Great food and quick service
Went back with foodie friends, and they agreed this Pub is quite a good value. Next, we'll be back for the Clam Bake. Crab cakes and (irradiated) hamburgers were delicious.
I ordered the 1/4 lb. cheeseburger and small salad. It would have been easier to eat if the burger was thinner and on a regular size soft hamburger roll. Salad was good and the price was right.
We love comming to the Pub at Wegmans. Food is consistantly excellent, with weekly specials that are fun and inventive. Usually dont need a Res, but glad I did for Mother's Day brunch. Family enjoyed immensely.
Quite a good value every time we come . Food is fresh and surprisingly creative.
Our foodie friends were pretty impressed by this nice restaurant.
Great food and excellent service
We have enjoyed lobster week before at Wegman's Pub but this time the lobsters were much smaller and unfortunately over cooked (steamed) yielding tough meat. Maybe it's a better deal in the summer when lobster are plentiful but if overdone, there's not much else to compensate.
Went for the Thursday lobster special. Great food for the price! The waitress was slow and the drinks came late. All the food came at the same time..salad, sides and lobster.
Cornbeef & cabbage was way undercooked, but the service was great as was everything else.
We tried their Thursday "Lobster Special" with a steamed 1 lb lobster and two sides for $17.99.
We added a bowl of lobster bisque and shared a crab cake. Our sides were grilled vegetables and a Caesar salad. We shared a $5.00 sundae for dessert. Pleasantly surprised considering it's inside a market. I've had worse for more than twice the price. Would definitely recommend and we will do it again. Our server Caitlin was perfect with her timing and very attentive.
Fun meet-up with friends! $6 burgers and 1/2 price bottles of wine. It was terrific!
Poor service and food
Great value. Juiciest turkey burger I’ve ever had.
Best burger (on a non-gluten bun) that I’ve had in ages!!
Great service. Group of 8. Burger night with the friends for their $6.00 burger and fries!
Above all, the service was really slow. I had to ask our waitress twice to bring the check. Although the food was good, one of our burgers did not come with the condiment that was supposed to be on there-so I had to ask for it and that took awhile. The other burger was supposed to be a cheeseburger, however the cheese was so small, it was undetectable. The only good aspect of the visit was the price. The burgers are only $6 so our bill was the highlight of the dining experience.
Liked the selections on the menu and the daily specials. No problem getting a table on a week night.
My husband and I were out running errand and decided we hadn't been out to eat in a long time. We needed a few groceries so we decided to go to Wegmans to pick up what we needed and then go to The Pub for lunch. We both got the burgers and they were delicious as usual. We've never been disappointed with our food or the service here.
My husband and I always drop in at the Pub for a good, quick lunch. We were so happy to see our favorite and best server working on Sunday. She is a lovely person and it is a pleasure to be seated in her area of the restaurant. We just had to go last Sunday for the Burger special! As usual the burgers were great and the Tuscan fries really hit the spot. We will always keep the Pub as a go-to place for a meal.
We went to the Pub at Wegmans for $6 burger night. The food was great. The burgers were fresh and juicy. I had the Turkey Burger. It was moist (unlike many turkey burgers I have had). They had a variety of side dishes you could have with the burger (included in the price) and I had a side salad. I would go again.
I came to have the special burger priced at $6 which is available through the end of the month. It includes French fries. The meat, about a half-pound cooked medium was juicy and flavorful. My burger came with cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Other than the tomato being less than ripe, the sandwich was wonderful and the fries were crisp and seasoned well. I started with an order of edamame, a large portion which comes with two sauces and salt on the side. Yummy!
Our burgers were very good, soft roll nice flavor. The Tuscan Fries were very nice as well.
We got together with some friends from Hawaii. We had a nice meal. No one complained. We
talked and caught up with our "buds". Two of us ordered the beer battered fish and it seemed that the batter was tempura. Not what we had been served there before. It wasn't the same but was not worth complaining about. The Tuscan fries were a hit.
