were very good, others were disappointing. The tomato pizza had barely any tomatoes on it. The s’mores dessert lacked any real crust and was small for the price. But mainly the problem was that Our waiter was barely around, which was especially annoying given that our large group had the tip already included in it for the check.
One of the best places to dine in studio city! You feel like family when your their. Food and service are awesome.
Live music on Sat nights!!
We tried this place for the first time on a Saturday night and were not disappointed. Atmosphere was great, the live music was a nice touch and not too loud. It was a nice indie loungy kind of sound perfect for a date night atmosphere. The food was great too. I had the Drunken Burger which was ridiculously good and my husband had the red snapper (the chef’s special of the night). The truffle fries were fantastic.
The only thing that could make this place better is a full bar, but the wine we had was quite good. I recommend this place for date nights and gatherings with friends. It’s not overly pretentious and the service was friendly. I would recommend a reservation though for weekend nights. It was packed.
The live music was a wonderful addition to a perfect evening
Last minute Valentines dinner and they knocked it out of the park. Love this place. We’ll be going back time and time again.
Drinks were excellent! Spicy margaritas; delicious. The salmon was wonderful and not over done. The turkey burger was large and very tasty! Don’t forget dessert: bread pudding and s’mores a great end to our dinner.
Food took 1.5 hours to arrive, came out cold, told us as food was coming out that they had 86ed one of the meals. Overall, very disappointing.
It was a super cute place that had live music which added to the great service, food and atmosphere! It was my best friend’s birthday and they really made her feel special!
The food there is getting worse every time we go. The pizza was raw. The soup tasted like dish water. We will not be going back.
Came for a birthday brunch for the first time - loved it! Great food, great server (Annie, I think?). Heard they have live music at night on the weekends and definitely want to come back for that. I had the Haystack - delicious!
A really good find. Very nice food and service. Tasty pizzas and flatbreads. Portrions so big, had lots to take home. Lovely fun server, too.
Great place for birthday celebration brunch!
Very good as always excerpt Saturday night noise level was out-of-control LOUD and the turkey burger was;t particularly good. (I've had much better at The Six!) As for the noise, we'd brought my 89-year-old mother, visiting from Chicago, so maybe this wasn't a place to have taken her own a Saturday night. But my wife and I recall it being much less loud in prior visits.
Always great service and food. The salmon salad never disappoints! My fav salad in the city
Great for a first date And quiet conversation.
Will be recommending the six to all my friends and relatives
Great funky decor. Very good food and service. Great live music. Fantastic night.
All the staff is awesome
This place is an unassuming hidden gem in the Studio City area. Highly recommended for a non-complicated meal with family and friends.
I've been here a few times and the service is always great and the food, fantastic!
I was really looking forward to the brunch, but was disappointed? We were a group of 10 for brunch. The service was slow and not very friendly. The waiter did tell us they had run out of the prepared food and were making the appetizer. After 50 minutes of sitting, we received the food and then the appetizer. My plate was cold and bland. I was really looking forward to the unusual combination of the rice bowl, but I didn't even taste the kimchi. A couple of people did like their food, but most said it was just fair. We had to ask for the bill twice and the 20% gratuity was already added. Perhaps they were having an off day?
While my husband loved his 19.00 burger I was very disappointed in my flatbread. Very hard to eat...too crispy, too much balsamic not enough tomatoes. I will definitely not return
Great burgers. Service was a bit chaotic and tardy at times. Entertainment was a nice touch.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Extensive and interesting menu!
Food was delicious and banana cream pie was the best ending
Although the food took quite some time to prepare, the service was fantastic and it was the best meal we had our during our stay in California. We appreciated that our son could enjoy a gluten free, dairy free pizza that did not taste like cardboard. It was AMAZING!
While we had a table that set at a dramatic angle the food and service was very good.
We came here for NYE dinner. The hostess immediately let us know that they had a 2 hour window turn over on the table - which kind of let a bad taste in my mouth. It's NYE, I get it but let your guests enjoy themselves. We were led to a table that behind the bar. One of my guests kept getting bumped my servers because he was seated a few feet away from there register. Another issue; the chairs. They obviously wanted to book as many people as they could but I didn't enjoy sitting on outdoor picnic chairs while I saw plenty of other people sitting on wooden chairs (we sat indoors). The food was pretty good. My favorite was the white pizza with mushroom. The peach tarts was flavorful. The rest of our meal with pretty average. The gnocchi had an odd texrure and was hard to identify. I wish NYE wasn't my first experience with this restaurant because I felt like things were too rushed. Not the best impression was left on us.
