The Roycroft Inn
Dinner selections range from $16-$35, lunch from $7-$15,
Sunday Buffet Brunch from $29.00
First Tuesday night burger and a beer on the peristyle this summer! Gorgeous night, great atmosphere at the Roycroft for sitting outside for dinner. Service was great. The only downside was the french fries as they were quite greasy.
First time here, but definitely not the last. Arrived for our reservation and seated immediately. Our server was at the table in a timely manner and was very pleasant. The food was overwhelming leaving one to wonder what to try first. There was no disappointment to any dish that I tried. The atmosphere is relaxed, we did not feel rushed and was able to truly enjoy the food and the atmosphere along with the string quartet. There were several tables near us with babies and yet you would not know as they were quiet, wondering if the atmosphere around them was a calming influence! I certainly enjoyed my dining experience and look forward to returning soon.
Delicious buffet in a wonderful setting with professional service.
Excellent all the way around. Love this place! Could not have picked a better place for my Dad's 80 bday celebration.
Nothing beats the Roycroft porch in the Summer. We were transported to a bygone era but with all the modern amenities. Good service, excellent haddock lunch special and all at a fair price. Wonderful way to enjoy a few hours with friends.
Always enjoy. Lovely setting and never rushed. Good selection of daily specials.
The Roycroft Inn was the perfect spot for a date. Lovely dining on the veranda, and the menu specials were fantastic. Uncork Wednesday saved us some $, too, so all in all a great experience.
Great food, friendly service, wonderful atmosphere
Absolutely perfect as always! My daughter and I had a wonderful meal, great time spent together! Although we live close by, we always feel as though we are a work away at the Roycroft!!!
The Roycroft is a beautiful place and we always enjoy dining there.
Celebrated two birthdays for lunch on the patio. Everything was extraordinary...the food, service and ambiance. Plan to return soon.
We ate outside and it was a beautiful location. Our waitress could not have been nicer. The food was delicious. Can’t wait to go there again!
We wemt for our Anniversary, as always the amiance on the porch is wonderful, service and food were outstanding. It is our go to place for great service and food. Nice quiet and relaxing dinner
Toured the campus and then had an early dinner at the Inn. The breeze was deliteful as sat on the porch for our meal. The "sliver " (half the dessert for half the price) concept for is perfect.
We plan to visit East Aurora again to take in the uniqueness of the town.
EXCELLENT brunch buffet. Totally outstanding. The only disappointing item to mention was the quality of the coffee. We tried it at the brunch, at the desk for overnighters, and at the restaurant the next morning and wanted to go out for coffee for a better taste. The quality and taste did not match up with the quality of either the brunch (terrific) or the next day breakfast (also great).
Service was slow, but we were not in a hurry. Mornay sauce was not prepared correctly and not hot. Creme Brule was delicious & outstanding.
Dinner and service was amazing! Mark was our server and was wonderful!!!! Food was perfect and delicious!
We've dined at Roycroft for close to two decades, and we've found some epochs better than others. The current menu seems to restore some of the past luster that was a bit tarnished by a period of overzealous use of olive oil.
On this visit we greatly enjoyed a clams casino appetizer special. The house-made pretzels and dips are a fine accompaniment to a pre-dinner beverage. Given the heat the day of our visit, we opted for salads as our mains. Though the ingredients were fresh, minor quibbles include the stinginess with tomatoes (two cherry tomatoes in each of our salads), and the misnaming of one salad as "panzanella". Instead it was a garden salad with croutons. Crunchy croutons do not a panzanella make.
The salmon salad on croissant was a big disappointment. I could cut the croissant with a knife - it was so hard. When the waitress brought us another out of the microwave, that hardened up in 10 minutes. Hardly any salmon salad on the croissant. Very disappointing. Will not dine there again. Too bad - the Roycroft used to be so good and the surroundings are beautiful - the food needs a lot of work.
The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Our server seemed to really care, was sensitive to our needs and satisfaction with our meal. We were especially thrilled that desserts could be ordered by "slivers" so we didn't have to share but could order our own choices.
Lovely first visit.
Everything is superb every time we go
I really enjoyed lunch. Great service, friendly staff, good food.
Exquisite food, service, ambiance, beautiful historic building and grounds. This is my favorite restaurant. Have been coming here for over 20 years and the Roycroft never disappoints.
Father’s Day brunch
Father’s Day Brunch was AWESOME!!!
Food, service, ambiance, all outstanding. My favorite brunch buffet yet! All food that needed to be hot was hot - the selection was good - the desserts terrific. Would recommend to anyone.
I had been to this restaurant with my daughter and Father (may he rest in peace) 20 years ago. I suggested to my daughter and son in law about going again a few months back. There are 2 other Fathers to consider but, my daughter did not hesitate to agree to go with me and her spouse. The ambiance, food, drink, live string quartet and waitress were 5 star quality. Needless to say my kids were impressed. We talked about making this Brunch an annual Fathers Day Trek. I'm very blessed that my kids want to spend Fathers Day with me every year. The Brunch at the Roycroft will always be a great start to Fathers Day going forward.
Wonderful brunch. The veranda is such a pleasant spot to enjoy the food and the picturesque surroundings. The string quartet enhanced the experience. Can't wait to go back.
We loved the historical charm of the Inn & especially the porch like feel for the outdoor dining. Superb tasting food & were not rushed. Can't wait to go again.
Always a good experience here. The burgers are the best, and the service is excellent.
Lunch with my Mom, her father was a bookbinder at the Roycroft and also a member of the band. She love to see the photos of her Dad on the wall and wander the grounds. Food is delicious. Just the right amount of choices. Servers are friendly and helpful. Always a good time.
Always good. We come once a month to relax and unwind and 'girl-talk'.
It is always a special treat to eat on the porch at the Roycroft Inn.
Just Superb! Five minutes from home, and we felt a world away! We arrived early, had a lovely "featured drink" on the porch, then moved on to dinner where the service and food were absolutely OUTSTANDING! Just a wonderful evening!
This restaurant, especially when the weather is nice enough to sit outdoors, is so pleasant. We were there for lunch this week and last month and both times the food was excellent, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was refined. The food has definitely improved lately and we look forward to having more meals here over the summer.
Great lunch on the patio with coworkers. Lunch specials were excellent and very inexpensive.
We are never disappointed when we dined at the Roycroft. They always have unique daily specials. All of the entrées are presented so artfully.
Slower service than usual, but food was outstanding
