We had made reservation on open table for 8 before Bucks game and when we got there we were informed they don’t take reservations on game day. It was a dump any way with very few customers and tables more of a bar. We left.

This place was dead. Most of the menu items that I saw off of what I looked at on here were NOT at all part of the menu at the restaurant. The bbq my mom had had a good taste. The soup I had was cold. The mac n cheese grilled cheese was cold. The bread was barely toasted. We ate a little and left. I would only recommend this place for a group of guys wanting some bar food before a game. I will say the gentleman working behind the bar that sat us and was also our waiter was very nice. We were literally the only ones in here and they couldn't manage to serve hot food! Please update menu to match.

Having never been to the Pub club this was our experience. We arrived and the host seemed surprised that we had a reservation. It was a strange response. Once at our table a server arrived quickly to take our drink order. We were given no napkins or silverware. I ordered the chili and my friend ordered the soup. Both came to the table cold. We had to ask for napkins and silverware after the they arrived. We sent the chili and soup back which were microwaved because the dishes came back blazing hot. The soup tasted good but the chili was super spicy and thick from being microwaved. Our dinners arrived. I had the chicken tacos and they were tasty. My friend had a sandwich and fries. The FF were totally bland. No seasoning at all. Our table had no salt or pepper on it so we had to find a server to ask for some. The restaurant was pretty dead and the music was not great. We ended the night by using the restroom. One stall had a big black trash bag wrapped around the toilet. Someone must have clogged it and they did not fix it because you could smell the stench in the next stall over. I would NEVER go here again or recommend it to anyone. I paid $35 for an overall terrible experience.

Cancelled dinner reservations that were made a month prior the afternoon of dinner. There was an event that night and they apparently don’t take reservations the day of events so we were left scrambling trying to find somewhere else to go (we were coming from out of town). Not sure why this wasn’t noticed before the afternoon of the reservation.

Our 6:15 reservation turned into not getting a table for an additional 45 minutes and then waited another 45 minutes to get our food (couple tacos, fries). We only had a party for 3. I understand it was super busy and that the host didn't show up but when they were calling for a table with 6:30 reservations and they skipped right over us that is when we got upset. My suggestion is that the Pub Club staff more people when a concert or event is happening at the Fiserv Forum. Food was okay bar food. Not sure that I will go back here as there are many of other venues around the entertainment district.

We got there on time for a dinner reservation, and they were super busy and said they lost their outside tables and a couple tables broke that day, so they couldn’t honor our reservation. It would have been nice to find that out earlier in the day. We’re going there before a concert and everywhere else was booked up. Very disappointed!! I was excited to try this restaurant because the menu looked good, but definitely won’t go back.

I would not recommend this place. We had 6:00 reservations and stood behind the Please wait to be seated sign and no one came. At about 6:20 we walked around and ended up sitting at a table. Then the manger came over to ask if we had reservations. The waitress gave us the wrong drinks. Food and service took forever.
