Best brisket in town. don't miss the cornbread and mac-n-cheese. It's elevated comfort food.
Why must they play loud music! Most annoying. Asked to have it lowered to no avail. It ruined an an otherwise very good meal.
Amazing food and service. Have been for brunch, lunch and dinners and have to say the quality of food never changed nor the great service we received. Recommend to anyone looking for quality prices and fantastic food
We frequently lunch here. The service and food are always very good. As always. We will continue to come.
Food is always very good here. Excellent pulled pork sandwich, great salads, wonderful specials, and best key lime pie in town.
Excellent food and amazing staff. Can’t say how great of a place and hidden gem this is. My new favorite restaurant
This is in our neighborhood and we’ve always had good experiences. This Monday we went for their Happy Hour and it was outstanding. Vibe is fun, wine list is diverse and reasonably priced. Check out Q for Happy Hour—it’s impressive.
We love the food at Q, although the spotty service sometimes means it arrives at less than optimal temperature. Unfortunately, the music is always so loud it can be difficult to have a conversation, even on the patio. When the wait staff can't hear you, it's too loud. If you are on a timeline, be sure to mention it right up front and ask for the check when food arrives. Slow here is very slow, not just comfortable.
Great fried chicken on Sunday nights
The Q has potential, but fails to execute. Although the ingredients are good, service is a set back. Spotty at best, the multitude of people who served us were clearly not coordinating. Entree's arrived at best lukewarm, fries were ambient temperature when they hit the table, shared sides came without a serving spoon, wine was splashed into glasses...hard to describe that wine pour. We had to ask twice for a bucket to chill the wine.. No, we didn't complain or send things back and we're nearly late to the theatre as it was. We didn't want to slow things down more than was already happening. We've been a few times, this is a consistent experience. Probably have used up all chances at this point.
We had the fried chicken special meal. Yummy! I loved the Asian coleslaw. They have 4-5 types of fresh slaw.
Loved the food and the waiter was fabulous.
Great music on Saturday and Sunday. The fried Chicken is a must!
Waiter was great his name was Noah
Well, it's mothers day..just left and paid 100.00 for the worst food/service in my life. We sat and sat and sat for over an hour before any food was brought to us (a family of 4) super cold bbq, don't even know how that is even possible..i ordered a salmon filet for 35.00 , it came out cold, after an hour .and when I sunk my fork in..it was like jelly it was so raw!!! I sent it back and the server agreed it was bad...he then came out to tell me that the "chef" said "that's the way it is suppose to be cooked and served...i didn't order my salmon well done" hahahaha it's either cooked...or raw!! It IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE RAW...it isn't a sushi bar. Then the manager said the same thing. She said she even had "well done" salmon earlier this morning. The bbq sauce on the table, was watered down ketchup...horrible!! The service was so bad. Every table there was say g things and waiting for terrible food. It was like cinco De mayo party in the kitchen and they do not have (chefs) they have low grade food truck cooks. Will never eat here again or refer this place to anyone!!!! Everyone here needs a little Gordon Ramsey in their face, complete joke for outrageous priced, gross food.
I made reservations for 1230 for Mother's Day. We were not seated until 45 min later. I understand it was busy considering it was a holiday. We had a group of 8, unfortunately order was not taken for one of the guests. We let it slide. Waiter spilled water on my son and never replaced his utensils. We let it slide. Appetizers/main entre were served late and at different times. We let slide.
For the price we paid for mediocre food, we will not be coming back.
Joined friends in a pop-up dining experience serving Lebanese food enhanced by a belly dancer and a group of kids following her around the restaurant. Just priceless!. A fun night for all whether they chose the regular or special menu.
Great themed menu with entertainment ! Bravo!
The Q has been our neighborhood restaurant since it opened. It has gone through changes, some better than others. Bringing Kelly back is a great one...hopefully food and all will rise with her...her presences already discernible
Met a friend for lunch at the Q a few days ago. We both ordered the Cobb Salad, which is my favorite. It was fantastic...the tomatoes were fresh and tasty, as was the avocado, the peppers, lettuce, the grilled chicken fresh and warm and the bacon crisp and tasty.
