   This was my FAVORITE restaurant in Miami. I took my girlfriend here for our anniversary and I couldn’t have been happier. The service was immaculate. Food was outstanding. The performances were amazing. Would recommend to anyone coming to Miami!!! I only write reviews that are 100% honest. Take me up on this restaurant you won’t be disappointed.

   When I made the reservation, I was informed that dinner would be served starting at 5:00 p.m. However, upon arrival, I was told that dinner was no longer available and only lunch was being offered. Additionally, when I requested a cocktail, I was informed that they were no longer serving them—even though cocktails were still advertised on your website at the time. Finally, when we requested our car at the end of our visit, it took approximately 20 minutes for it to be brought to us, which caused further inconvenience. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention as they significantly impacted the overall experience and did not align with the expectations set during the reservation process.

   I’ve had better servers at Applebee’s than at the Setai. Our waiter ghosted us for (no exaggeration) 45 minutes, and when we finally flagged another one down, he was extremely rude—basically told us that our waiter went on break midway through our dinner and didn’t seem to see any issue with that. Not the type of service I’d expect anywhere but especially not at a five star hotel. Our family has been staying at the Setai for over 10 years. Extremely disappointing to see that Jaya has gone down hill.

   Jaya is always a great experience. The food is good, the ambiance is great and the entertainment adds a special touch!! Our server was EXCELLENT. Love it.

   The Food, service and ambiance is wonderful. The only thing would have made it better was the temperature of the restaurant. It was a hot day,, hence it was extremely warm in the courtyard. Other than that, the food is suburb! Every dish had its own unique flavor including the appetizers. The entertainers are also very good, lending to the festive atmosphere.

   We had an incredible evening at Jaya. The executive chef made our experience so wonderful! The food was phenomenal. It was a beautiful, relaxing space to spend our anniversary! We can’t wait to come back!

   The setting is beautiful and the food was absolutely fantastic. Our Server, Lazlo, was brilliant. The value for what you get is well worth it and buffets are usually useless for me as I don't eat a lot. I loved that they offered more than the champagne as part of the package, as I don't drink that but the option of mojitos and bloody mary's made us feel much more included!

   The place was crowded..but the hostess took control and advised us of the wait. Offered us a glass of prosecco while we waited. And gave us choices to wait until our table was called. We advised the next hostess that it was a special occasion and she went back to make sure that we were seated close to the entertainment which I had requested. I was disappointed with the size of the Chilean sea bass dish. It was a half portion for the price. It was delicious however but the portions were too small. The entertainment and music was outstanding. Definitely will be back.

   Waiter got the drink order wrong and initially didn’t want to correct it. Once he did he had a lot of attitude about it and didn’t check on us again

    Rude and disrespectful hostess ruined the dinner. If you are willing to endure the terrible service from the Hostess then you might have a decent dinner. Waiting 45 mins was not the issue but being treated poorly was. It is unfortunate that this restaurant, which we have enjoyed over the years, has become another tourist trap with terrible service.
