Always excellent! Heirloom tomato salad was wonderful!
Lovely restaurant. Service was very good, food very tasty.
Lunch was delicious I had peach salad with added chicken salad. Only thought was that the salad could use more peaches. Friend ordered omelette and truffle fries which were best fries I’ve ever had. Thought it was pricey for lunch, would only go there occasionally due to cost.
The brunch food was delicious and the service was great. Will definitely be back
I've been going to the Silverspoon for years.
I have recommended it countless times.
I had the bacon BLT, on brioche, it was very good.
My guest had the caprese salad which he expected to have cheese but it did not, consequently, it was not very filling. He also ordered the soup of the day, cucumber mint, which had a wonderful texture.
Great food. Fresh, simple and tasty.
All I can say is Hamburger, Hamburger, Hamburger. No doubt the best in the area, hands down. Oh and truffle fries too.
The food is always delicious and unique with an unexpected flavor added to dishes prepared specifically for the current season. Michael’s service is exceptional and just adds to the dining experience. Silverspoon is our “go to” restaurant!
The wait staff is very attentive and the dinner was excellent and everyone in our party enjoyed what they had. Michael is our favorite waiter - very professional and always on the ball.
My lunch at the Silverspoon was very enjoyable. The server was friendly, polite and attentive, and the food was delicious. I will definitely return for another meal!
Jenna was great! It was so nice to eat outside.
This is such a wonderful restaurant. Whenever we eat here we feel it is an undiscovered gem. Brilliant. Tonight’s cucumber mint soup was to die for as well as the porcini mushroom risotto.
Great options from the lunchtime brunch menu. Omelettes, sandwiches & salads were all very well prepared.
Dining indoors or outdoors is a lovely experience. We have been here many times, none disappoint. Tonight we tried the 5 course tasting menu which as well timed, appropriately portioned to enjoy each course. The oysters were fresh and tasting of the sea. Lightly dressed salad followed by squid ink pasta (house made and done al dente, just right), studded with shrimp also very fresh and seasonal. The coulette, a new cut of beef was served medium rare and juicy. The dessert was a fresh berry crumble with lovely sweet tart berries a classic crust topped with brown butter ice cream. As a BYOB we were also able to pair the courses with the right wines, without breaking the bank! Bravo chef Ron, and to our other hero Michael, who watches over the pace and experience of a great dining experience!
Sandwiches were quite interesting but the outdoor seating area was nothing special-just next to parking lot. When it got cold outside, the waitress doubted we could get a table indoors. In the end, they did find one. Also did not realize it was BYOB. Got quite noisy for a while.
This is our “go to” restaurant. It has never failed to deliver. Wonderful flavors, warm hospitality and a BYOB, which we like.
Love this place. The atmosphere and outside tables are lovely. The chicken salad was delicious. The only negative was the service. There was one server for the whole restaurant at lunchtime. More staff would have been helpful as we had to wait for our order to be taken and she was clearly overworked!
First time at Silverspoon for brunch and will definitely go back again. Four of us shared the Egg in a Hole as an appetizer and I would order this again and a again! My chicken salad sandwich with house made chips was delicious as were companion's omelettes and pancakes with strawberry compote.
Our server was excellent - very attentive and not intrusive. I enjoyed that he never reached over the table to serve or clear plates and that he kept an eye on us to refill our iced teas with out being asked.
My neighborhood go-to when I have a delicious bottle of wine (or 2... or 3) to enjoy with a fabulous meal. Quaint locale with a few outdoor tables. Ever-changing seasonal menu.
As usual, very nice. Wonderful owners, fine staff. Not a ton of lobster on special omelet for the price, but still good.
Love this place! The food is always so fresh. The bacon alone is a reason to go! And the fresh brewed iced tea!
Silverspoon is definitely one of our favorites on the Mainline. The food is very well prepared and artfully presented. Our party of six all enjoyed their salads and entrees, which included the Salmon, Branzino, Ravoli, and Steak Frites. The desserts are amazing as well. It is a BYOB, which to us is advantage, so we brought 3 of our favorite bottles of wine for the meal.
Great atmosphere. Good service and lunch was amazing!!
BLT HAD AMAZING BACON!! Highly recommend!!
One of my very favorite restaurants. I always recommend.
The Silverspoon Restaurant was the ideal spot for mothers day brunch. The service was warm and attentive while the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a lovely, relaxing day and surprisingly didn't feel rushed to leave or crowded in even though it was a holiday.
One of the nicest BYOBs in the area, Never disappointing, frequently surprised
The food was very good our waiter Michael was excellent he know the menu made great suggestions very attentive . Parking was easy nice place . Only distraction was noise level . Would go again .
Service was a little slow (relaxed) but extremely friendly and always super accommodating. Food was excellent as always!!!
We loved this charming restaurant. The food and atmosphere were both fantastic!
We had brunch at Silverspoon and it did not disappoint. Everyone remarked that the eggs were excellent, as well as the omelet. The French toast was outstanding! Our server was quite attentive without being overbearing.
It was very busy the day before Mothers' Day, but we had a wonderful dining experience.
First rate food, skilled service, reasonable prices. Only criticism on my most recent visit is to pay more attention to the oysters. Mine were very gritty. Otherwise an excellent experience.
The menu was more interesting than the food. I tried a grilled asparagus salad. There was no smokiness or grilled flavor to the asaparagus. The accompaniments - boiled egg and bacon- somehow managed to have no flavor. There was a goopy unseasoned sauce all over it. Perhaps it was just very cold - salad should not be served straight from the fridge. I also had branzino, which was a very oily fillet, served with tasteless giant couscous, and a very nice piquant eggplant (I think) relish. Overall quite disappointing, and I shall not hurry back. The service was attentive, pleasant and swift.
This is one of our very favorite places. Not only is the food exceptional, but the owners and wait staff are wonderful. We're so lucky to have The Silverspoon near us!
In addition to delicious food, our waiter, Michael, was outstanding!
ON THE SPUR OF THE MOMENT, AFTER A TRIP HOME ON THE AUTO TRAIN, MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED A GOOD, NOURISHING, BUT ELEGANT, DINNER WELL SERVED AND NOT TOO COSTLY WHILE NOT HAVING TO DRESS UP....VOILA: SILVERSPOON IN WAYNE!!! THE MUSHROOM RISOTTO AND THE SALMON WERE EXCELLENT....TASTEY AND BEAUTIFULLY SERVED. DESSERT OF SHARED BEIGNETS WAS ALSO A TREAT. SERVICE WAS MOST FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL DINNER, SILVERSPOON RESTAURANT.
On of my favorite neighborhood places to eat—breakfast, lunch or dinner!
I like this restauran
Enjoyed brunch today at the Silverspoon. Our waitress was outgoing and attentive. She made us feel welcome. Veggie omelettes, turkey sausage and had to try the truffle fries. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. It's a small quant little place, so I would recommend making a reservation. We will be back.