The servers at the Q are always attentive and the food enjoyable. The previous week I came in on a Tuesday when you can get a rack of ribs at a special lower rate...they were meaty and flavorful. I really appreciate the attention the kitchen is paying to the quality of the meats and produce, it makes such a difference.
We visited this restaurant on Easter and booked a reservation online because it said they would be open until 4pm. Received a call from the restaurant on Saturday asking us to move our reservation up because they actually were closing at 2pm. No issue there & we appreciated the call. Food was good and just what we were looking for mid-day. Great cocktail menu, I had a coconut rum/water concoction that was super refreshing and the boys loved their Arnold Palmers. Felt a bit rushed since they were closing early but the staff was all smiles and treated us well. The patio was great, just took some shuffling the tables/umbrellas to get shaded properly on a very sunny warm day. Overall a good experience. I think next time we just look forward to an opportunity for a more leisurely lunch, more cocktails and definitely order the grilled artichoke again!
Great menu - food was perfect. Awesome wines by the glass & excellent service. I prefer outdoors over indoors. The inside dining area feels a little too “lunchroom cafeteria” making it a better choice for early dining, but considering the location, it’s a perfect stop during your mid-whatever shopping trip.
Food options have changed over time and no longer excited to visit this restaurant. Previous visits, food options were fantastic as well as the food. Not sure if i would revisit with current menu options.
The best Happy Hour - wings to die for - great music!
Mouth watering Pecan-crusted catfish! Well made Hurricanes! Service A+! Acknowledgements of our special day with special treatment! Tres leche king cake and a live DJ at their “Fat Tuesday” celebration was exceeded my expectations!
Never disappointed; consistently good and fresh. Great hospitality too.
This was a special menu/occasion to usher in Marti Gras (and Lent): a Fat Tuesday Cajun/creole menu that was really fun; you could also choose from the regular offerings as well along with specialty cocktails and music. Although very enjoyable and tasty, the music was way too loud so we couldn't have a dinner conversation. Outdoor dining may have been a better option that evening. My daughter used to work in the Napa Valley restaurant scene and she mentioned that sometimes the music is really for the staff and not the patrons. Diners like to talk while the workers need to be jazzed up and on their toes. She always recommended asking that the taped music be turned down.
This is a Go To. I love the chicken salad. We haven’t a bad meal.
Consistently tasty meals here. Lots of locals eat here and that’s not because they don’t have many other nearby dining options. The vibe is always relaxed and pleasant.
First time there and we loved it! Roasted vinegar chicken delicious! Miami Vice cocktail yummy!
the $40 ribeye was pan fried, flavorless and sliced at the wrong angle.
Lunch was great although portions were more than generous. The pho was flavorful, plenty of noodles and beef. The chicken soup had a wonderful broth and the heirloom tomato salad was fantastic.
The ribs were way too fatty. The bacon in the deviled eggs were very hard.
Superb food with excellent service. Interesting cocktails to choose from.
Really bad service. Slow. Mediocre food. Definitely has gone downhill over the past year. Time to care about your guests.
Food was just so so. I knew as soon as the waitress came over to take our order by memory that it would come out wrong. We were her only table so it shouldn't have been too difficult .
The Q did not disappoint us for dinner. Great ribs and chicken as always. We always try to stop there when we are up in Napa.
The waitress and busboy were neither friendly nor efficient. The food had very little flavor. The ambiance in the restaurant is lacking at best. It met what should have been my expectations for a restaurant in the corner of a grocery store shopping center.
We go often, but, today wasn't as good as usual. The staff could definitely be a little friendler. Ordered the fried chicken (4 pcs) and it was...ok. The collard greens were a little lackluster compared to the other times I've had them. However, the Key Lime Pie is to die for! A definite "must have". I hope everyone is a little more friendly next time. It makes a huge difference.
The food was well prepared if a bit boring. Besides that, the owner, to quote the serving staff, "likes his [very loud] music." They were unable to turn the Sunday afternoon tunes to anything below a deafening bellow. This is a shopping center eatery next to a whole foods, with airs of a trendy urban something or other. Not going back.
