Gargantuan cuts of prime beef, extra thick chops, and simply prepared fresh seafood are the straightforward offerings of this steakhouse that evokes the supper clubs of Manhattan in the 1940's. Leopard print carpeting, black lacquered walls trimmed in brass and tuxedoed waiters complete the elegant atmosphere, featuring live piano and bass nightly. Dress code is business casual.

Excellent food and service. There are many fine Steak Houses in the City. I like the old world, classic charm of Prime Rib and the incredible service I always receive. Fillipe and Jorge were very attentive, making sure our every need was met, and that the food was prepared to our liking, the way we ordered it. A couple of Martini's before dinner and a crab cocktail were the perfect Pre-Dinner warm-ups. The sides we ordered with dinner were the perfect accompaniment. Overall incredible dining experience.

I am not a big meat-eater and I love this place for the ambiance. The piano player plays lovely background music. We can have a conversation without shouting. The food, wine, and service are excellent. I often order the rack of lamb. My friends are big meat eaters and order tremendous portions which they totally devour. Love the key lime pie. I will return and recommend it others.

We love The Prime Rib! It is our go-to anniversary spot. It is pricey, but if you understand that going in, it is totally worth it. Fine dining at its best! The lobster bisque is like liquid heaven! I love the rack of lamb and my husband loves the prime rib. It's always cooked perfectly, tastes delicious, and such a treat for a special occasion. The creme brulee and choc mousse pie are also melt in your mouth. Pair everything with the great service and the awesome ambience of the live piano...it just doesn't get any better!

Once a year my husband and I have a "date night" in the city. We go to a show and to the Prime Rib for dinner. We were there for dinner this past Saturday night. Food and service always superb. Love the piano and bass player as well.

A truly gracious restaurant, quiet, excellent food, waiters in uniform, etc. The pianist thumping chords would not be missed.

Dinner was extremely expensive, servings were small and service was terrible. Our server had over 30 people to wait on at the same time, she did not have help and the bus staff was scarce. The server would disappear for 15-20 minutes at a time and act like that was totally normal. The poor service completely ruined our experience. I would not go back.

This is my favorite restaurant, but did not quite measure up this time. Seating was not good and the meal was not up to your typical standard. The prime rib was over cooked. We will return, and hopefully our expectations will be better met and our experience up to your normal, great food and service. WHS

Turf and surf was a special deal. Lobster beautiful to look at but very dry and difficult to cut and chew. Prime rib ordered medium rare was a bit overdone.Waiters and busboys great and attentive.

The atmosphere is nice especially when dining with older relative because it is quiet and the piano playing in the background gives the restaurant a lovely ambience. As for the food, the salads are mediocre and but the steak was very good.

We had read mixed reviews and based on the price we had not planned on going while we were staying at the hotel but then they were running a three course special...first, the service was extraordinary - warm and friendly but not at all intrusive - she was truly a gem!!! Kettle One martinis were extraordinary - I had three...salad was delicious as were the steak and lobster cooked to perfection...what really surprised us was the deserts. Crème Brule was very good but key lime pie was a standout - we are from Florida and now the difference between a good one and the sickly sweet imitation - obviously they do as well...lastly really enjoyed the live music and the ambiance was warm and inviting without being pretentious - overall a real standout as a dining experience!

It’s a steak house and I’m mostly vegetarian. It was easy for me to order salad, several types, and other vegetable sides. If I want a fish dish, that is available also. My meat eating friends like the steak.

My husband and I went to this restaurant on our honeymoon and our bill was $150 but our food had no flavor the lobster was over cooked felt like I was chewing gum instead and the prime rib there was no flavor I had to salt and pepper it for it to taste some what decent. The waiter kept moving our silverware every time we touched it he would move it back into its original placement as if we were unaware of where te "proper" placement was. When we walked in we were observed up and down by the hostess as if we were not dressed appropriately we had nice jeans our good boots and nice shirts on... we felt like we were not welcome or below them. We both said after we left we could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and had a much better meal for less.

I've been to Prime Rib in the past and have had appetizers at the bar which were fantastic especially the shrimp cocktail, the crab cake and the burger sliders. I convinced my husband to join me but he insisted on being seated at a table. I had the shrimp, the crab cake apps and a salad (just okay). My husband ordered the special, prime rib and lobster tail. Not Good. The lobster had No taste and the prime rib was thin. My husband is from New England and grew up on lobster. He thinks the lobster was freezer burnt. He would never complain. What I thought was annoying was that the lobster was left on his plate and the waiter didn't ask if the meal was okay. Disappointing!

Felt treated like a kid during the entire meal. There were fruit flies at the table through the meal. Was rushed through the meal to seat more people, which were overflowing in the waiting area. Would not recommend even though the food was good.

Celebrated my mother's birthday there. Ambiance was wonderful, service was attentive once we got started, food excellent choices and all delicious. Piano was a nice touch, maybe a could have been a little softer as background music to not impair conversation (especially with an older adult with some hearing issues). Look forward to returning!
