The Inn is always fantastic. The Ambiance is second to none. With sprawling ocean views, comfortable seating and the roaring fire on chilly nights sets the tone for the impeccable service and delicious food. The Spring Burrata Salad was perfection. Pistachio's, pea's and their tendrils with a perfectly toasted piece bread, scrumptious! The french onion soup divine, and the steak were all perfect. The Duck Confit l'orange, could have / should have been crispy, but the flavor was delicious. James and staff are amazing and ever so accommodating! It's definitely one of our favorite places even for a quick week night bite.
Very limited menu. Food was mediocre at best. Very good service. We have been many times and we’re really disappointed. Is this an “off-season” issue or is this the new normal? Hope the food improves back to former quality.

A beautiful spot, excellent service; however, the extremely limited menu and the food was disappointing. The chicken was extremely dry and over salted, salads were uninspired. What a disappointment!
All staff encountered was fabulous! Friendly attentive and professional. The ambience of the location was outstanding. We will definitely return !!

My wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary at the Inn and could not have had a better dining experience. When I made the reservation on Open Table I indicated we were celebrating our anniversary, so I was especially pleased that we were given a large quiet table. Once we settled in, our wait person brought complementary champagne! We had a fabulous meal (ultra fresh burrata, complementary tuna tartare mini appetizer, fresh arugula and kale salad, perfectly prepared halibut with roasted Brussels sprouts, tasty succulent chicken with orzo, an amazing rice pudding and cranberry sorbet with a delicious decaf americano. And the hotel concierge, Charles, personally delivered the flowers my children and son-in-law sent to us to wish us a happy anniversary. The restaurant staff even added a chocolate happy anniversary sign to our desserts. This dining experience could not have been any better. Thank you Weekapaug Inn!
The setting, the food, the service, the amazing wine list are nothing short of spectacular at the Weekapaug Inn! One of our most favorite places, if you haven’t tried it you must. Even in the winter The dining room is warm cozy and inviting with the beautiful real wood fire burning in the stunning fireplace.

Lovely Xmas dinner. The usual quiet, elegant setting expected at the Inn. Table near the fireplace was especially cosy. Excellent service, food and presentation. Staff is always friendly, professional, accommodating and well-trained (as opposed to awful experiences at sister property, the Ocean House, which I avoid if at all possible!).
This is a bit pricey but they always give us little extras compliments of the chef and great service. This is our “special place “.
Lovely setting. Food was mixed. Some dishes were delicious. My sister ordered the duck and the waiter said, we cook it medium rare, is that okay? She said yes, but when the duck arrived, it was well done. They cooked her another (which was perfectly done and delicious) but she had to wait and eat after everyone else as all the other meals were served. It was obvious that the duck was overcooked and any chef or waiter at a restaurant that purports to such high standards as Weekapaug should have caught it in the kitchen.
Phenomenal setting, impeccable service, amazing wine list. The lobster roll on the other hand...dreadful. I was shocked. Everything else was fantastic.

Enjoyed a wonderful, romantic dinner at the Weekapaug Inn this past Saturday. Our dinners were beautifully and deliciously prepared and the service was outstanding.

This is our favorite "splurge" restaurant in the area. We couldn't afford to come once a week, but that just makes it more special when we do have an occasion to celebrate. We've never been disappointed. We don't eat meat or chicken, but there is always something wonderful we can order. Great menu, great staff!
Unfortunately, our experience at the Weekapaug Inn was horrible. The waitress we had was new and she couldn't do anything right - I spoke up to the manager who did make everything right after that, by giving us his personal service and comping dessert and our beverages. However, it was VERY disappointing to bring my girlfriend there for a big birthday celebration and have it be so awful. I wouldn't recommend Sunday brunch to anyone. Hopefully the rest of the time the service is better.

The chef is amazing. The food was interesting and delicious. The chef knows how to combine wonderful flavors in new ways. From appetizers to dessert it was an absolutely delicious meal.

The food was spectacular and the service was impeccable. The ambiance was disturbed by people coming through the door to the patio -we were seated in front of the door and were assured that there would be little to no traffic - and a loud table with children next to us.
We are locals in the area and as a treat, at least once a month, we make a reservation at the inn for a quiet, satisfying meal. Although this visit was the first disappointment we experienced. Our food service out on the patio and fell short of the usual outstanding service. We were servered our food and no one ever returned to our table until we had to ask for our bill. Then we had to bring our bill to the hostess because no one came to retrieve it. We’re hoping this will be the one and only disappointment. We will return to enjoy another visit, we hope!

Last night @ restaurant service SUCK!
Bad musty odor when we walked in the door. We were seated at table by door. Manager kindly moved us to better table. Server was not friendly or attentive.
lovely ambiance, great service, excellent food. The sommelier went to find a nice south african red that was lost in the cellar. The deputy manager introduced himself and the server was efficient but unintrusive. We all loved our choices and even hit the dessert menu which is rare for us.
The hostess sat us right next to the kitchen door where we could hear it constantly slapping the wall as servers went in and out while at the same time there were a significant amount of tables available by the window looking at the lawn. When we questioned the hostess immediately as to whether we could please be relocated we were denied because others had “reserved” all of the tables. Apparently there are people that have a distinctly higher class reservation than the general person. Furthermore, we waited 15 minutes and not even 1 server approached us. We then left without eating as we felt we were treated like second class citizens in this establishment. The bartender was very nice however. For that reason I would not recommend this restaurant.
The staff was superb. The food was fine (just not yet remarkable) but I have a feeling it's headed there. The place is lovely.
Always outstanding and never disappoints. Exquisite menu with innovative options. Service is 5 Star. Views are unbeatable. We are so very fortunate to have the Weekpaug Inn.

We definitely enjoyed the dinner selections. This was to celebrate a series of special birthdays.
Food was excellent and the attention from the wait staff was great.
The only issue that caused a little consternation was our reservation. My wife had called well ahead, and specified that we wanted a quiet table away from the Kitchen. She was assured of a table similar to the ones we have eaten at in our previous stays at the resort. Upon our arrival we checked in and we were seated promptly, but it was a benched table right next to the kitchen entry. We stated that this was not going to work and that we were assured that the table would be away from kitchen in a quiet area. After a brief discussion with the hostess, where she stated that the other tables were busy, she said it would be about another 30 mins before one of the quieter tables was available. We retreated to the bar and enjoyed a cocktail.
It was only 10 mins before a table was available. After that the experience was fine.
Having stayed multiple times prior we have really enjoyed the facility and the service. This was the first time that we did not have a exceptional experience throughout the special occasion.
Hope our next time back is a better experience.

From the Amuse Bouche (that changes daily) and the gorgeous jardeniere salad, to the best chicken I've ever had, all the way through the Dave's special blend coffee, everything was perfect. The kitchen staff clearly takes pride in their product, and it shows in their creative dishes. They thoughtfully prepared every dish with my food allergies in mind. The food was spectacular, service impeccable and the view was breathtaking. I can't wait to go back.
I was underwhelmed by the experience. The service was excellent but the potions extremely small for the price, and just average in taste.
