Ate here for a business lunch. A very relaxed atmosphere with amazing food and service!
The ranchers club is a wonderful treat! Steak was delicious, our waiter Dru was friendly. Super great place for any celebration.
Ordered a medium rare filet and it came out medium well and very very tough.
The waiter was nice and all but when I was there last time, I asked the waitress if she would get me a to-go box and she grabbed my plate and went to put the food in the box herself which was very nice. This waiter did not do that.
Everything is great. The only thing I have to say is to order your meat one "level" higher than usual. For example, order well if you usually get medium well. There is always more pink than you ordered.
Slow to get initial service. Salmon was awful. Expensive for what you get we compared to other places.
The best patio dining experience in Stillwater. Fantastic view, great food and service.
My experience was impressive as always, i’m impressed by the quality maintained even after all of this has happened. The distancing protocols were properly maintained and everything was quite clean. Will be returning!
The Rancher's Club is the number one restaurant in Stillwater. Period.
We had a wonderful server named Eden? It was her first night and she was amazing. You are lucky to have her. The food was amazing. We had a group of giggling girls nearby BUT you have no control over that. We traveled there for the weekend from BA. We will be back. Thank you!
Although the food and the wait staff were exemplary we had issue with the atmosphere. We chose Rancher's Club for our 10th Anniversary dinner for the fine dining experience. Instead, we felt as though we just walked in to Texas Roadhouse. My wife and I were all dressed up for a fine dining experience only see that MANY other patrons were dressed in shorts, flip-flops, tank tops and ball caps. This of course made us feel uneasy and as the meal went on, it got worse. We paid an extraordinary amount of money for the "atmosphere" we expected, but unfortunately Rancher's Club fell short.
They have a dress code posted online and at the front door as you walk in that states "business casual". When we explained how we felt to management, we were basically dismissed. Management stated that they have "gray days" where they will accommodate just about anyone, no matter what they are wearing and it was unfortunate that our anniversary fell on one of those days. REALLY?
We realize businesses these days must adapt to stay afloat. We have seen too many of our favorite restaurants close for good lately. But if the Rancher's Club is going to change their business model to allow such attire as shorts, tank tops and flip-flops, then they not only need to adjust their prices to the levels of other common eateries, but inform potential customers of the new dress code. It's only fair. We paid nearly $200 for food and atmosphere that could have gotten at any other restaurant for a quarter of that price.
We will not be returning to the Rancher's Club to commemorate any more important milestones. It was just too disappointing.
Had a great experience - first time dining in a restaurant since March and they took care of us and made us feel safe. Delicious food. I miss the Vegas Steak Salad, though - bring it back!
Everyone was kind but service was lacking these are students who are taking classes for how to serve and we receive better service at Chili's. Spilled bottle of wine, plates not removed, water not refilled, other drinks forgotten, but the biggest problem was all protein was overcooked. Four steaks and salmon all over cooked, on that was requested rare was served well done. For the price we definitely expected better.
Great food and great service! The drinks were also delicious!
This was the second time we have experienced the Ranchers Club. I think the service was better the first time due to school was in session and the wait staff was on their game!!
Overall very good!!!!
We sat on the patio of the Rancher's Club. The weather was perfect and the scenery is without compare for Stillwater. As always, the service is exceptional and very personal. We're so grateful they have reopened!
During a virus outbreak they did their best to be extra Sanitary and clean which was very much appreciated and the food and service was amazing!
Staff was so helpful- social distancing and cleanliness were respectfully emphasized during this time of COVID19. The meat was delicious too!
Imy beef tenderloin was ordered medium rare and it can out at least medium well if not well done. Vegetables were over soaked in butter and the calamari appetizer was overcooked and were like rubber. My wife had salmon and she said it was horribly overdone and then overly glazed.
Wait staff was very good and the people were friendly but the food was not what It should be. We expected a high end meal and ours just was not
We always enjoy eating there. The calamari rocks. The steaks and current lamb offering are superb. The servers are friendly and professional.
It was cool. Dope
It was great, the food was good not seasoned but it was good
A group of ladies from Tulsa went to Stillwater to see the George Kravis Collection at the OSU Art Museum and we had lunch at The Rancher's Club. We were all impressed with the service, the food and the atmosphere. We will definitely go back. The patio area looked beautiful so we plan on going back when the weather is warm.
Really wonderful night! The food was excellent and our server was incredible kind and helpful throughout the evening. The Rancher’s Club never disappoints!
Really lovely space inside the Student Union at OSU attached to the Atherton Hotel. Topnotch steaks & a very sophisticated western atmosphere.
Great food at a great price will go back as many times as I get to stilly
I've eaten here for lunch more than a few times and everything has been delicious. The pecan ball dessert is amazing. Love the atmosphere and the variety of the menu. Moderately priced for a nice lunch.
Great location for a business lunch or wanting a quiet venue to eat at.
Another amazing business lunch at Ranchers. Fabulous food, superior service (Thanks, Bailey!), elegant surroundings and an atmosphere conducive to getting things done.
Our waitress was amazing! Very personable and super sweet!
The service was STELLAR, Bailey was our server and she was a delight. Miss Olimpia was a really helpful and also a fun time! They both made my groups experience that much better.
We have eaten at the Rancher many times. The cost is a little high for the area, but the food is always first rate as is the service. The vegas salad is always a favorite and the meats are always fresh. Also they have a awesome wine list
Food, service, and atmosphere are the best in Stillwater. Highly recommend eating here at lunch if you're on a budget - the value is perfect.
Food was outstanding - my party had everything from salad with some added chicken, steak and seafood. Portions were perfect and delicious!
Everything was great. The mushrooms tasted kind of off. May need to reconsider the seasoning. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.
Very good restaurant. Great service and value as compared to other similar places. Worth going to. Would go again.
The ranchers club is an excellent place to take friends or family when you want to have a memorable meal that your extra meal plan benefits from, also.
My steak was overcooked and the manager feigned concern, but then proceeded to explain how steaks are cooked, all of which was incorrect. My wife's ribeye was excellent, but my porterhouse was supposed to be medium rare and it was medium to done. Then they said they were going to comp us dessert, and we were charged for it after we ordered.
The hamburger tasted funny to me and wasn’t seasoned very well. I have enjoyed everything else I’ve had in the past. Would not recommend the American burger but will eat there again.
Jada was the best server!! Loved everything about the experience.