Came for the Lobster Fest. Ordered calamari to start - they didn't have any. Ordered wings and warm lobster rolls and said please don't bring all at once. Brought the wings and right after here comes the lobster rolls with no melted butter as advertised. More claw meat than tail meat and on the fishy-side taste. We chose the lobster bisque as our side. The bisque tasted more like tomato soup, we both took one or two spoons of the bisque and stopped. Service was good and prompt but it was very loud in the Pub. I was very disappointed.
The service was exceptional, the food was fantastic, and the value was tremendous. Twin lobsters for $28; how do you beat that?!
It was lobster week which we always attend. all was good!
This is our second year going to the pub during lobster week, and we enjoyed our food and experience again. We have a 45 minute drive to get to a Wegman's but like to shop there and sometimes eat at the pub. The food is good, the service is good, and the cleanliness is good. We loved everything we tried on the special lobster menu, including the Poutine, the bisque, and the warm lobster rolls. The fries are great, too. We are looking forward to our local Wegman's being built in Lancaster County!
We had a good early dinner at The Pub. I enjoyed the Greek Turkey Burger and my husband had a French Dip. Both came with Tuscan fries. Their Tuscan fries are some of the best fries you can get anywhere. They are tasty and crisp. It was a quiet evening there as we were having rainy weather. Our server this evening was actually the Bar Tender. For some reason we were given a booth in her area. It was basically the same ambiance you would get being seated anywhere within the restaurant. I am sure we will return.
Good place to eat when you are shopping at Wegman's or even if you are not shopping and are just looking for a quiet place to have a conversation with your dining partners. Includes a full bar in a pleasant atmosphere. Way more than you would expect when you are going grocery shopping!
The y Pub at Wegmans is very convenient for us and is a great little place to get a tasty lunch. My
husband had a Short Rib Panini with Muenster cheese. It was a special that day. He said it was very good. I had a turkey burger and it too was tasty.
Had a lovely lunch with my sisters who were visiting from out of state.
Great food...service by Tia at bar was caring and attentive. Staff go extra mile to make customers feel special.
My step son came up from Maryland to see his Dad on Father's Day. We met at The Pub to have lunch together. My husband had the Cheesesteak and said it was very good. I had a Pub burger and asked if they would substitute turkey for beef. They gladly did. My step son had a seafood dish. I must say the turkey burger I had was literally the best I have ever had. It was obvious that the burger was freshly made and the flavor was great. (at other places turkey burgers are usually pre-made, pressed and have a metallic taste). Not so with this one. If for this alone we will return again and again. Every time we have gone to the Pub at Wegmans it has been a very good experience.
Service was very slow and there were a lot of gnats flying around. I even noticed other people swatting them away. Food was good though.
The service is absolutely terrible, with the exception of one dedicated waitress. Lots of waiters/waitresses sitting around doing nothing yet you waiting 30 mins for an appetizer and given no plates. Tried giving them a second chance and now the won't get a third.
My husband and I ordered PEI mussels from the Snacks and Sharings and Hickory Bacon Burger. PEI mussels did not come until we were almost finished with the burger. PEI mussels broth tasted bitter and the flavor was off. The burger was just ordinary. The potato chips that accompanied the burger can be from a bag. We will not be back.
The food was average. My friend and I ordered calamari, buffalo wings, guacamole and chips, fish tacos, mushroom quesadillas, drinks and dessert. The drinks were pricey at $12.00 each and quite weak. There were 3 inexperienced servers that waited our table of 2. The servers were polite, but needed training. We were left unattended for long periods of time then all three servers would come just moments apart to see if we were okay. I would visit again. However, I had higher expectations for a Wegman's offering.
My husband and I frequently shop at Wegman's. We decided to have a late lunch before our grocery shopping. Food was great. I had the Chicken Quesadilla. My husband had the French Dip sandwich. When we walked in one of the wait staff remembered me and everything about how I liked my Quesadilla. Emma the waitress is the BEST. She is sweet and attentive. She has a memory that is unbelievable. She told us she only works weekends there at the Pub. You bet we will go back again and again. Lunch was so pleasurable. I think the place is cozy. It would be great to have more people like Emma working there.
the oyster week special was great. Oysters were very good
