    We love The Ranch and have been eating here since they opened. We always have great food and outstanding service. For this visit, we sat outside in the courtyard and it was a lovely, breezy day. Our server, Michael, was wonderful - friendly and efficient. Drinks were excellent and we had a nice time overall. Our only issues were with the food - nothing was hot and our "medium" steak was overdone to a "medium well - well-done" stage. Since we were visiting with friends, we overlooked these things, but I definitely wanted to call-out the lack of hot food. When you're eating outside, you have to understand that it may take longer to receive food and the climate sometimes doesn't cooperate. With that said, the kitchen and servers should also know this and make an extra effort to get the food out as soon as possible to give it a fighting chance to stay warm. We'll definitely visit again, but we'll sit inside next time!
