Top to bottom great; have eaten here 2 days in a row; service also top notch
Excellent menu. Service was a bit slow, I think because they were pretty busy and having staffing problems just like everyone else. We had a great time with friends!
Very good overall experience. Staff was very helpful and attentive.
Great food great service - always a good place for a business lunch
I had a good experience! The food was good, and it was the first day they were open on Sunday, so there was no crowd.
My experience was good.
We love lunch and dinner at The Ranch. When we say they were now offering brunch, we are all too excited to try it. We were seated relatively quickly for our reservation. Ashley attended to us almost immediately after being seated. My friend ordered grapefruit juice and I ordered tea. This is where we encountered issue number one. The grapefruit juice had gone bad. It tasted awful. Ashley replaced the juice with lemonade. We ordered the jalapeno bacon cheddar biscuits and enter problem number two. The biscuits were hard, dry and luke warm. They were not very fresh and wonder if they had been sitting under a heat lamp which dried them out. We replaced those with Cake in Can which was tasty, fresh and hot. The cinnamon butter is amazing. We ordered the main entrees and to make a long story short, we were underwhelmed and not impressed. The food was bland and quite frankly subpar.
I would like to highlight that Ashley and the manager were simply amazing. They offered other options which we declined, but they were determined to ensure we were taken care of.
I’ve been coming here a lot , I enjoyed my service with multiple staff and the food comes out great. I was displeased with the quality of my food my most recent visit and the manager was only defensive about my food concern and did not want to make it right. Just act like nothing was wrong. He was very sarcastic and rude. He walked off while my friend was explaining her concerns as well. Still paid full price for a meal I did not eat because it was made poorly.
2 of the 5 steaks had to be sent back due to coming out black and blue cold instead of medium … upon returning they were well done and leather so couldn’t enjoy and managed had to comp them. Service was slow but when server was present he was good
Food was a disappointment and poorly seasoned. We ordered two different steaks and neither had taste. Sides were cold to lukewarm with little flavor- Mac and cheese and white potatoes. It provides a great ambience but the good time stops there.
Food was great. We were seated at back patio because there was a special event at the main patio. There seemed to be confusion over which server should work that area. David was good but it appeared he was being stretched over too broad an area. Will definitely return.
We were there OU weekend and they had a wedding and everything was still top notch. The drinks were good, the food was once again great and best of all considering everything they had going on the service was still great. Edy was our server and took great care of us.
Great atmosphere and service! I got the cat fish and shrimp with rice. It was OK. The shrimp was very over cooked. I would go back though!
The only gripe was we needed a quiet room. There is nothing quiet about this place.
The food was fantastic!! The atmosphere was great! Exceeded expectations. Would definitely go back again.
For some reason the appetizer onion rings were very spicy. Ribs were fatty and tough. Dry mac & cheese. Service was decent but still costs WAAAAYYY too much for low quality/tasting food!!!
We went for a business meeting dinner - I made reservations not really having been there before - and hoping the reviews were correct. THEY WERE!! The food was outstanding, the ambiance was perfect - service was great - and let's face it - since I made the arrangements - it made our meeting a success and made me look good!
If you're celebrating a special occasion - and you love beef - (that's what I ate) - conveniently located with plenty of parking - head there - you won't be disappointed.
Excellent menu, food is terrific. 10 oz Filet, topped with Lobster for me, and TX Whiskey BBQ Ribs for my wife. Superb entrees. Lots of fun vibe, not a quiet place and that's more than OK! Fried Peach Blueberry Pie was perfect! Highly recommend!
Excellent food as always and wait staff is very affable and energetic
Food delivery slow, food overcooked. Not good tasting. Been here many times before, but this was my first bad experience.
Food was good but service was slow.
I think they didn’t have enough staff! Hopefully improve the next time.
Restaurant was crowded, noisy group in ba
Over $200 for two cold means and drinks we didn't like. This is my 4th time here but this was awful.
Great place to dine for a date night, night out with family or friends, or a special occasion. The food is great and the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere and decor are a plus.
Great food and the value was off the charts. We will be back.
Service was ok at best and acoustics were awful for a business lunch.
Delicious food, nice variety on menu. The wait staff could've been friendlier and more attentive.
Open table allowed us to scgedule an appt for 1030pm. We get there they were cleaning up everything to close🤦🏾♀️ they close at 11
We sat out on the patio where they had live entertainment. It was a little loud but the music was very good, and we got used to it. The crab dip was outstanding, as were all of our meals. Our server was very attentive. We will definitely be back!! It was a great Texas experience!
The atmosphere, service and food were incredible. It was the perfect birthday night out for my friend. We enjoyed a secluded table on the patio while still being close enough to the live music
Great place to relax, listen to live music, and eat great food!
Our first time here and we brought our best friends with us.
The food was delicious!
Great and overall a good experience
I’ve been to the Ranch AT LEAST 7 times and they’ve always been AMAZING!!! This go round was slightly disappointing but I’d most definitely go back.
I ordered a Texas Tea which was amazing!! The smoked fried chicken (which I’ve had twice before) and it didn’t taste smoked at all, it was more like regular chicken.
I also ordered a side of French fries which were cold ( I had the waitress touch them so she could see how cool they were) I sent them back and got a fresh hot batch..
The service was excellent though so like I said before I’d most definitely go back.
I’m assuming they just had a “Bad Day” in the kitchen..
The red snapper was devious, and the filet was perfectly cooked. Delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere.
I think my server had too many tables. She was not as attentive as The Ranch servers have been in the past.
This a great place to eat. The service is great. The ambiance is nice. The food was great. The red snapper is awesome.
Took my Mom and Stepfather there along with other family members visiting from out of town. Service and Food were excellent as usual and they really enjoyed it!
Food was very disappointing, lack of flavor and the end results on our plate didn’t match the expectations when reading the menu. Everything is sourced locally, or within the state, but nothing my wife and I ate tasted authentic to Texas. It’s almost like whoever is in charge of the menu has never experienced true Texan food and just because you reference the “Hill Country” doesn’t mean you know how to execute the menu effectively.
