The Pub by Wegmans Concordville
Great place to have a delicious bite and eatbefore you shop!
All our entrees were hot and fresh. They were very well prepared even though it was an unusually busy night. They service was outstanding-very quick and pleasant. The food is so tasty and varied. The food quality for the reasonable price they charge is amazing. I highly recommend The Pub at Wegmans!
Disappointed! It’s been awhile since we’ve eaten here. This time our waitress was either fairly new or clueless. First she didn’t have pen and paper to write down our order took her forever to find some. Me and my husband ordered a beer she brought them with no glasses. They were medium temp. I ordered soup which I never got. Food was overpriced. My daughter got Mac and cheese which she said was not great and for $11 should have been a bigger portion. It was more of a side dish size. Fries were like warm. They said they were out of fresh veggies???? It’s a grocery store! Go to the produce section and get some!!
Can't beat a lobster dinner for $20. However, it was Valentine's day and the restaurant was crowded.
Overall, the food was very good. No complaints. But, they could've used more servers. I only saw 2 servers with the hostesses chipping in as well.
We use to love going here, now not so much. We both ordered the Fish and chips. We asked that it not be one big filet but rather be more like the same portion but smaller pieces of fish. The server seemed to understand. Well we got one piece of fish and it was a small piece of fish and not like the usual healthy portion we had received in the past. The Tuscan fries that come along with tasted fine, but that too was not a usual portion. The other thing that bugged me was the blinds were open at first letting in whatever sun was out there. The woman who seated us then closed them at the request of two women also sitting near the window. I love the sun, and want to see it particularly on a very cold day in January. Obviously, you want to cater to certain people and not others. I don't get it. Both my husband and I were dressed very nice, in fact upscale for this place and yet everyone was doing just what they had to, to irritate us. Also neither of us are overweight...so I don't think your server thought he'd be doing us a favor by cutting back our portions. We did not say anything to anyone while we were there because frankly we didn't think they would care.
Excellent food! The food was creatively and pleasantly presented, and delicious as well as fresh. We have taken our family here since it opened. The servers are very pleasant and prompt. The prices are a good value for the quality.
We had ten guest. The Pub accommodated the large gathering. The server was pleasant and efficient. The quality of at least three meals were less than expected from Wegmans. The turkey on a turkey club was brown. The Lemon chicken sandwich was greasy. the chicken was tough.
So I can there for lunch into early afternoon on a Sunday. We ordered our food and it took almost an half hour. Not to say other customers received there food before us. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE AS THEY LACK COMMUNICATION TO INFORM THERE CUSTOMERS OF THE WAIT OF THE FOOD.
The Pub is reliably a very good value. Their irradiation of the hamburger meat makes us trust them a lot more than the usual burger places.
Excellent food. We had the meatloaf tonight. They have good seasonal dishes. Large portions. The server was very attentive.
Server was excellent and food was great
My husband had lunch before we went shopping at Wegmans. Everything was great.
Went for the lobster fest and the lobster rolls and lobster bisque was great !
Service was excellent as was the price
The service is consistently friendly and great! Happy Hour Menu is Fun and delicious too!
Our server Arman was great and the food was very nice for the style of restaurant.
Excellent. Our server, Adam, was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. I had salmon and my brother had steak. He’s still talking about how good it was. Both entrees were cooked perfectly. Adam was knowledgeable about the beer and recommended one I really liked. Will definitely return.
Fresh hot fast, did not expect fantastic food
My husband and I decided to grab a quick early dinner after going to the movies. As usual we had a nice time. The meal was fairly good. As ever, the Tuscan fries were great. The only thing out of the ordinary is that my husband had ordered the French Dip sandwich. He said the beef was cut too thick and there was a noticeable ribbon of fat that went across the meat that made it not very tasty. Oh well, even so this will still be one of our go to places.
Great food and quick service
Went back with foodie friends, and they agreed this Pub is quite a good value. Next, we'll be back for the Clam Bake. Crab cakes and (irradiated) hamburgers were delicious.
I ordered the 1/4 lb. cheeseburger and small salad. It would have been easier to eat if the burger was thinner and on a regular size soft hamburger roll. Salad was good and the price was right.
We love comming to the Pub at Wegmans. Food is consistantly excellent, with weekly specials that are fun and inventive. Usually dont need a Res, but glad I did for Mother's Day brunch. Family enjoyed immensely.
Quite a good value every time we come . Food is fresh and surprisingly creative.
Our foodie friends were pretty impressed by this nice restaurant.
Great food and excellent service
We have enjoyed lobster week before at Wegman's Pub but this time the lobsters were much smaller and unfortunately over cooked (steamed) yielding tough meat. Maybe it's a better deal in the summer when lobster are plentiful but if overdone, there's not much else to compensate.
Went for the Thursday lobster special. Great food for the price! The waitress was slow and the drinks came late. All the food came at the same time..salad, sides and lobster.
Cornbeef & cabbage was way undercooked, but the service was great as was everything else.
We tried their Thursday "Lobster Special" with a steamed 1 lb lobster and two sides for $17.99.
We added a bowl of lobster bisque and shared a crab cake. Our sides were grilled vegetables and a Caesar salad. We shared a $5.00 sundae for dessert. Pleasantly surprised considering it's inside a market. I've had worse for more than twice the price. Would definitely recommend and we will do it again. Our server Caitlin was perfect with her timing and very attentive.
Fun meet-up with friends! $6 burgers and 1/2 price bottles of wine. It was terrific!
Poor service and food
Great value. Juiciest turkey burger I’ve ever had.
Best burger (on a non-gluten bun) that I’ve had in ages!!
Great service. Group of 8. Burger night with the friends for their $6.00 burger and fries!
Above all, the service was really slow. I had to ask our waitress twice to bring the check. Although the food was good, one of our burgers did not come with the condiment that was supposed to be on there-so I had to ask for it and that took awhile. The other burger was supposed to be a cheeseburger, however the cheese was so small, it was undetectable. The only good aspect of the visit was the price. The burgers are only $6 so our bill was the highlight of the dining experience.
Liked the selections on the menu and the daily specials. No problem getting a table on a week night.
My husband and I were out running errand and decided we hadn't been out to eat in a long time. We needed a few groceries so we decided to go to Wegmans to pick up what we needed and then go to The Pub for lunch. We both got the burgers and they were delicious as usual. We've never been disappointed with our food or the service here.
My husband and I always drop in at the Pub for a good, quick lunch. We were so happy to see our favorite and best server working on Sunday. She is a lovely person and it is a pleasure to be seated in her area of the restaurant. We just had to go last Sunday for the Burger special! As usual the burgers were great and the Tuscan fries really hit the spot. We will always keep the Pub as a go-to place for a meal.
