Was good value for the food, COVID protocols were well followed and overall service was excellent.
Server was amazing. Very spaced out for covid conditions . Steak could be seasoned better . Overall good value
The service is always great and the food is consistently fantastic.
The anbience is cozy and generally quiet.
I highly recommend this hidden gem at Blue Mountain!
Food was excellent (brunch), service very good and plenty of room between tables in Covid times. Didn't notice any music and thought there might have been Christmas ambience but still November so not crucial. Thanks Pottery restaurant.
Excellent COVID precautions in place!
Some confusion with my hotel booking and the meal kit —had to eat in restaurant
Not a lot of options to choose from
Great night out! Great food and service. Private setting in booth
Great meal, fantastic server and a beautiful dinner fireside. The perfect evening
Amazing food! Great service. Would definitely go back!
Great! Michelle was a super host. Would highly recommend. The 10 min walk from the village was nice.
Basic inside, almost felt like we were sitting in a hallway. However the service and food more then made up for this. I had the Tomahawk Pork Chop, it was very delicious. I started with an excellent Caesar salad. My partner had the best salad claimed it was one of the best she's had. The mushroom risotto was interesting but not her favorite.
If you haven't been to the Pottery while at Blue Mountain, you should definitely go! Removed from the mayhem of the Village, we always have a delicious meal and great service. And Fallicious is the time to go!! The pork chop is amazing, so juicy and tender. Our kids had mussels (amazing) and the mushroom pasta...all delicious. And the shot-glass desserts are the perfect portions. Really recommend the Pottery - always delicious and a very cozy, warm atmosphere. Highly recommend while in the area :)
Breakfast came out relatively slow. Did not feel welcomed.
They did great! We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and from the first step in they were on it! Thanks the to server and staff for everything!
We celebrated our anniversary and received a very good service from Carol,
she was helpful with menu suggestion. Great food, decent price and definitely
Went for our anniversary. Delicious food, good prices and attentive staff. Will definitely be back!
I've been to this restaurant a few times, it takes a very long time for food to come to the table. The food itself was ok, nothing spectacular, but the servers are very kind.
We had a lovely time.
Servers were the best, food was delicious, very cozy restaurant. Would highly recommend!
A wonderful dining experience, great food and service!
We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend The Pottery Restaurant, especially their cheesecake!
Staff were very friendly
Food taste and presentation was also very good.
Definitely one of the better places to have breakfast while in BlueMountain
Menu was very limited and pork tenders dish was overcooked. It’s ok but nothing great
The waiter was excellent and food was very good. Cool place but hampered by small number of people allowed. Look forward to coming back when things are back to normal
Our server, Steven was attentive and prompt - he performed the food check and seemed to appear at the right moments .
Quality of the special Rainbow Trout and Chicken Supreme was excellent . Nice accompaniment of root veggies .
Was just short of perfect - the fireplace was not operating !
We will return .
Nice evening out with good friends. Attentive service.
Great service. Food was fairly average but all around present meal.
Don't understand how this restaurant is so highly rated. It was based on these reviews that we booked a dinner for our couples getaway. Very disappointing. Ambience felt like we were eating just outside a bowling alley or bingo hall. Not for the noise (a little music may have helped the ambience, there was none) but because of the bland decor and overall feel of being in a big square room with now flavour. Fireplace might have been nice, but I guess they felt it too much trouble to light. Speaking of flavour, food was bland to say the least. I ordered a $30.00 steak which was bland, pre-cut and had no character at all. Can't believe I paid that much for it. The server, I think, was not having a good night as she was less then thrilled to be serving us. Her mood improved after we ordered a bottle of wine, but certainly did not inspire us to "have a good time!". I think that COVID lent to the sparseness of the spaces there were not many tables, but it would have been nice to have it spruced up a little bit to give it some charm. But definitely, the menu was very lack lustre, especially for the price. An old time family restaurant at best which seems to be on its last legs. Very sorry we wasted a very rare "no-kids" evening there.
We came here for our 3rd anniversary. We chose it for their menu, which indicated a higher end dining experience. The photos online also indicated a higher end dinning room with cozy fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The beet trio was delicious but in total I think I had the combined mass of one beet, an ounce of goat cheese, and about 5-8 pecans. The price was $15, I think I was expecting a little more. My partner is vegetarian, so he ordered the mushroom appetizer, this was delicious and the correct portion for its price. I ordered the chicken supreme, stuffed with Brie and spinach, which was good, but the pear topping was dry and full of mustard seeds, looking like caviar, and did not have a good mouth feel. The fingerling potatoes were dry, no sauce to speak of, not even butter. The squash was amazing, but very little of it on the plate. When we arrived, we were seated in a bottom section that looked like a painted over chalet, and actually had a live edge picnic table in it, which is nice for a chalet, but not for the image that was advertised. We asked to be moved to the main dining area, and were granted the opportunity, which was appreciated. The tables were showing many years of wear and the booths upholstery was torn. The wait staff sent multiple people to deliver various things, which was confusing, I actually got mixed up because of masks, you can’t tell who they are, not their fault about the masks, but it would be nice to have one server. In a busy environment to save time, this makes sense, but it was not busy, we were one of 3 tables, and it was 7:30, well after the dinner rush. We were brought the wrong appetizer, then had to ask to have it removed from the bill, our drink menu was taken away after we ordered our first drink, and the cosmo is definitely not very good compared to what I’ve tasted. The specialty hot chocolate was delicious though. All in all, hit and miss. Try not to fancy if you can’t be. It’s a recipe for disappointment.
Sat outside the kitchen so it was noisy. pancakes were delicious with a surprise hint of orange to them. Decor needs some help for sure. Overall good breakfast.
We went for breakfast and it was such a great choice. The menu is not huge but it has all the staples and the food was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend. Well done
Food was fantastic, I love restaurants with smaller menus and dishes that are amazing. Our server was very nice, quick and Friendly. Our server provided a complimentary desert since it was our anniversary. Tables are well spaced out. You almost felt alone in the restaurant it was wonderful.
The waitress was absolutely amazing, great customer service and just a joy to speak to.
We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, or meal was excellent and we’re surprised with there famous baked cheesecake for dessert it was to die for! Thank you staff at pottery our server was very friendly and made us feel so special! The hostess was so helpful in recommending a nearby apple orchard to do some apple picking!
The wait staff was superb! Great service, knowledgeable and very friendly
Great service and good food, tables were spaced nicely and staff was friendly. They do need better signage outside to find the entrance
Great place. Good food and amazing desserts. Nicely spaced tables and good customer service. Would recommend
The mussels were very good, hate to say something negative but the sodium should be reduced in the broth
The dessert is great but was just alright. Bland. Steak wasn’t great. Salmon was tasteless. Service was fantastic though!
Very good restaurant, can dine in - there is enough space between tables to allow safe dine in.
Food is very good and service was quick and friendly.
