   From arriving until leaving everything was perfect. The atmosphere is wonderful and that alone standing fireplace took my breath away. The food is first class and so is the stuff. It definitely has a whole me feeling, and my husband was surprised that mammoth even has something like it. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back, I would recommend this to anyone who likes good quality food and a great ambience… enjoy!

   Love the food, service and ambiance at this restaurant. We were served by Tiffany who took great care of us. The food was totally gourmet and cooked to perfection. This restaurant has not changed in over 30 years and that is what is great about it.

   This is absolutely the best restaurant on the mountain. The food is excellent, the ambience delightful, love the fireplace and the service was fabulous. The drive there is easy from Mammoth and kind of a fun experience. You feel like you are having dinner in the woods. Very charming!! And we went there on one of the stormy weekends. Definitely recommend.

   Truly an amazing dining experience. Location is beyond magical and the food and service out standing. Kudos to the chefs and kitchen staff. Every year I return to Mammoth and my highlight is dining at this restaurant.

   Absolutely Fabulous Dinner. We started with the Baked Brie which was served on a Huge platter with fruit and other cheeses. There were only two of us, so we ended up taking part of it back to the Condo. I got the Beef Wellington which was one of the best that I've ever had. My partner got the Venison which was absolutely the best I've ever tasted. Seriously one of the best restaurants I've eaten at anywhere and certainly is tops in my mind in the Mammoth Mountain Area.

    Arrived a little early had drinks in the bar. Bar tender was great . Server came and got us when table was ready. Waitress was great food was excellent. We will be back.

    We always fit in a meal at the restaurant when in the area. One of the few gems for outstanding high end food in the area. We went with friends and everyone enjoyed their meal.

    This restaurant is a GEM. The setting at The Restaurant at Convict Lake is truly unique, and unlike anything else we encountered in the Mammoth Lakes area. This is one of the few places you’ll never forget in your lifetime. The staff is professional, and the cuisine is top notch. It’s a great experience.

    You can never go wrong with The Restaurant at Convict Lake. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The bar and wine list never disappoints. It’s been a favorite of ours for years and last nights meal was terrific.

    Everything here is exquisite. We make it a point to have dinner at Convict Lake resort everytime we are in town. The soups are delicious,the entrees are 5 stars. Their Beef Wellington is amazing and if you save room for dessert you MUST get the tableside bananas foster. You will not regret it.
