Appetizer and meals were excellent. Food was priced on the high side. IWe will be returning customers.
Service slightly slow. Swordfish was dry.
Great atmosphere. Old meets new. Food was great. Service was excellent ( Jen). Would definitely go back.
Great service, food was enjoyable. Nice decor. Will return.
I have loved this place since it first opened. Great food & atmosphere!!
Food and service were great. There was a band and they were really great. Problem was that the sound was really loud. Hard to have a conversation during dinner and at the bar. Literally screaming. Kind of got annoying but the music was good.
Although we didn’t know it was a price fixe menu and more then we were looking to spend ( we were looking for a good burger and a craft beer) it was a good experience. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to going back for a beer and a burger.
This was our first time for Valentine's Day. The food was wonderful. We will be returning regularly
Unfortunately, we made reservations for Valentine's Day, looked at the menu, saw the inflated price and walked out. We found it almost insulting that the same food on Tuesday costs twice the amount on Valentine's Day. Increasing the cost a meal because it is a holiday is just taking advantage. I will go back to the Savoy on an average weekday when the prices are more affordable to the average working person.
The Savoy has a casual and comfortable pub ambiance. The food is above average with a very nice happy hour. Worth a visit.
The service is always five star and the staff is attentive and thorough in providing a warm and welcoming experience. In addition the hostess, Cat, is a treasure.
All good, service fair. Server appeared a bit overwhelmed
Dinner was great and the daily special of lamb chops were exceptional
Warm fire welcomes you at entrance. For a Saturday night, the bar needed another bartender, though they were generous with beer samples. Food n drink service at table was not any more efficient unfortunately.
Shrimp Toscana was bland. My friend’s fried Eggplant was also forgettable. Sangria was overly sweet. The best part of the meal was the bread basket- warm bread with a crispy crust and soft center. Would only return for beer.
Great environment. Decent beer selection. Menu was creative. Our server was very bubbly and nice. It got pretty busy (but not full) as we sat down which seemed to slow our service down considerably. Two get our drinks took 10min each time. I had two different IPAs that I enjoyed thoroughly and my wife had wine. My wife brought us there for one thing, the artichokes (she’s had them before). They were out...strike 1. We got the Arancini instead and they were pretty good. We both ordered the Chef’s burger. She asked for medium with the bbq sauce on the side. I asked for medium rare, as is. My wife got her burger medium with sauce on the side. Mine was also medium but with no sauce at all. I let the sauce go because of what happened next. Thankfully, my wife cut her burger in half before biting into it as the whole plastic wrapper was inside the burger. I went and got our server and she apologized emphatically and explained that each burger comes individually wrapped in said plastic and the kitchen was busy...I don’t care how busy the kitchen is that’s unacceptable. The manager came over to apologize and let her order something else and offered for our next round of drinks on the House. I thought that less appropriate than comping her entire dish. She got the French dip. Another 20min before it came out. I had eaten as slow as possible to wait but by the time it came out I was finished. They offered drinks but I had had already had two and was driving and asked if there was something else they could do. They offered dessert but we were over it so finally they comped her meal entirely. Not sure if I’ll go back.
Great ambiance. Food was good with a large variety of craft beers. On this particular night they were out of Cider and a few things on the menu. They do not have cocktail sauce and do not like to alter how they make their dishes. The tables are a bit too close together. Overall I gave them 3 stars because of the service and dining experience.
Food and Service were Great.
Will definitely visit again
Food was exquisite! Fine dining and amazing signature cocktails. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. Celebrated a special birthday and the moment was captured perfectly.
Had a lovely christmas eve dinner at the Savoy- Very good service and food, and beautiful holiday decorations for the season.
However, management must look into providing different cloth napkins! The ones we were given left all of our sweaters covered in lint! This was extremely annoying and required special care the next day, to remove the lint.
food and service was excellent guy the owner saw are table was tight and give us a much bigger table witch i thought was very nice great host will come back soon
Nice local spot. Friendly servers, good ambiance. I love the beer mussels and lobster Mac n cheese
Delicious food, attentive service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our family of four (two children ages 9 and 11) had a lovely night celebrating the start of the holiday season.
Good Food, nice place and wonderful service. The price point was a little high for the area . $25.00 burgers and Chicken dishes. The food was tasty though and we did use a groupon
We've going the Savoy ever since it opened. Wonderful restaurant with New York flavor.
Too many rules when ordering. Otherwise, I hope they last, as it never seems busy.
We celebrated mom’s birthday. They were happy to accommodate our large group. Everything was perfect. Friendly and attentive service. Delicious food. Great beer menu too! Will definitely go back!
My husband and I had a great time for our every a Saturday date night. The food was delicious and the waitress was very helpful with selections. We look forward to going back with friends.
booked with special occasion, not acknowledged.
I️ did not like a single thing I️ got. Everything tasted like it care from the box (which I’m guessing it did seeing that it’s a bar). If you want a beer, this is the place for you.. unless you’re looking for fruity, then it’s on the menu but not actually in stock. I️ spent $60 and I feel cheated.
A pleasant surprise. Did not expect such a gem tucked away in town. signage not well lit. Look close. Front opens to the street
All was fine. Only complaint....LOUD. Could barely hear my bf and the waitress!
Great menu and food was fast hot and well cooked. Will definitely return.
Food was great. We had the price fix dinner. Excellent value for the items we received. Not a lot of staff on, so my friend felt we should have been paid attention to more by the server. Not a big deal to me, though. Bartender was awesome.
Short ribs were great but overshadowed by the incredibly slow service. I don't blame the staff but the management, as you can tell they are terribly understaffed. It should not take 20 minutes to get a tap beer...especially when it's your first drink of the evening. Also, if you're not a steakhouse, don't charge $38 for a steak. We won't go back.
My husband and I went for dinner. We sat by the open door on a beautiful night. I ordered the duck, which was a special. It was amazing. It came with sugar snap peas, over sweet potato mash and cranberry chutney. It felt like a Thanksgiving dinner. My husband ordered the steak and enjoyed just as much as I enjoyed our meal. Will definitely go back!!
Wouldn't accept a Groupon because it was purchased that day. Never experienced that issue in any other restaurant before.
This was our second time eating at Savoy and it was better than the first. Great wine list. I highly suggest the root beer braised short ribs. The portion sizes were more than we could eat in one sitting so thank you for the leftovers. Savoy is perfect for a romantic dinner.
Wonderful food, atmosphere and staff.
Not too much to say. Limited seating forced some people to sit in glaring sun. Waitress tried to seat us in the sun for some reason although there were other tables available. We asked for a booth but were told that they were reserved although some remained vacant for the entire time we were there. Mussels with beer/mustard sauce was ok but not great. French dip was like shredded well-done "beef" on a vey large roll...also not great.
