Viva Las Vegas
Great ambiance, excellent food and selection, a great go-to while in Vegas.
Enjoyed all the food Very quick and nice service. I would recommend everyone to go and try.
We were pleasantly surprised with a very good meal. The prime rib and corn chowder were outstanding. My husband was little disappointed with the spinach. Everything else was very good.
This place can’t be beat. This was my second time dining here, and will certainly be a stop every visit to Vegas here on out. The best prime rib I have ever had, cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding. A perfect combination of high class ambience for very reasonable costs. And don’t miss the French Onion soup - superb! The manager even called me after we dined to thank us for coming in, as he missed us leaving, Classy touch.
Amazing food that was recommended from a friend, good price for what we got food wise. Only thing to comment one is that our waiter didn’t have the best customer service.
Great food, great service. Table was nice and big, very comfortable. Prices are very reasonable as well
An excellent prime rib restaurant. Food, service and ambiance were all superb. I have dined at The Prime Rib Loft a number of times and have always had a great experience.
Excellent food and service. Have been there many times.
Great place to eat!
Table for 4. Everyone very happy with the prime rib. Excellent!
After some gambling, decided on a prime rib dinner. Food was great and the service was quick. Very much enjoyed.
Need more options on menu. Waiter could have been a bit friendlier. Need gluten free options.
This is one of our favorite places! The food is really good, plenty of it, and prices are so much better than if you went to the Strip. We have never had a bad meal here and I have tried almost all of the entrees on the menu. The desserts are also extremely good although we get too full to get dessert all of the time. The Maitre'd is the best around! The wait staff is very attentive without being intrusive. And there are great places to sit - either by the rail to people watch or in the booths for a quiet, cozy dinner. Love this place!!!!!
Fabulous classic dining -food was superb
Great place for o connect with old friends
Great food and experience as always.
We eat there each time we come to
The Orleans. Prime Rib is delicious
Hosts is very good so is the S/A server ahh soso food is nice the server don't know how to smile he's just an order taker
Very good food very reasonable prices will go back
We enjoy the dining experience each time we are there. Thank you!
Another tasty dinner when we gather annually to celebrate Gonzaga basketball. Good food and service at a good value. I look forward to eating there every March.
Restaurant is in a casino, so all associated noise and chaos are included in this above average place. Prime Rib is very good. Side of mushrooms as well. A naked potato to die for. Service seemed rushed. Overall B+
We come here quite often for the prime rib. Like the clean bright room however this time felt very rushed. Late dinner 845pm very few people in the dining room but did not get drinks or see a sever for several minutes...like 10!
Once the server did come it was like he was in a hurry. Rushed us on ordering. Salads came quick, meal right behind. Both our prime rib was barely warm. I had Not eaten since 1000am so I was starving so I did not send it back. Back potato seemed microwaved, kinda rubbery. Never offered dessert.
Not the normal good service. As always people have bad days I will give it another go hoping it is better next time. If not there are way to many places in Vegas to get good prime rib to settle for mediocre service and food.
My first time. Good food, great service...I will come.again.
Go to Vegas once a year and always make it a point to get dinner here.
I food was excellent, and the service was exceptional. We always stay at Orleans when we come to Las Vegas from Hawaii. And we always make it a must to have dinner @ the Prime Rib Loft. Because we always want to be served by our outstanding and professional server- “Mindy” That’s one of the reason we keep coming back besides the great food!!!
Nice, quiet place with reasonable prices. Tried the blackened salmon and it was a winner.
Waitress info as to how meat was if ordered as medium would be all pink and medium well would be pink in the middle. When the meat arrived at table both orders were over done. My wife's came out well done but tender and mine came out medium well and tough.
Wonderful ambiance. Relaxed dining. Great food and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back.
blackened prime rib was great. juicy and tender. service outstanding. very friendly staff.
Overlooking the casino and the Mardi Gras atmosphere, the Loft is a hidden gem inside The Orleans. Get your reservation on Open Table to ensure that you will have a table. The menu boasts a nice selection of starters and entrees. Entrees are very generous portions. The prime rib entrees are served with choice of potato and soup or salad. The asparagus fries are delicious, crispy and served with a ranch dipping sauce. If you order the baked potato it is prepared table side with your choice of toppings (butter, sour cream, chives and bacon), and it is a large potato. The prime rib is your choice of cook and served with sour cream and horseradish , if desired. Save room for one of the unique desserts, like bananas foster.
Over all a good experience. Service was fair, didn't check on drinks for a while.
Celebrating a cheer competition weekend
This has been one of our favorite places ever since it first opened. So we looked forward to our Valentine Day dinner there. We knew the food quality would be very good as usual. However, we were disappointed with the overall service. Perhaps it was because of the busy holiday seating. There was a considerable delay in the time the order was placed until the entree was delivered. There was never any followup by the server as to how everything with the meal. He did not ask if we enjoyed the meal or if we wanted any dessert nor any coffee or tea or after dinner drinks. Also no followup by busboy to refill the water or ask if we wanted any more bread.
I still left a reasonable tip but was surprised when the server returned, and all he said was "Here is your card" No thank you or anything else. Perhaps you should consider having some Female servers who at least can smile at their guests when taking $50 gourmet orders instead of acting like taking an order for a $5 Big Mac.
We will probably return for the food. But I will not want to have the same experience from this server again. I sure hope that he is a one of a kind on your staff and maybe was only working on-call because of the holiday and not a regular full time employee there.
WE ORDERED YOUR VALENTINES SPECIAL AT $48/PERSON.
WE ARE DISAPPOINTED THE FILET MIGNON AND LOBSTER CAME COLD AND SALTY
Great food and good value. Outstanding prime rib cooked to perfection. Highly recommended for locals and tourists. This is one of our favorite restaurants.
Great neighborhood restaurant with old vegas charm. And for Valentine’s Day have all
The ladies a heart box of candy.
The Prime Rib Loft has been my favorite Las Vegas restaurant for many years, but this visit was a disappointment. My companion specifically ordered her small cut medium with a slightly pink inside, but the piece served looked more like table scraps than it did a quality slice of prime rib, and was severely overcooked. My larger slice, ordered medium rare, was good, but not quite up to what I have always expected and experienced here. Our server, likely feeling rushed due to the large crowd on hand for Valentine's Day, was efficient but slightly abrupt.
We were in Las Vegas for our daughter's 21st birthday and asked around for a good prime rib place that didn't break the bank. The Prime Rib Loft was recommended and it was delicious with great prices and ambience too. Our waitress Donna was very attentive and the manager came by several time to make sure our meal was perfect. We all had the prime rib which was cooked so tender and you get soup or salad and a huge baked potato or au gratin potatoes. The warm bread and butter was very good too. It's off the main strip but worth the short trip. Don't miss this hidden gem.
