We absolutely love coming here and seeing what’s new on the menu! I hope you don’t have to stay closed for too long!
We had a great time and loved the food. The steak was amazing and the value for the quality can’t be beat, especially downtown. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu.
The food was delicious and our bartender was very personable and knowledgeable!
The ambiance was as nice as it ever is at The Rabbit Hole. Service was great as always. However, food quality was not what I’ve come to expect from the restaurant. The spare ribs and meatloaf (2 orders) were both dry. This is especially disappointing since seating is limited (meaning the kitchen is less rushed) and you are limited to 1:15 at your table. We didn’t have time for desert, which was disappointing since we didn’t even get drinks from the bar until we’d been there 10-15 minutes. I love The Rabbit Hole, but was really disappointed in this visit.
Service and the experience was great. We ordered the butcher block for two. The meatloaf, duck wings and pork wings were amazing. However we were not fans of the fried chicken and ribs. The sauce on both dishes ruined them for us. The value for what we got was fabulous and the staff and ambience were great.
All was great until we paid. We were then kindly notified that our table time had expired. ?? Wasn't even told there was a time limit. We were actually waiting on friends and would have spent more $$. Kindly rude if you ask me.
Amazing delicious food at incredibly reasonable prices. The hour and a half time limit kind of was a buzzkill. And the carrot cake is a must!
I’m from Boulder came to the Springs for a getaway and found the Rabbit Hole had dinner twice! The best kept secret must go !
I had ordered the chicken with a sweet chili sauce and it was amazing!
Seated us at the bar and it was awkward with people waiting in line next to us. Food just wasn't that great either. Our server was good.
Food was great, service was great, drinks were great. The only thing I didn't like was that they had a time limit of 1 hour 15 minutes, but I understand why they would have that policy. However, our server never reminded us of that after we sat down and ended up staying almost 2 hours with zero pressure to leave. Such a great place for a date.
This place is absolutely amazing. Go for sure if in Colorado Springs.
The Rabbit Hole was awesome! Literally everything we had, from drinks to appetizers to the lamb entree, was so delicious! Wish we had found it earlier in our trip!
1st visit since the onset of COVID and they are handling it perfectly. Glad to see them busy. Unlike many restaurants that we have seen a decrease in the service or quality of food this was NOT the case with the Rabbit Hole. The waitstaff was attentive and the food was perfect! Can not wait to get back.
The food was a bit pricey, but the portions were worth it, the quality was amazing. The waiting staff was so friendly and fast even though they seemed busy. It was an overall great experience and would recommend! Thank you rabbit hole for the amazing night out!
Great places to dine. Sets tone for colordo springs.
Buffalo short rib dinner excellent. Attentive service and well made drinks.
Music was loud and wrong genre for atmosphere. Appetizers (Nibbles) were not that appealing. It was okay.
Food was good. Way over priced for what you get. Server was very rude and made it seem like we were an inconvenience to her evening.
Enjoyed everything here. Delicious food and very friendly staff.
The oyster mushroom (vegan) was not good, it had an oyster smell but the taste was like eating a strong fungi smell.
The grilled filet, the korean cauliflower, the meat and cheese platter was so amazing but the cost for the Nibblers seem extremely high for the amount you get.
My daughters turned 21 on November 3rd, when we came to eat. The Hostess was so nice and greeted them with a Happy Birthday but the waitress seemed to be in a rush. Our waitress wasn't very welcoming, she didn't seem to care it was their birthday, etc... I spent $130 dollars and gave her a $25 tip because I based it on the price of the meal (20%), not because she was a good server. She seemed more interested with her other customers. I took my daughters there to experience a great setting, meal and drinks as young adults. I could have spent the same across the street at the the steak place and they would have been treated so much better.
Great place! Finding it is adventure on its own, great food, great service, definitely recommended
Excellent service, great vibe, and good food and drinks for price point! Loved!
Absolutely fantastic! Great atmosphere (even in a pandemic) and the food and drinks were spectacular and very tasty! I look forward to our next visit!
It was really good food and the drinks were amazing
Happy Halloween! All employees were friendly and dressed up which we appreciated (as we also dressed up). Amazing food, and ambiance. Repeat customers.
Overall our expectations weren’t met. We had to wait ten minutes past our reservation time before we were seated. The rice in our risotto balls wasnt cooked thoroughly, our fries were over salted and our butcher block consisted of fatty/dry/over cooked meats. (We were told those cuts of meat are supposed to be fatty, but they were legit ALL fat. The best part of the meal was the jelly served on the chicken. It’s a dark, loud environment. Our waitress was BLAH, no enthusiasm what so ever and the bathrooms were disgusting. Best part of the experience was seeing other patrons dressed up on account of it being Halloween. Overall the experience was highly disappointing leaving me not interested in trying desserts :( the $113 bill for a sub par dinner was enough on my wallet.
Going again this weekend! It was so good! Yummmmmmm
The food and drinks were amazing. I was expecting more in the form of ambiance. After all the hype everyone gives this place I thought I might be stepping down into something unique, but it looked like most restaurants I’ve been to here with a few added murals. However, the food and drink make up for it.
Lovely meal me and my wife had the 2 sharing platters. Good cocktails as well
My husband and I love the Rabbit Hole! The food is always excellent and the service is always friendly and accommodating.
Very cute and picturesque. Wanted to like the food more, but honestly wasn’t very found of it. The moon pie was delicious. Strongly suggest getting reservation in advance.
We traveled from OKC for my 30th and decided to have my birthday dinner here, I loved it. The food was delicious and they even made me a mocktail since I forgot my purse, the drink was delicious. I would definitely recommend and of course come again when we are in Colorado Springs.
I chose this restaurant to celebrate a special night. The food was pretty good. The chicken was over cooked and food seemed like it sat in the window for a little bit. Duck wings are awesome!! Our server was not very friendly or personable. She did the bare minimum. She was also rude to my mother when she asked about something that isn't on the menu anymore. I had a reservation for a different evening. I ended up canceling that one.
It would be a five out of five if they added a vegan dessert to the menu and another vegan entree option. The oyster mushrooms Rockefeller was next level, the risotto balls were good but could have used a bit more spice
The place was nice, food was good but not worth the price. They had amazing ingredients (butternut squash, scallops, lobster) but slightly less adequate execution. They had sand in the scallops, overcooked the risotto, etc. Drinks where great and everything was Alice and wonderland themed so that was cool. Probably going to go somewhere else for food though.
Cant say enough good things about Rabbit Hole. Great service, Great food, Great ambiance. Can't wait to go back!
I’ve never been let down at The Rabbit Hole! The food is great! They have options for vegetarians and gluten free eaters. The beverages are always spot on!
Food was very good. Service was fast. It was definitely a good choice for date night.
The food and service were amazing. We had 4 people in our party and sat in a rather small half circle both. We would have preferred to be seated somewhere with more elbow room. It was frustrating seeing a couple in a bigger half circle booth that would have been ideal for our party.
