The food was pretty good, but honestly nothing special. Spent $85 just myself on food alone. Service was meh. Our server Sam didn't treat us as well as he treated his other tables, and it was obviously because we were young and he likely assumed we wouldn't tip well. My friend asked for a refill and it took him nearly 10 minutes to come back after he refilled the table next to ours immediately. When taking our order, he seemed completely uninterested and not caring at all, only responding with "Ok. Ok. Ok." Didn't even tell us about any specials or recommendations, but at the table next to us he told them the soup of the day, recommended sides and steak temps and drinks, etc. Our food for only 2 people also came out like 15 minutes after his other table of 6, even though we arrived before them. When you pay that much money for the experience it sucks to be treated like you aren't special to your server. I've been to the Republic before a few months ago and had an AMAZING time and a great server, so this was very upsetting. We were also celebrating something, which he never acknowledged. The food was also not good when we took it home and reheated, which is upsetting because of how much money we spent. Overall the experience sucked and the food was okay. Would've rather just went to Texas Roadhouse.

This was my second visit to The Republic and we absolutely loved it! Taylor was our server and he was great. The food/service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Always a great venue for any occasion. Wait staff is exceptional as well as the knowledgeable mixologists group. A must visit if you are in the area. Oh I almost forgot,the food is second to none in flavor quality and price...

Service was okay, bartenders great, food was a big big disappointment with an double time undercooked steak. I understand this is a huge end restaurant but really? No changing table for babies?

As always, the steak was fantastic. Had a larger group and stet ice was wonderful. Highly recommend the Texas cheese plate for a starter if not noting else.... the Bacon Jam.!

Anniversary dinner

It was a Wk Derrik night with amazing food. We had fantastic service all night.

Always enjoy my time at the Republic. One of my favorite places.

I ordered my steak cooked medium well. I had to send my food back twice. The first time they took it back, after they brought it to me medium rare, they said they would cook it a little and get it right back to me. The waiter brought it back almost immediately and it looked like it hadn’t been cooked at all. I sent it back, again, and they finally got it right.

The restaurant was entirely too crowded. Almost every table in the room we were seated was full. I’m not sure how they were meeting covid protocols.

I travel a lot for work, and have eaten at a lot of steak houses all over the country. The Republic is one of my absolute favorite places I have ever dined. The bone-in ribeye is nothing short of amazing.

Best fine dining in BCS. Worth checking out. Great service every time. Consistent good food. Great place for a date or special dinner.

Food was excellent as always, our server was amazing and tentative, we never wanted for anything. Definitely worth the money.

Great time and fantastic food/service

This is the third time in the last year I visited. Most items on the menu are disappointing. The steak are always good and tender but beyond that I would not recommend.

Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helped us with our dining choices. It made our first visit experience all the better!

We celebrated my birthday at the Republic and I must say it was one of the best experiences ever. Our server was exceptional as well as our food! Loved the intimate atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

Food and service were absolutely fantastic. However, the restaurant itself was a little too loud for me for the type of atmosphere I was hoping for.

Would have given it 5 stars, but thought prices were a tad high for quality of food. Excellent cocktails and our waiter Chris was perfecto!

Excellent food, mighty fine dining, and amazing customer service. It was my birthday and when they brought me my cheese cake, they had written "Happy Birthday" with the syrup on my plate! They also wished me a good one several times and took good care of us. They know exactly what is on the menu and do a great job of describing all of the deliciousness.
