Over all a good experience. Service was fair, didn't check on drinks for a while.
Celebrating a cheer competition weekend
This has been one of our favorite places ever since it first opened. So we looked forward to our Valentine Day dinner there. We knew the food quality would be very good as usual. However, we were disappointed with the overall service. Perhaps it was because of the busy holiday seating. There was a considerable delay in the time the order was placed until the entree was delivered. There was never any followup by the server as to how everything with the meal. He did not ask if we enjoyed the meal or if we wanted any dessert nor any coffee or tea or after dinner drinks. Also no followup by busboy to refill the water or ask if we wanted any more bread.
I still left a reasonable tip but was surprised when the server returned, and all he said was "Here is your card" No thank you or anything else. Perhaps you should consider having some Female servers who at least can smile at their guests when taking $50 gourmet orders instead of acting like taking an order for a $5 Big Mac.
We will probably return for the food. But I will not want to have the same experience from this server again. I sure hope that he is a one of a kind on your staff and maybe was only working on-call because of the holiday and not a regular full time employee there.
WE ORDERED YOUR VALENTINES SPECIAL AT $48/PERSON.
WE ARE DISAPPOINTED THE FILET MIGNON AND LOBSTER CAME COLD AND SALTY
Great food and good value. Outstanding prime rib cooked to perfection. Highly recommended for locals and tourists. This is one of our favorite restaurants.
Great neighborhood restaurant with old vegas charm. And for Valentine’s Day have all
The ladies a heart box of candy.
The Prime Rib Loft has been my favorite Las Vegas restaurant for many years, but this visit was a disappointment. My companion specifically ordered her small cut medium with a slightly pink inside, but the piece served looked more like table scraps than it did a quality slice of prime rib, and was severely overcooked. My larger slice, ordered medium rare, was good, but not quite up to what I have always expected and experienced here. Our server, likely feeling rushed due to the large crowd on hand for Valentine's Day, was efficient but slightly abrupt.
We were in Las Vegas for our daughter's 21st birthday and asked around for a good prime rib place that didn't break the bank. The Prime Rib Loft was recommended and it was delicious with great prices and ambience too. Our waitress Donna was very attentive and the manager came by several time to make sure our meal was perfect. We all had the prime rib which was cooked so tender and you get soup or salad and a huge baked potato or au gratin potatoes. The warm bread and butter was very good too. It's off the main strip but worth the short trip. Don't miss this hidden gem.
Service was wonderful!!!
As always the Prime Rib loft is awesome. For some unknown reason the menu seems different, but the Prime Rib is great.
The hostess not the server appeared to be a bit of a rush to clear the table, thus the 3 stars, however we'll be back next year.
The food was very good but the female server had a very bad attitude for some reason. Probably won't return even though the prime rib was amazing.
This is my must do restaurant when n Vegas. It’s very old school and what I mean by that is the wait staff know the menu and engage in conversation.
The food it top notch and very reasonably priced since you are a bit off strip
I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion where you want to be welcomed and appreciated
The prime rib loft is a great place for dinner been going there for years however I came in their extremely hungry and decided to get the beefer cut with the bone in unfortunately the bone was a little large took it home 11.8 Oz out of a 24 oz. cut of meat will never do that again stick with the Gambler cut $4 cheaper and 2 oz more meat
Reasonable price, great service by Ivan our waiter. Very enjoyable evening.
The prime rib was delicious. The price very reasonable. My favorite place for prime rib.
My wife's Cajun rib was overcooked. My daughter's meal was half a step away from raw.
Our waiter had the personality of a wet mop.
The highlight of the evening? The guy who kept our drinks filled. He should be promoted to waiter. He was funny and entertaining. And he kept our drinks full.
We are seriously questioning ever returning.

Our favorite place to eat when we are in Las Vegas.
Fabulous waitress & buslady. Attentive yet not intrusive. Comfortable even for a meal alone. Food correct temperature.
(Should have chosen the baked potato rather than disappointing au gratin. )
Will attend ACERT conference again in 2019 and look forward to dining here again.
I have enjoyed The Prime Rib Loft for years. Love the Prime Rib and we really enjoyed the chocolate fondue. Miss theCremse Brulee though
Been coming as a regular for the past few years when we visit Las Vegas. Craig and his staff are very professional and the food never disappoints. Most excellent value as well.
