The Ranch Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
Me and my wife came here for our anniversary and loved the place. Great ambiance. Romantic setting. Great Service from once you step in to when you leave. Food came out as quick as possible and everything was delicious. Prices were reasonable. Will be coming back again.
I visited the Ranch for the first time with my fiancé celebrating our anniversary, a friend had recently dined there and shown me pictures from her dinner. It turned out even better than I could imagine the mood was perfect and the food was amazing. We went on a Thursday and was informed by our waiter DEREK that we would be able to stop by next door for line dance course and club. The staff and food were worth the 5 star rating!!!! And the saloon next door was tons of fun definitely worth the trip and we will definitely visit this place more often now that we found this gem.
The service was wonderful, our waitress was amazing and so so nice. That being said, I really don’t feel like the food lived up to the hype. I’d choose ruths chris over this everyday and I feel like it’s priced better. The starter bread was stale, we got the popovers with the jam for an appetizer and thought they were just ok. We also got a blt wedge salad that in my opinion had way too much blue cheese. That was literally all I could taste. My husband got the filet which was cooked perfectly and super yummy. I got a smoked maple chicken Dish and thought it was just ok. Overall it was still a good meal, but I’m not sure I’d go back like I mentioned I’d choose ruths chris.
We usually enjoy our meal here very much. Started with a delicious foie gras. They did a very good job with the prep on this. Next course was a pasta dish with shaved truffles tableside. Pretty good. We ordered the prime rib with augratin potatoes for our main course. We were brought instead the prime New York. Meat was very tender and tasty but did not like the prep with blue cheese, mushrooms and sweet potatoes. Questioned our server about this being the dish we ordered. He realized he put in the wrong steak. Very disappointing when you prepare for a certain taste. He comped us a free glass of wine. It was something at least.
Our first dining experience here was for NYE 2018, & was a pre-fixe menu. Food was okay, but somewhat was somewhat disappointing in taste. Then again maybe we just weren’t big fans of what they were offering course option wise. We do plan to try out this place again when we can pick from the entire menu.
We love the ranch so we made reservations for New Years! We had no idea that it was a pre set menu! None of us got what we wanted! One of us couldn’t eat anything on the menu. So he just sat there. They wouldn’t help us out at all. It was very disappointing. The waiter said we should have gotten a phone call about the pre set menu they have a script to say and everything. We never got a phone call. We love the regular menu and what they served us was nothing good. Esp for $130 a person. The only good thing is the staff was nice.
We started by splitting the lobster cobb salad which was really delicious and then we shared the Delmonico steak and added a side of duck fat fries. The steak was cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy, hot and tasty. The restaurant treated us to desert as we were celebrating a birthday. We chose the sticky toffee pudding, the pumpkin ice cream that came with it was so good.
We will return.
The ranch is always a great dinning experience, I recommend though not to go big. stick with what you like, and you wont be disappointed. Don't forget to book your table in the bar ( or you'll be wondering around for a seat, I believe it doesn't cost you anything extra) for after dinner and go kick up your heels
We wanted to try their Prime Rib that we have been told about however it is not on the menu. We made reservation for our Granddaughters birthday and were not disappointed. We asked about the Prime Rib and we ordered it. The best I have had in a very long time.
Every time I come here I have always received amazing service. I like that it's a nice Steakhouse without the stuffy attitude. It makes your dining experience 150% better when your server is so relatable and gives great food advice. I took my friend here for her firsttime6snd she was impressed. Thank you, The Ranch for making my friend's birthday memorable.
Boyfriend and I had come here to celebrate his birthday last week and we were amazed. The food was a little expensive, but definitely worth the price. He had gotten the cowboy ribeye steak and I went for the chicken. Both were very delicious. We will return for future special occasions.
Over priced! $85.00 for a Turkey Dinner......WOW.....$115.00 for Prime Rib....DOUBLE WOW......cocktails very expensive.....with tip our meal was $388.00 for two.........not worth the price.......I would recommend the Ranch to a friend with a warning about the prices......
Celebrated our anniversary here and so glad we did. Food was delicious! Exquisite! The Del Monaco steak melted in our mouths and the flavor was to die for. The service was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. We will definitely return, hopefully before the year ends. Very highly recommended, especially for a romantic night out.
