Ordered the prime rib and it turned out to be a very dry hunk of meat. It seems it had been reheated several times. Very disappointed. Why anyone would eat here is beyond my understanding.

Traveling towards home from Yellowstone, and wanted more good beef... this was it! Absolutely fantastic prime rib. Loved it! Cooked to perfect medium rare for me. Side were fresh and ample! Wonderful service too. I would come again if it wasn't so far from home!

I ignore american standards, but what is served as a prime rib would be simply forbiden in France.
the meat has been tenderized and it is forbidden at the butcher's shop as well as in a restaurant.
It was cooked has required, but had no tadte an no consistancy.
In addition the waitress charged us a dish at the wrong price, and confirmed even after we noticed her the mistake.

We were seated promptly per our reservation; service was slow, waited 45 + minutes to get our meal. We had two children with us the halibut was very dry. I've enjoyed previous meals here but I was disappointed this time around.

The waitress was outstanding though she was platooned into helping others with a larger party in a back room. She was very apologetic about the 20 minute delay in getting back to our table and the 40 minute delay on food after having placed our order. Wife's meal was lukewarm so it had been sitting a while. I ordered a whisky sour and got whisky and water with a maraschino cherry on top - sent that back and the waitress and the bar corrected the mistake.

There was a disconnect between our amazing waitress and the chef staff: Filet came out prepared not to order. Cheese-crusted burger was 10 of 10. Kids fried cheese and chicken was scrumptious but had been under heat lamp while they burned the filet.

The prime rib was tough and chewy. The waitress brought a second piece which was no better than the first. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.

We go quite frequently and most of the time have great meals. I wish there were more specials to chose from. The last chicken fried chicken special was not very good.

Every Sunday our family gets together for dinner at a local restaurant. We always enjoy dining at The Prime Rib, the meals are excellently prepared and the staff are always easy to talk to. Thank you for another enjoyable Sunday dinner.

the service was great we all were well satisfied with our meals even the children were happy with their meal love the fact that you do not have music blaring, so we can visit while we eat. We will continue to make Prime Rib our choice for eating out

Love the potato cheese soup. Only concern was the server disappeared for a bit and we had to wait for check and I never got a water refill.

Wife and I prefer to go to Prime Rib during the middle of the week to avoid weekend crowds. Food is always good, done to our likeness, and service is always outstanding. Keep up the good work!

The bourbon glaze on the salmon was more like soup. The pasta was way overcooked. The waitress was telling us how she was picking the chicken noodle soup out of her teeth. That's a delightful image.

We were looking for a quiet table for conversation between us and our two great friends. As well as excellent food. We were sat at a table straight across from the hostess so were subjected to the noise of people arriving and waiting for a table themselves. Right behind our heads was a shelf or table that the workers were doing something with dishes so it was clash and bang bang of dishes the whole time at almost ear level. My husband and I, sitting there about 2 feet from the noise, could not hear our friends across the table without leaning over the table and asking them to repeat themselves often. We ordered the onion rings and the Panko Mozzarella for appetizer's. The onion rings were flavorless and the Panko Mozzarella was cold. Cold mozzarella sticks are not one bit tasty! Everyone's meal were really good, except for mine. I had the Chicken Napa. The chicken was super greasy and the pasta had no garlic flavor at all. It tasted like pasta cooked in water and put on the plate. Our waiter, even though the restaurant was now where near at capacity, seemed to be running everywhere and each time he stopped at the table, would begin to run off before we were done talking. And it did take almost 15 minutes for him to stop by for our order. He even stopped mid run to see if our guys wanted more drinks and then ran off before asking the ladies of the table. My husband actually stopped him on his way when seeing he had no intention of stopping to order the ladies drinks.

What made the event good was the waiter Miller B—he did his job with efficiency, equanimity, and professionalism—he never kept us waiting. Of course the great raspberries and Russian cream were succulent—and the conclusion mints punctuated a fine meal/experience!

I really enjoy The Prime Rib. It is one of the few places in town I can eat with all my food sensitivities and it doesn't bother me later!

We went for our anniversary. There's a reason they've been in business 35 yrs -- the food is outstanding! We both had halibut. The pieces of halibut were very large, thick, & cooked perfectly. Everything about the meal was fabulous.

The total experience was great. They allowed us to change from a booth to a table without hesitation. The waiter was great, very personable. And the food was outstanding. Both the calamari and the salmon were delicious!
