Delicious meal. Our server Kevin was wonderful.
Celebrated our parents 55th wedding anniversary at the Ranch and they made it very special. Great service from our server Thomas. Thanks to the management and staff for going above and beyond. Will definitely go back.
The Ranch at Las Colinas always delivers. Wonderful food and wonderful experience. Always a wonderful time!
We are long time patrons of The Ranch and were very disappointed with our recent visit. It was extremely loud in our dining area -we had to yell across the table to talk to each other. Our waiter, Nolan, was horrible. He messed up our dinner order and left our dessert order in the “pickup” area for over 30mins. The restaurant was not busy, but, this was a very disappointing visit. We do plan to go back again soon and hope it will be a better experience.
Solid but not spectacular lunch. Service was very friendly.
Terrific experience and meal here. My server not only expertly and courteously fixed a wobbly table but was also very helpful to me as a first-timer there in negotiating the menu. Food was excellent and the cadi-mac 'n cheese is off the charts! Other staff were solicitous while also keeping a professional distance. The beer selection is interesting and high-quality. I would definitely come here again.
Delightful. The live artist performing sang happy birthday to my sister while they brought out her dessert! She was very surprised! And we always love our half off flatbreads before 7. Great deal and great restaurant!
Possibly moving to Dallas, The Ranch might be the deciding factor.
The decor was just as we expected and the food was the best. Just love Texas beef and all theirs is locally grown! The noise level is almost overbearing though but well worth it for the food!
Adequate...just adequate. Food, service, menu...adequate. That is all.
Nolan was great nothing more to say about the dinner.
I went to The Ranch looking for steak, and the menu did not disappoint. There were lots of options of various sizes and presentations, and I was happy to be able to get an 8oz steak. The appetizer )fried oysters) was good, and the mixed drinks I ordered were first rate. The only real knocks on this place were the noise level (it is VERY loud, so I was glad that I was solo and not wanting to have a conversation) and the overall seat/table comfort: I noticed several people complaining about wobbly tables, and I fixed mine myself but it was wobbling again by the end of the meal. Kind of strange that, but seemed worth noting.
Good lunch with good service. Atmosphere was appropriate for a productive business conversation.
Made reservations online. Got call that day that I HAD to call to keep my reservation despite having a ‘confirmed reservation ‘ email. Called and went into a phone tree which ultimately hung up on me. Had to call back 7 times throughout the day to get to an actual person. Ridiculous.
Bar staff while we waited for friends - awesome. Waitress was marginal at best. Couldnt get us out fast enough. Empty tables all around. She grabbed a full container of fries sticking her fingers in the food in her rush to move us out. Gross. Guess we were done with those. Food is too good to allow this kind of incompetence.
First time at this restaurant. Will definitely go again.
Good Food and great service, as usual this is my go to when in town.
Fun atmosphere, good food!
Great food, very good service. Pretty noisy for conversing with friends and tables packed pretty tight together, but it’s one of our favorite places to eat. Unique menu of interesting and varied choices. We were too full for dessert, but very good coffee to finish off our meal.
I booked a business dinner here for 4. The main dining room is gorgeous and two of us enjoyed a cocktail at the bar prior to dinner which was lovely. When we were seated they plopped us at a round table for 6. Awkward seating. Then, we heard a musician warming up and ultimately couldn't hear a thing because he was singing. Not good for a business dinner. The sampler app was good, especially the elk tacos, my chicken salad was also fresh and quite tasty, but honestly, the LOUD music made it completely inappropriate for our group, and a little embarrassing.
Everything was amazing, just one little note your chipotle meat loaf needs work, doesn't taste the same. It's my favorite dish. Meat was very dry..
My wife and I had dinner at The Ranch on a Friday night for my birthday. It was recommended to us be several people. It was our first trip to the restaurant. We both loved the look and decor of the restaurant and found the food and service to be great. I would certainly recommend it and we will d definitely be back!
Great service, the Food was served quickly (lunch).
Good food and good service! Bad acoustics so pretty loud!
As soon as I walked in, I realized this was not the place to come if we had a party of 4 and wanted to try to celebrate a birthday. Almost every table was set up for 8 people +. It got extremely loud, very quickly and was almost impossible to carry on any conversation. As for service, our waiter never made eye-contact as he was too busy watching and making sure the large tables were taken care of. I asked for a wine recommendation and indicated that I wished for it to remain less than $100. The first two he recommended were listed for $129 and $149. It was as if he was not listening. We had trouble placing our order, due to his attention being focused on the larger tables.
I realize that you must be successful as the place was busy, loud, and a lot of people were having a lot of fun. I was disappointed in the inability to have a small table meal and conversation area despite the large groups.
I will not return. $300 later and I would have trouble telling you what I had as an appetizer, for my main meal, or what wine we had.
Sorry to be such a downer but you asked.
Good food but way too loud for any business meetings. Service was ok buy a bit too slow
Went on a Tuesday night on a very rainy day. Was very busy and loud, but fun. Great food for sure.
This was our first visit to The Ranch. The restaurant was very busy on the Saturday evening we chose to dine there. A large number of menu items are locally sourced, especially in the beef choices. My wife loved the baby back ribs! I would dine there again.
Food was great! Service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Saw waiter twice, once to take order and second to bring bill. Would have ordered more drinks and possibly dessert but was never checked on. They were very busy that night but I was still very surprised.
The food and service were excellent. The wait staff was attentive but never made me feel rushed. The dining area is charming but not over-the-top. We had a fantastic evening.
My wife and I went there for our anniversary. The food and the service was great and we were able to get in before our reservation. I would definitely recommend the Ranch at Las Colinas
Great appetizers and the Burgers are so good. They are freshly ground in house. My new go to place for Burgers!
The atmosphere was amazing. The service, food, drinks, and the decor was superb! Will definitely go back!
great food and service every time! fun, casual environment for holding business meetings and appreciation lunches.
Had a wonderful time and the chicken fried steak was superb! If you love margaritas than the Cadillac Margarita was golden!
The red fish I ordered had small bones in it. My girlfriend ordered the catfish and took 3 separate bites and each bite had small bones. It is the first time I have ordered fish here but I won’t be ordering fish again. I am a little disappointed since I have been coming here for years.
Awesome food and service as always!
We were very happy with the food and our server. However, we were not made to feel like our visit was appreciated. When we entered, the hostess was so busy talking that it seemed we were interrupting. We were not greeted with a smile and a hello but had to wait until the hostess was well finished with her conversation to even be noticed. This was a special occasion for us - not just a need for a bite to eat. The special occasion was noted in our OpenTable booking. Also noted was that we wanted to be seated at a booth. We were led to a middle table in a cluster of many tables. We mentioned that we requested a booth then were left awkwardly standing in the middle of the room to wait until this request was confirmed. I'm not sure we'll return.
The whole experience was awesome
We arrived early for Valentine’s Day but were seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive. The 1/2 price wine was an unexpected treat! The food was good (especially the mac n chez) and plentiful. The live music was excellent and an appropriate volume to still carry on a conversation. Our waitress brought my wife a fresh rose at check out time. My 2nd dining experience here and I can recommend The Ranch as a good overall dining experience.
Went to the Ranch to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The food and service were awesome. We had their specials and they were delicious.
