   Quality and cost to a degree are in separable, while the cost is higher for the experience of dining in the Rotunda the value is terrific. Nothing in SF takes the place of overlooking the energy of union square while enjoying an exquisite lunch supported by impeccable service. In short, this is an experience worth the cost, indulge and enjoy yourself!

   Experience was overall great. Service was amazing. Some of the sandwiches felt like it was premade- like the cucumber one was dry and the salmon one had runny caviar but taste was still good.

   Fabulous view and knowledgable and efficient service. Food was not quite up to the level it had been in prior visits, but still quite good. Seemed like crab was not as fresh as it has been before, but everything else—fruit, bisque, risotto—all outstanding.

   Terrible service. Our server seemed like he didn’t even want to be there. He was rude — when we asked for the coffee to be extra hot, he snapped, ‘We only have one temperature and can’t change it.’ He brought out our dessert before we even finished lunch, then disappeared for the rest of the meal. After we sat there for a long time, a lady from the staff finally helped us with the bill and cleared the table.

   I hosted two meals with different colleague groups here, and both meals were positive and memorable as I wished for. The atmosphere, services, and food were all top-notch. The menu offered a nice variety of options from land to sea, with beautiful presentations and great flavors. Reservations seem to be necessary as they got busy even during a weekday lunch time. However, the seatings were well placed and allowed comfortable private conversations. I highly recommend this place for business meals or celebrating special occasions.

   Wonderful service , was seated right snack in the middle with a beautiful view of the rutanda and Union Square. The tea was very good and also ordered a la carte. Tuna tartare, the complimentary warm bread with strawberry butter was very good. Recommend it , a little pricey but I have to say it’s a wonderful treat that is worth it.

   The Rotunda’s atmosphere is a perfect blend of luxury and warmth. The natural light flooding in from the dome casts a soft glow over the white tablecloths and plush seating, while views overlooking Union Square add a dynamic city backdrop. It’s the kind of place where you can linger for hours and still not want to leave. The food is and service is amazing too. Start with the parm fries and a glass of wine! Portions are large...order a few and share
