The Prime Rib Loft - Orleans Hotel & Casino Ratings and Reviews
This is one of my go to restaurants when in Las Vegas. The food is wonderful and the service is the best anywhere. Mindy was an amazing waitress and Abby is the reason why I keep coming back, she always remembers me and greets me warmly.
This is a well run, friendly and lovely restaurant that serves delicious food. It should be a must for everyone.
There are better Prime Rib restaurants in Las Vegas, but there are certain things that we did not expect. The noise level was way too much since the restaurant is open to the gaming floor, the smoke from the gaming area was a bit too much. Here is the real big problem, going to the bathroom was a long walk, you need to go down stairs and walk all the way to the registration desk to use the bathroom! Really!!
There is not enough help and numerous times I had to go and find our server, I'm glad we had a meal here, but we will not be back.
We have been going to Primarily Prime Rib restaurant at the South Point for a number of years. Decided to try the Prime Rib Loft before our show in the Arena. Fast and good service. The Baked Potato and salad were delicious, but the meat was not great! It was overcooked and not a good cut of meat. Probably would not eat there again!
Service was poor overall. Server forgot our salads and served our dinner which was cold without them until we mentioned it. I ordered my Prime rib medium rare and it was served medium well. We won’t be back. Very disappointed this time. Used to be one of our favorites in LV.
I enjoyed the ambiance I asked for quiet and I enjoyed the service. The food however was not hot. My prime rib could have been presented better. I had juice that could have been put in a separate container. The salad was ver tasty and presented very well. Overall I was pleased
Open table said one table left at 5pm however when we arrived the place opened at 5pm, we left at 5:45 and there were plenty of tables available. Once seated the service was quick and as expected. The garlic rolls tasted as they were microwaved and quickly grew hard. The big surprise is the prime rib! Large cut nicely seasoned and not too fatty. The price was very good compared to many of the local steak houses. We’ll be back
The Prime Rib Loft was a reasonably priced upscale dining experience. A glass of fine Moscato, an excellent Caesar, a melt-in-your-mouth 10 oz. prime rib perfectly prepared and one of the best baked potatoes I've ever had! No one can beat it for under $35.00. The dinner was better than Baltimore's Prime Rib where the bill usually is in excess of $100.00. I especially appreciated the waiter's (Rudy) advice when he knew that I had a late lunch that day...he suggested the smallest cut. I liked his genuine concern for the customer albeit a much larger check for the restaurant.
I'll be back, next time with friends!
Service was impeccable. Really stand out from host to server and everyone in between. Started with the grilled artichoke, very tasty with the vibrant aioli. Bread basket was a little drab, and I couldn't spread the butter, which just bugs me. Both my husband and I ordered The Orleans cut of prime rib, medium rare. He got the salad and a baked potato, I got the corn chowder and a baked potato. Both were very tasty. Prime rib arrived beautifully plated and delicious. I had it with the creamy horseradish, and each bite was tender and lovingly prepared. Gave the bananas foster a go for dessert, it was messy to look at, but very tasty. Good value for tasty prime rib in a Las Vegas casino.
Love the place. Best prime rib in town. The waitress checked on us once. Grabbed my 3/4 full salad place without asking. Gave us the bill without asking if we cared for dessert. We felt rushed. I’m local and have eaten there numerous times. I chalk it up to one bad waitress and an overall, steady, non stop, rushed, and overall poor experience. Totally unprofessional and her motivation to hurry us is unknown. She did not smile. Not once. Never asked any form of small talk. She introduced herself. Took the order. She dropped the check off and said nothing. Upon meeting us I expected, How are you? Have you been here before? Where are you from? Instead. Hi I’m Missy. Unsure of the name, What would you like to order. That’s it. I’m hesitant to return as there are so many other choices. Staff should treat every customer equally. This is certainly not the case.
Very good casino restaurant. And good value. My prime rib was excellent. Some of the others thought it was a tad bit rare for medium rare. Very good artichoke appetizer that was grilled. Would have like that to be served as an appetizer. Salads were brought first. Excellent HOT baked potatoe that was cooked in rock salt. All in all a very good experience. Great by the glass wine charge and pour. Would definitely go back !
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at the Prime Rib Loft. The service was outstanding, and we got the table we requested, along with a "Birthday Surprise" for my husband.
We will certainly come back the next time we're in Las Vegas. Thank you for helping us make this birthday so memorable.
I had googled the best prime rib restaurants in Las Vegas and this was one f the restaurants that came up. Lawrys also came up but it’s like $45-$50 per plate. I was amazed how nice this restaurant was, the prime rib was second to none and the service was excellent. The Loft is a very cool atmosphere because it’s set apart from the casino on a loft on the second floor. I recommend this place over any other high end prime rib house I have been to!!!!
