   Wonderful ambience sitting at table against exterior wall and gazing at calm ocean after a storm had blown through one hour earlier. Wait staff was attentive, knowledgeable, offered outstanding recommendations and was very cordial. Excellent choices for seafood and the meat eater accompanying us. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The sides were thoughtfully paired and complemented the meals. Wine selection was varied and we had a very nice old vine zin that paired with both meat and fish entrees.

   Great view wonderful seating a lovely evening was had by all Food was very good & Service amazing We all enjoyed our dining experience Nice Wine list , Bread tasty, Great appetizer’s all loved shrimp cocktail & artichoke dip The entree’s pleased us all Seafood trio delicious & Prime Rib , Black & Blue Salad a favorite too The location is perfect for us always a treat to dine at The Reef See you again soon

   We use to love this place. Maybe they just had a bad day. I didn't care for the crab Benedict. We received our food . We had to ask about the coconut shrimp appetizer. She had forgot about it. We got it after our meal and it was over cooked. The music player was great. We always come here at least 3 times a year when we are in town. Hopefully it will be better next time. We will give them one more change.

   Love It!!! I had the Dijon Salmon which was cooked to perfection!!! So moist and flavorful. My date had the Salmon salad and was so happy with her choice! We always love coming to the Reef, and the view of the beach is always so romantic!

   What a wonderful lunch we had sitting on the deck under red umbrellas looking out over the exquisite Atlantic. Perfect. Add to that the food was delicious. We love The Reef but it’s an hour’s drive so we don’t get to enjoy as often as we’d like. But we were returning from a stay on Fernandina Beach and it’s a perfect stop on our way home. We will never miss an opportunity to dine here.

   We came for what we thought was Easter Brunch. Our reservation was at 11:15 but when seated and given the menu, we discovered the Easter Menu was a dinner menu. The food and service was good but the overall experience was not as expected. I take responsibility for that but post this to help others looking for “brunch” as Mother’s Day is approaching. Just make sure you clarify with the Reef if you are looking for any breakfast options.

   Enjoyed a meal at the Reef on Easter weekend. The four of us were seated promptly. Our waiter/server, Joe (Joey?) was excellent. Food was good (as were the bar drinks). A no-hassle, relaxing experience.

   Had a fabulous meal on the deck overlooking the ocean! Service was exceptional! We ordered from the brunch menu. Meals come with fruit cup, muffins and champagne. I ordered the 3 omelette which was huge and cooked perfectly! My boyfriend got the Shrimp and grits which he LOVED! The shrimp were huge. Great value for all you get! Will make this our go to place!

    I really enjoyed my first visit to The Reef. I would frequent again if I was a local. As much as I would love to give a full overall 5-star rating, a few annoyances keep me from doing so. The hostess went beyond to find us an outdoor table which was appreciated.
