Easily top five steak dinners our table has ever eaten.
The service was amazing. Great food and drinks. Carrot cake was top notch.
We had the best table...a large round corner table for 7 in a small room. Along with the food & the service, that made the experience perfect.
Daughter’s 16th birthday
Excellent as usual. By far, our favorite restaurant to dine at.
We eat there three to four times a year and keep coming back. We have been going since they opened and normally take one of our children for their birthday.
Always the best! Wonderful birthday dinner and drinks!
Birthday. The host was great and the food above expectations.
Amazing food and amazing service as always!
Generally service is excellent but this night it was average at best. Very little attention from waiter. Food was amazing as always.
Our waiter Anthony was fine. Our baked potatoes on the outside were burnt and the inside looked bad. I think the potatoes had been cooked earlier in the day. Not what I expect with the prices I paid. They was a female waitress in the same room that was very loud.
Fantastic food, service and ambiance. We were a party of six and everyone totally enjoyed their food. From salmon, pork chops, N.Y. strip, filet to rib eye, the food was delicious!
If you want a romantic celebration with professional staff, amazing food, and overall value is well worth your money!!!
The food was tremendous. Every dish we had was delicious. We would enjoy a much more relaxed atmosphere. But maybe that is what people want when they are spending that kind of money for food. We checked out the bar on the way out and anticipate we would be back to eat there where it is more relaxed but still have the quality of food.
I went the Sunday after Valentine’s Day to celebrate with my fiancé. Apparently a 27 and 29 year old didn’t cut it to our waiter and the managers who went above and beyond to accommodate two other older couples next to us. Despite ordering before the one couple who had an almost identical order as us, all of their food came out before ours. Their entree was served probably within 45 minutes of ordering. He initially complained that his steak wasn’t cooked enough and they took it back. Then, after eating half of her steak she decided her steak was cooked too thoroughly. I’m assuming this led to me waiting 15 minutes for a glass of wine I had ordered. And the manager came back with a new steak for her saying “another steak was ahead of schedule”. We sat there 90 minutes before our steaks came out and we ordered the steak Collinsworth and the filet & lobster. Then another couple sat down next to us where we overheard how she was pregnant and the waiter immediately went back to get her a gift bag with a onesie (while I’m still waiting for my wine and our food). THEN two managers brought the couple who complained about everything a long plate of complimentary desserts including creme brûlée, red velvet cake and their donuts. Our meal was $230 and we left a 20% tip which I think is about just as expensive as a meal for two gets at the Precinct without buying hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol which neither couple next to us did. It’s just a shame to have high expectations then to go in and stay for 2 hours while everyone else is being treated like kings and queens and here we are spending nearly $300. We loved the food but unfortunately we will not be back to be seated so closely next to all of the other couples complaining about everything from the second we walk in then we have to pay the price and our time so you can accommodate them and not us.
We love Ruby restaurants, but def prefer his other restaurants to Precinct. The dining room was cramped. While the service was great, it did take a while for drink refills and because of the cramped nature the server often times had to move while talking to us which was distracting. Overall- amazing food and a fun time!
Food was excellent. Worth every penny. Made special requests while booking through OpenTable and they were both accommodated. Wife and I are already planning our next visit.
Amazing experience and service! Dinner was outstanding! We will be back!
Everything was perfect ! Our waiter Jeff was so friendly and wonderfully accommodating. The food was by far the best meal either of had had!
Wonderful food and the cheesecake was the best ever hands down.
Wasn’t a fan of the little table we were seated at. But good and service were phenomenal. I dropped multiple forks accidentally and within seconds received a fresh one. Received great recommendations on what to get. Drinks were great just ask for a booth if possible.
The best steak in town, bar none.
Great service, very polite people,
I will return......
Went there for Valentine's day. Our service was great, our food was outstanding. That pretty much made our evening incredible.
Loved it.. as usual
1st time dining here. Meal, service and ambiance was perfect...price was too steep for us to come back often...we’ll need to save up for the next special occasion!
Excellent dining. True five star. We’re going back very soon!
Wonderful service. The ambience was great and the food was phenomenal.
Excellent Service and quality is there! Unfortunately something caused allergic type reactions and illness overnight and next day after leaving restaurant.
We got the NY strip steak instead of filet mignon which we usually get. While it appeared to be done properly, it was a bit dry. Salads were very generous and bread was delicious and hot. Over all, it was a good experience and we would go back.
Valentine Dinner. What an excellent night.
Great steaks, a bit pricey for my liking but I would do it again for sure
Best steak, melts in your mouth. The service is outstanding inside and out.
Always enjoy our experience at the Precinct. Definitely one of my wife and my favorite restaurants.
Absolutely love every visit to The Precinct.
The food and service is always spectacular.
The food is good but the place is kind of small and cramp, our seats got hit from behind several times. We were uncomfortable sat in the middle of the aisle. The parking is the other problem unless you use valet. Other than that it is good.
As always the food was excellent. Brandon and team were exceptional. The only thing I would mention is that the wedge salad did not have the crumbled bacon. It had 2 pieces of very thick hard to cut, slab type bacon.
Always great food with over the top service!
We was there cause our 6 month old granddaughter was having open heart surgery the next day at Cincinnati children’s hospital. Our waiter Cole was so wonderful to us and so was the management. This truly meant so much to us.
Always great food and service at the Precinct
